Chapter Ten

"You've mastered Wind already have you? As expected of Rose!" The king looked exhausted and I looked at him curiously for a moment before speaking.

"Still having trouble with them?" He blinked before replying.

"Y-yes we are... But we're getting closer to being able to handle them!" I eyed him suspiciously and he sighed before shrugging. He isn't going to talk anymore, I knew from experience. He was like this after the assassination attempt last time too.

"Well time to master the next thing~" I sing cheerfully, trying to dodge the elephant in the room. He laughed before responding.

"Ha, what do you not have mastered? Sewing? Diplomacy?"

"Learned those awhile ago~ No now's time for space magic~" His jaw dropped to the floor.

"Y-you have an affinity...?" He gaped like a fish and I turned and grinned cheekily at him, as I summoned all the balls of affinity.

"Sure~ I have an affinity to everything~ Even the none-classed and specialized~ Plus I can talk to animals too~" The king sank to the floor and gaped at me, muttering gibberish and staring. I let the balls poof out of existence. Then the Queen walked in a saw him like that, and freaked out.

"W-whats wrong love? Wilson? Wilson!" She shook him violently but her efforts were in vain as he was still processing.

"He's fine~ He just had a shock is all!" I cheerfully reply and she studied me for a long moment before asking what I had done. I only cheerfully smiled and danced off, leaving him to her. I heard her speaking to him as I moved away, and couldn't help but giggle to myself.

Am I evil? S-shut up! You aren't supposed to say yes! Anyways I decided to tell the king about it when I mastered Wind, and I have. I was originally going to do it more tactfully but I wanted a little revenge on his harsh training. Can you blame me? I am only a kid after all~ Just a little kid so stop judging me!

Anyways I know enough to survive now~ Let's make some friends!

I wandered the grounds aimlessly for several days but was unable to meet any other kids. Perhaps I need to think of a better way to meet new people? There's no way they are avoiding me right? Right?

Queen: Wilson!? Oh dear are you alright?

King: She's a god in disguise...

Queen: What?

King: She can use... all attributes...

Queen: Rose? No, let's go get you checked out ok love? That must have been a nasty shock!

King: But-

Queen: Shhhh love, rest I'll go get help.
