Chapter 1How did it all start?

I awoke early this morning from a strange dream. l didn't think much of it sense I often have strange dreams, but I should have. It would have helped in the situation I got myself stuck in.

Oh and by the way I'm Rowan just in case you didn't know. The day started like any other besides the dream of course.

I got downstairs after waking up and ate breakfast right before heading to school, but this is where it got weird. The path was exactly the same as my dream. I thought it was just coincidence so I shuck it off and kept walking. This is when it happened a hole opened up under me and swallowed me up.
