This is the first BL novel I read, I'm only a few chapters on but somehow I find the story promising, i would probably give this for my sister to read lol, she likes that kind of stuff I don't know why, but writing is actually good and the character development keep it up

It's already midnight here, but I urge to finish this to settle my mind before sleeping. Such good novel. Well written characters. I love the two, Mark and Akio. But sometimes, I sense a little rush of building the two closer. A little more interaction between the would do. As the other saying, grammar needs some sort of profreading. **. My first BL novel...

First off, even though this is the first BL novel that I'm reading, I'm not a stranger to BL (manga / anime). Anyway, I would normally review after reading at least 10 chapters, so here goes. I gave a 5* even though the grammar is not perfect (mine isn't either). I do appreciate the Author's efforts in improving it. As for the storyline, it's okay for me and personally, would have liked how their relationship developed slower in the beginning. Still, it's an interesting story. Thumbs up!

The story is really captivating, to say the least. Nearly every chapter ends with a cliffhanger so I was forced to read it in one go. The content would suffice for at least double the chapters. In the beginning the author really formed out the story lines and gave hints here and there which made the reader guess along - it was really good. But when everything seemed to connect there was so much information that it became really difficult to follow (you could follow, but as a reader I felt overwhelmed). Also for my taste there were one or two too many happy endings involved which were not deserved by the characters. But please don't let it fool you - this author is ruthless when it comes to the emotions of the readers and characters alike. Nevertheless I enjoyed the book very much. So thank you for the good read:)
