With supplies and equipment, Rene ventured out in haste to find anything that resembles man-made structures among this plateau of trash mounds of various assortments. Following the compass above his view, he seeks up north and by the time it takes a bread pop up on a toaster, Rene spots something peculiar and different from anything he saw until now.
"That looks like...a scrapped hull of some ship?" With new interests he ventured forth suspecting it is some sort of fragment from a ship and that some other fragments shouldn't be that far from the rest. Rene runs closer to the large scrap only to be shocked upon his very eyes that its just a battered plating of a large vessel with holes on the sides and the center of it, apparently shot by some sort of kinetic projectile since in his investigations and prior knowledge that only propulsed type projectiles should this kind of damage since energy type projectiles would atleast leave a melted portion of the plate and the hole shouldn't be wrecked this much.
"From the shape and size of this particular plate, the entirety of the ship should be equivalent of that of a commercial based ship and with the information I gathered and deductions, the ship itself was abandoned after being shot down by pirates or it was in the wrong place and time possible at that time. But seeing this plate and the other plates lying around, the main fragment or most of the ship should be rather intact since the atmoshere here is somewhat thin thus atmospheic reentry wouldn't deal much as most of the paint peeling off and a couple of burn marks." With Rene saying to himself, "It shouldn't be that far from the periphery..."
He then followed the scraps northeast of his current position and after some time equivalent of drinking a cup of tea he saw shadows of a ship in the far distance and with his amazing perception his scrunches to disappointment seeing the commercial ship 250 meters in diameter and should be classified as a medium type vessel but it was torn in half, most its hull broken and breached with several plates dangling off by the side, most weapon systems gone and most importantly it's engine portion seemingly gone missing.
"Well isn't that unfortunate, I won't be leaving this damn place anytime soon." As Rene walks closer to the ship to see and identify what further damage is dealt on his way of escape of this planet. "Well looky here...most of the insides is completely intact making it was made from durable materials, plates are mostly dented meaning it is also flexible at the same time, Oh! The hold is also contained its cargo relatively safe from harm and rooms is mostly accessible except that of the cockpit, might as well look further inside."
Rene closed in to the ship, climbing up on one of the breaches while avoiding the stray wires and supports poking out in the open. He reaches his destination and walks into the hold inspecting the cargo it holds since it's the only place that isn't blocked by a shut off metal door and latch. The hold contains some fairly large cargo reaching upto 2 meters in height and 4 meters in width with a container count of 4 and some other small boxes and containers totalling to 26 loot boxes but considering his luck recently he won't getting anything good soon.
"Praise the heavens almighty and grant this fool some luck!" He prays despite being an atheist as he opens one of the smaller boxes laying on top of each other on the ground. As he reaches upon the easy-open lock its vacuum seal released and surprisingly showed an ore of relative weight.
<Perium Ore> (Large/29lbs)
* Tier : C
* Grade : 2
* Description : Perium ore is known of its malleability in high temperatures and hardness when cooled, commonly used in the making of most basic frames for weapons and armor
"Well dumb luck it is, sensing from what the other containers might contain, this vessel was an ore transport ship seeming shot down by a mysterious kinetic proectile from somewhere then crash landed here." As he opened the other containers with ease.
All in all the smaller containers contained 568lbs of <Perium Ore>, 221lbs of <Star Ore>, 76lbs of <Furtak Ore> and 360lbs of <P-Alloy Ingot> which is a rather great haul for making weapons and armor but nowhere near enough for repairing an interstellar ship which requires alot of basic resources and few kinds of exotics.
<Star Ore> (Large/31lbs)
* Tier : B
* Grade : 7
* Description : Star ore is relatively unstable when struck by high amounts of pressure causing it to spark in a bright hazy light with its residue somewhat toxic
* Description : Star ore is commonly used with other materials in making of <Low-Density Fuel> used my most commercial products and lower end electronic equipment
<Furtak Ore> (Small/7lbs)
* Tier : D
* Grade : 4
* Description : A relatively common exotic used in the making of a variety of heat-based technology due to its passive generation of heat and dispersion of the cold in a small readius
<P-Alloy Ingot> (40lbs)
* Tier : A
* Grade : 7
* Description : A common alloy of mixed metals that has durability and can be shaped in all forms without breaking
"That took a bit of a jiffy, that should help me in regards of crafting better gear for me to use and fix and restore whatever broken to a certain extent." As he moves up to open one of the large containers only to see 2 skeletons in torn modular suits with rifles on their hands. "This should be the guards of this vessel, seeing the cracks of their visors, they died by asphyxiation. Better grab those rifles since you guys won't be needing it anyways." As he takes the rifles of the guards' hands then seeing it that it wasn't badly damaged.
<Tek Energon Rifle MK3>
* Tier : B
* Grade : 1
* Effects : +50 E.ATT (Fire) +10 Precision -10 Recoil
* Description : Built for compactness and versatility, this energy based weapon can burst 3 consecutive shots every 2 second, has 5 charges and recharges 1 every 3 seconds. Equipped with holoscopic sights and recoil stock
* Description : This rifle has seen better days...
After latching both of the rifles behind his back's magnetic holster, he opens up yhe container closest to him and sees it 40% full of cold cells used in various hardware with a few seemingly exhausted. "So this one is the battery storage huh? How bout the other containers, what surprises will you give me..." as he quickly opens the other 3 containers netting him a varied assortment of tools and equipment for maintenance, 2 sets of an advanced crafting bench and protable furnace and finally a physical cash cache worth of 20,000CR.
After obtaining a substantial amount of funds for the future but useless at the moment he proceeds into touring the entirety of the ship until he feels something out of the ordinary, he felt someone or something is staring at him at the dark corners of the place at the same time the sun drowning upon the ground and the vicious night baring down its fangs upon him.
