Chapter Three

Did I already told you that I'm not good at helping people? I tend to forget things and instead of helping I have a very big tendency to ruin things and put everything to mess.

I'll help the crying monster even though his facial expression horrified the hell out of me. The elf is ugly. This monster got the two spots. He's the ugliest and most horrific alien I ever met. My life is a lie, indeed.

"I'm so done with you..."

A hoarse voice mumbled but then... I was still able to hear it.

"We need to help this monster!"

"You do it, you idiot!"

He yelled and rolled his back on the ground. See? He don't wanna go near the giant. He's scared! He's a big-- I mean smallest coward I'd ever seen!

"You can just tell me directly that you're scared you, elf."

"I have a name!"

"Roaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrr!"

I almost stumbled on the ground. Blame this monster.

"You know what? You're the most reckless giant I have ever met."

The giant didn't reply. He stared at me with his bloodshot eyes. If you're a human bloodshot probably mean that it's color red. But then this being in front of me is too way far from being human. He's a monster. A giant. So, it's green in color. Slimy. Gross!

"And you're the most stupid person I had ever met, Kris!"

"Whatever elf!"

"The name's Sindri!"

I can't believe I'm doing this. Picture this out. Me, the amazing, awesome and handsome Kristoff is freaking kneeling in front of the giant while cleaning his number of wounds.

"Did you step on a thorny plant? Got some serious wounds here. And it looks so damn gross!"

I saw a thorn. I grimaced. It got stuck on the giant's nail and flesh. Would it hurt if I get that in a fastest way I can? Or should I rather get it and slide it out slowly?

Either way, I don't have much choice. I'm still wondering where in the hell did this giant get his number of wounds. I'm not a doctor (and I'll never be) but even the dumbest person can say that this giant got some serious and maybe fatal wounds here.

"Ouch!"

I shrieked. The thorn is so sharp. It made a long cut on my thumb and it's starting to feel numb. My blood mixed with the monster's. Swear to all divine being, I don't like this feeling that starting to stir within me. It seems like that my blood boils and I'm starting to feel lightheaded.

It's just a matter of seconds when everything became blur and my vision slightly darkened. What is happening to me? Am I going blind? How? I'm not into cellphones. I don't even know how to use one. I'm not even a computer geek, I didn't even saw and touched one in my whole life. I mean, when I'm still alive. I lived on the streets and I spent my whole childhood being a beggar.

Of course. It's a lie. Those are lies. I live my life in luxury, by being a parasite on other people. I guess? But seriously, I can't remember a thing, even my childhood.

Therefore I conclude, I'm sinner free. Don't you dare ask me why. It's my secret. But... why, of all things, would this ugliest horrible monster and ugly short tempered elf spinning?

"Stay with me! That's what you get! You should have listened to-OH WHAT THE!"

His frantic shouts made me more dizzy. I can't move any single muscle in my body and I can't see a thing. Darkness. All I can see is darkness. Is this a good thing? Am I going to die?

But I died already.

"Kris! You poisoned the giant! What did you do? We need to get out of this place and go as far as possible! You're a murderer!"

I want to tell him to stop shouting but I can't open my mouth. I'm being paralyzed. And too bad, we're still here at Jotunheim.

This is bad.

Really, really bad.

I WOKE up but my head still hurts as hell. I feel so lightheaded and the darkness of the place made it hard for me to see the whole place.

"You're awake!"

A very, very grumpy hoarse voice suddenly said. I hastily turned around to see who it was but then a massive blow in my head made me feel dizzy...again.

"How stupid. Dunk you punk, this dungeon is too damn small for a giant like you!"

"First, I'm not a giant. Second, lower down your voice please..."

He didn't sasay any word. He just grunted and threw me a death glare.

I'm in a closed room. Too tiny bed, typically not for a human like me. There's a lot of dust and cob webs in the ceiling. Seems like what lies above is a doorway for I've been hearing footsteps coming back and fort.

I wasn't able to count how many times I've rubbed my eyes due to the dust that fall right into my eyes. This place is dirty. In my peripheral vision, the ugly elf, eyed me as if I'm a specimen that is needed to investigate. I didn't mind him. I have a problem and lying in this bed while rubbing my eyes over and over again and coughing my lungs out due to the dust that made its way to my nose, I'd rather go outside.

"Ahm... hi?"

He didn't blink. I feel so naked in his stares. Is this elf a gay?

"Hello, ahm... have you seen Sidir?"

Is that even a name? What a lame name.

"I don't know one."

I almost jump on my seat. The says something! But...but...

"Is that..." I let out a nervous laugh.

"One of your talent? To speak while keeping your mouth shut and why aren't you blinking?"

"It's a clone. Stupid."

"Did you just call me stupid? How dare you!"

I stood up, which happens to be a very wrong move. My head crashed on the wooden ceiling above and it well, for the lack of better word- got destroyed.

It looks like I'm trapped. My body's inside a closed space and my head, got stuck right outside the box. And the glares of thousands of elves made me sick.

"You have to bring that man on Valhalla! I can't believe you'd do this! Look what happened! That guy can bring destruction to the heaves above! Even in our lair! Get him out of Alfheim!"

One of the old elf suddenly screamed. The way people around him bow and listen to his words, it seems like he got the power. It made me smile. He looks constipated. Why are they bowing? So that he won't be offended? Because they want him to feel that he's superior and higher? He's still small, though.

"I'm sorry, I can't bring him straight to Valhalla!"

One of the elf screamed. I realized that it is the elf that had been with me on Jotunheim. He looks scared and... angry too. I guess?

"You can't bring him on Valhalla? And why the hell is that?"

"He didn't die on a battle. He died out of his stupidity."

I frowned. That's quite below the belt. Why does this tiny creatures keep on insisting that I'm dumb? That I'm stupid? That I'm coward? They're hurting me! What a bunch of inconsiderate dwarves!

"That's why you brought that dumb guy here?"

"Yes!"

"You should have bring him on Freya's lair! Where cowards and dumb live!"

That's it! I'm out.

"And where in the heavens are you going, boy?"
