"C'mon, C'mon, C'mon," she babbled when she called Niko again. Her eyes were looking back and forth.

She didn't know that she was disturbing their lovely date and whether she knew about it or not, she wouldn't care. It was a do or die situation due to the fact that there were two additional cars following her.

" oh goodness Niko! 3 cars are following me and I'm heading towards Temple Orchards Street,"

She looked back at the cars and noticed that they were rolling their windows down. She groaned and tried to speed up.

She could hear Alora cursing at Niko and felt the anxious feeling.

"take a sharp turn when you arrived at your school so you can drive them to Newshade. Echo squad will be waiting. Alora and I—"

She snatched Niko's phone and talked to Liana, "make sure that your GPS is on. I'll be right behind you."

While she was driving, Alora tracked her down while Niko was sending orders to the Echo squad. Alora suggested that she should call her team but he declined.

Echo and the Delta team who were assigned to roam District 3 was enough already but Alora wanted to be sure.

"Lor, Echo consists of 20 skillful women and 13 men and Delta is twice Echo's number," he reassured. He knew Drake's pitiful strategy and it was easy for him to outnumber him this time.

He's been studying for a long time and he was confident that he learned all the lessons to be learned.

" you ready? "

" ready than ever. Told you, I'm prepared. Got her location. Speed up so we can catch up behind the cars,"

While Niko and Alora were catching up with her, they didn't know what was coming for them. Drake was riding on a red Bugatti smoking Fuente Don Arturo cigar with Julius holding the box filled with 39 more cigars.

" I believe it's time for their downfall," Drake muttered with hatred visible in his eyes.

"go on, take a cigar as a celebration of the greatest downfall in history after a century," he ushered Julius to take a cigar and he happily obliged.

When Julius was bruised and was left to die on the streets, Drake approached him with 3 of his men. He saw his sign and just took him under his wings.

Julius was clueless at first but when Drake's men started asking about his tragic past and how the Stone's took a big role in it, he made a deal with Drake, a spawn of the devil.

Drake was secretive in his life and didn't shared much of his thoughts about the great family which they both hated. When he tried to ask about it, he got beaten up by the men.

So he did not dare to aks anymore and just focused on getting his revenge. Few months had passed before Drake's assistant gave him a brown envelope.

He learned about Liana, the secret daughter of Daniel and Karina Stone and that's how he managed to follow her everywhere but she was shortly missing again.

Just when she was about to make a sharp turn, a black Lamborghini Sian turned on her direction and almost hit her. Thankfully she moved to the right side.

When she gained balance again, she realized that she was already heading to Cotton Cedars Street. She looked at the side mirror and noticed that the 3 cars were gone.

She sighed and slowed her speed when a hatchback hit her direction, creating a crash.

Her car flew to the far left, almost hitting someone else. It was shortly 5 minutes when she regained consciousness. Everyone around her called ambulance a second after the crash happened.

Some were taking photos while some caring people searched for bodies and they luckily found her.

Her head, arm and shoulder were bleeding and she had scrapes and cuts. The collision wasn't that bad and didn't result to a big damage to her. Guess she was just lucky enough to to survive while the other party barely did it.

In the crowd, a black man was holding his phone near his ear while the person on the other line talked, "she's still alive right?"

The black man confirmed Liana's status before leaving the place.

And while she was sent to the hospital, Niko and Alora were heading to the right direction, unaware of what happened to her.

"something's wrong. Her GPS is off, there's another location but I don't know which one. In Cotton Cedars Street and the other one was in Arizona Newshade. Her speed is off limits too," Alora carefully spoke to Niko.

"nevermind, she's in Arizona. We can catch up," she corrected when she saw the red light in Cotton Cedars Street go off.
