7 Learning Magic Session
As I walk into the witch looking shack, I found myself inside of a big humongous place which isn't like the outside appearances. "WOW!! Amazing... this place is like a library! Is this a space magic I saw on the manga I watch!?" said Arial excitedly.
The shack Arial and Emily go in, is not a normal shack you see around. The inside of this building is something that you cannot compare, a desk full of books and there are soo many books that you can call this place a library, it is 5 floors for everything you need and this place atmosphere have a calming effect, that you can probably got asleep by it. As they both walk across the stairs to the 2 floor, Arial found himself into a research lab full with many magical stuff and even some chemical also stuff that you can found on the real world.
"This place is AMAZING!!! But I still don't get it, I assume you are caught by someone and are made into a slave seeing that collar on your neck. But, how come that happen if you are this good with magic?"ask Arial to Emily.
As Emily explained Arial that she is tricked by someone she trust, and got her magic power sealed in the process of her becoming a slave. She is lucky enough that her emergency magic relic doesn't get spotted by the slavery and managed to get out with that relic but got notice by that big fat slavery and so on...
Arial then feel sorry for her, but quickly changes the topic about her teaching him magic to make the sad atmosphere gone.
"Ahhemm... So, first let's see what kind of aptitude you got with the elements. As you know, the element consist of 6 basic element fire, water, air, earth, light, and dark. But, in this world from the basic elements comes many more elements that are created, for examples metal, mud, lava, sound, magnetic, and many others elements. The elements that have been discovered is just a little piece from many other elements" explained Emily.
Emily then see Arial in a strange way and swiftly cast a spell that make her eyes green, she stare at him for quiet a while and stop the spell with a suprising expression.
"Emm? So.... how do i know what elements I have aptitude with? Is it that classic way to channel my magic power to a stone, or do you just need to appraisal me?" ask him, "Oh! Well, actually the only way to know your element for the first time is by killing the right type of monsters that suitable to your element, then absorb and recognize the monster element. And the better starter monster you kill the better your starter aptitude will be, for example fire-type wyvern as a fire element starter will be a good start then killing a fire-type chicken." explained Emily.
"Quite an interesting way to know and get your element aptitudes, but doesn't this mean there are loop hole that you can take to get a good start. Like if a "nobel" kid and his top tier guards help the him by attacking a high tier monster for the kid to finish it with a last hit?" ask him, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. For the element to get absorb completely and succesfully, you need to atleast damage the monster 80% of its health if you are on a team. the higher the percentage won't increase the power even if you kill it 100%, you only need to damage it 80% more then others to get the element and to know how many damage percentage you deal, can be done by using a wrist band that tell you the percentage" she explain.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go hunt some monsters!" screamed Arial, "Do you even know where do you need to go? Erghh... Come on, follow me!"
she said and add "Oh, and before we go anywhere put this ring on" ask her.
As Emily lead the way to a some kind of room with a enchanted magic drawing on the floor, she bite her finger and quickly bit Arial finger too without explaining anything, then drop the blood into the floor and cast a spell that teleport them into a different kind of scenery then the dark forest they just been a moment ago. It is a cold and dark mountain, with a huge and raging blizzard surrounding the environment.
"Emily... Can I ask you a question my lady" he said with a blank expression, "ya, what?"she ask." "WHERE THE HECK ARE WE!!??"
