Survivors are fighting the rats over the swampy area that rats have recently made from their waste. The swamp has slowed the survivors by 20%, while the rats have no problem moving.

The waste on the swamp area have debuffs to the humans, humans could not resist the disease and instant odour as all of the survivors suffered many diseases debuffs. Virus and Bacterias are infecting the survivors as the pisses and faeces formed swamp on where the survivors step on.

Each hit or the rats died given the surrounding survivors mass debuffs, that the Anti-toxin do not even fix the problem.

After the insane long struggle, the survivors manage to survive with 2 in the party anyway.

Back in the base, survivors who come back are swearing as rats trench are the battleground of mass debuffs, and people are stocking up the seem useless pill as rats threat have just started.

Writer note: I have just given the summary, trench warfare, those who don't know can try google it, the rat trench is like each trench is loaded with rats shit and piss. Anyone who breath in that will catch the mixed of multiple diseases. I leave the story to the reader's head, on how it is going to play out. The rat comes in mass, which makes taking antitoxin to offset the debuff an impossible task to do.
