SS: Zhuge Liang

In the border of the human continent and the 'Black Desert' cultivators were starting to arrive. They came from different empires, kingdoms, and sects. One of them was Zhuge Liang, he was born from a commoner mother and a noble father. His mother raise him alone because his father does not want his family to know that he had a child with a commoner. Even though he never met him, he never hated his father.

When he was five years old, his mother brought him to a temple to see his talent in cultivation. When they examine his aptitude for cultivation they discover that his meridians were large that makes the circulation of Qi much more faster and denser than any ordinary genius. From then on he was recruited by the temple to become one of their apprentice. He started practicing cultivation inside the temple, his mother was proud and happy that she had a genius son. Their life started to get better as he advance in cultivation. His father that he had never seen appear in their door saying that he wants to bring him in their family mansion.

He agreed in a condition that his mother would come along with them, when they arrived at the mansion, there are several gazes directed at him and his mother. They were looking at him is disgust and disdain as the family of his father can't accept that a genius was born between a noble and commoner.

Fifteen years pass by quickly as he continue to train every day and now he had the cultivation of a middle stage Martial King. He become one of the High Templar of the Temple of Light. Everyone in the temple respect and look up to him, they all have high expectations toward him. The temple lord even choose him as one of the candidates to become the next temple lord.

Today he was accompanying a princess of an empire as she inspect the miasma in the border. The first time he saw her he was mesmerized of her beauty. She had a courageous and beautiful look, she treat everyone kindly even commoners. His heart started to beat faster everytime he was with her, with her smile he felt his whole world stop as his face blush. As to why he was with the princess, it was a task given to him by the temple lord personally to guard and guide the princess as she stays in the border.

Every morning he would wake up earlier than her and wait in the entrance of her mansion. He would occasionally visit her when she was studying with the reason of guarding her. The princess would then tell him that he does not need to come everyday and he could have a day off. He would just shrug it off and continue to follow her.

Right now as he was following behind her, the princess suddenly stop and stare at the white mansion nearby. At the entrance was a man wearing black inner clothes and a white clothing over it. The man has a handsome intimidating face, when he saw the princess looking at the man intently he felt bitter in his heart. In all the time he was with her, she never look at him like this.

*ehem*

He clear his throat waking the princess in her stupor as her face turn crimson red, he felt an indescribable amount of sourness in his heart as he saw the blush on the princess face, but he cover it with a smile on his face. The princess continues her walk while stealing glances at the man, the man notices her looking at him stealthily smiled at her. The face and neck of the princess turn red like an apple as she lower her head, steam was almost coming out from her head as she play with her fingers. A cold glint appear in his eyes but quickly disappeared. He man look at him and he felt something dangerous when he saw his eyes. He hold the hilt of his sword and look icily at the man, the man just smile at him and went inside the mansion.

When the princess safely finish her job to survey the miasma he accompany her home and leave. When he arrived at his residence he instruct one of his men to investigate the man in the mansion. He also choose three men to monitor everything the man would do. He don't know but every time he remember the smile of the man, it gave him chills on his spine like he was being preyed on by a dangerous beast.

The next day when he woke up he receive a report from one of his men that monitor the man that night. The report said that the other two suddenly disappeared when they were doing their job. He said that he could not find any traces of the other two, there were no traces of fight in the area. They just suddenly disappear like they were not there. After reading the report he gave an instruction to continue to monitor the man, and if he ever find anything suspicious he need to inform him immediately.

He dress himself and went out to find the princess and accompany her today.
