My friend, Leonardo

-at the same time-

When he arrived at the department, half of the officers there who were present the day Julius escaped were already interviewed. The other half were shaking when they saw him walked inside the room with his deadly aura.

With his dark outfit and how cold his eyes were, he was enough to kill all of the people inside the room.

As he watched and interrupted Louise who interviewed all the other officers, he was not able to get the correct guy who might helped Julius escape.

He was tapping his foot as he couldn't wait. If he didn't get any clue from the officers, then he would make an offer to his friend. Annoyed, Louise asked him to stop tapping his foot.

"Mr. Grey, I'm trying to interview someone, please don't interrupt," she held her breath before she rolled her eyes and smiled fakely at the officer in front of her.

"anyways, continue," she said.

The young man was rubbing his legs nervously. Seeing as he was doing this, it spiked Jun's interest. He was looking at him as if he's piercing his soul.

"I saw Mr. S-star going inside but I-I didn't really think that something would g-go w-rong. When I went inside to get the file that I left, t-the d-door was slightly opened. T-the o-officers on-duty did not check the status," he carefully mumbled, stuttering. He couldn't help but stutter each time he glanced at Jun and Jun looked at him in the eyes.

" you mean that 45 old man? Okay, thank you. You may go now. Thank you for cooperating, "

The 45 year old man was a high rank officer. Louise didn't really believed the officer since Mr. Star was highly respected by his inferiors and no one would believe that he could do such things. He was a good person, for her. If he would let Julius go easily, then, something must've gone wrong with him or he's really a devil in disguise.

Aside from that, he was known to be a harmonious person. He loved his wife and he would do right by her. His children looked up to him like what children do to their heroes. He loved his job and his reputation. He would probably do anything to protect his reputation.

Jun smiled, creeping Louise's soul. He then asked Louise for the information of Mr. Star who was currently no where to be found in the department.

"wait, I'll be back," he excused himself as he went inside his car and opened the glove compartment where he put cash inside.

He took an envelope which he prepared this morning and put $10,000 in it. He made sure to take another envelope for Louise which he put twice the money for the officer.

When he got back, he called the officer a while ago and grabbed him as if he was picking a fight. All others in the room looked away.

"take this, thank you," he put it in his pocket before he left.

He went to Louise's office to thank her for everything.

"what's this? This is too much, I'm just helping you," with Jun's stern look, she did nothing but to accept it.

"hey, be careful out there," she softly said when she noticed him about to leave. He did not say anything and just nodded his head.

"why are you pinpointing Mr. Star?" Louise asked to the officer right after Jun left.

The young officer once again felt nervous. He did tlike being interrogated for something he didn't do. He was honest about his answers.

When he was young, he was told by his parents to never lie and he grew up as an obedient and honest man. So, with all that was happening, he found himself stuck up.

He questioned himself for even forgetting the file. He wouldn't be bothered by them if he remembered to take it with him.

"I really saw him enter. You can ask the others where I was during those times," he truthfully said.

Sighing as she couldn't get the answer, she left.

"Hello, may I speak to Leonardo? Tell him I'm an important business," he said sternly on the phone while he drove.

Within a few seconds, a familiar voice greeted him warmly. "my precious Jun, how may I help you?"

"I'll be meeting you in your old place. Would that be fine for you or do I have to book the finest hotel?" he offered wanting the familiar trust from Leonardo.

"oh, no need, no need. I'll be sure to arrive there," he gave the time before he ended the call.

He opened the glove compartment again and counted the money inside before taking the classy envelope. When he was about to place all the money in the envelope, he realized it won't fit. He also realized that the amount of money won't be enough for the old man.

As a 23 year old man, heir of the Grey's, he had tons of money hidden inside the trunk of his car. He can access his bank account easily and its unlimited. He can easily pay people but, as a wise man, he usually use his brain in these matters.

Arriving at Leonardo's manor, the maidens welcomed him with a hint of nostalgia. He was loved by the maidens, sadly he didn't reciprocated their feelings. He only had his eyes and heart for Liana and that was final.

"my dear Jun, welcome, welcome," Leonardo greeted him with his wonderful English accent. He walked graciously on his stairs and hugged the guest.

They both walked into a room below the stairs and started talking.

"so, what's the matter?"
