A great romance! You don't actually need to read the reviews just go read the novel! I promise you won't be disappointed by it! Writing quality is great! Stability of updates is spectacular but chapters are ver short in lenght... The story is developing nicely and the world background is very solid. The secondary characters are very well developed and have their own personalities and motivations. Some of them are even better than the two mc... this could be a problem in the future...author should try to fix this by developing the mc even more. Overall, a great story with compelling narrative! Good work Author!
This review reflects my ideas up until chapter 18. The story is quite similar to a few rich-people-hating-each-other-but-later-falling-in-love trope. I do admit it has it's own charms. Characters are a bit similar to stereotype and to one another, it's almost hard trying to distinguish between them. Yes they male and female protagonists hate each other but their world, career, disposition, and even circle of friends are quite similar. The story seems a bit fast-paced, but then again the chapters are quite short - so you have to wait for a bit (if you're up to date), or you blitz through the chapters (like me). It's almost as if quantity was one of the main selling points for this book. For the world background, the novel does describe it in detail. However it is limited to the world of the elite, so it feels redundant and expected at times. Overall it's really interesting with how the shortness of the chapters play into the novel. It almost leaves a lot to be filled in by you, the reader (which is not a bad idea at all).
I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR NOVEL VERY MUCH What a great story for the reader❤ I give you all 5 stars and 4 stars for the stability updates because i hope you can add more chapter, or make the chapters long or yeaah please don't make us wait too long for the next chapter 😁 u knw this story picks my interest. i liked it❤ I have a suggestion for you: i'm guessing you need to change your cover to illustration instead of using original photography. Usually webnovel fandoms, the cover illustration made me or the other readers pick up your story. It's more interesting and make the novel look unique.
The story starting with the usual couple who did not like each other in the first place, but will fall in love as the story progress... However, the story and character development are exciting. It makes me want to continue reading, especially with the author's writing flow. It will not bore you. I have hope that this will be a great read as the story continue.
I'm a sucker for a strong female character. If you're like me, you might want to pick this one up. I'm writing this at the point where the plot is still at its early stages. There has been a few conflicts and a little drama but it's still too early to say they had a major impact on the characters' future. The story's opening chapters are great. A reader can easily immerse into the story. The author did a good job as explaining things. By that, I mean the amount and the timing. Not everything should be revealed at the same time, only what's relevant enough to understand the situation. There will always be chances to add further details IF they really are relevant. I wish the other characters had more exposures though. The main couple are the focus but the side characters are the ones who help make the book interesting—especially since it's written in third pov, the narrator has a wider view of what's going on. The world is fairly normal—as normal as the rich class can be BUT these people are human too. They're not immortals who always achieve victories and always receive good fortune. I appreciate that the author included vulnerabilities. I sometimes I think novels tend to forget those so it was a nice change. Good luck on the rest of your journey <3
An arranged engagement of a power couple that leads to an unravel of power between family businesses. The power plays are nicely executed with the right amount of ******* to move you to the next chapter. The character design is complex and well written. They drive the story line along. The ensemble is an interesting mix that support or detract the main protagonists. I definitely can see this played out as a series on TV. Cool story. Top quality for a first go too. Well done. I'm only halfway, but I think I confident my rating will remain high towards the end of the story. Keep writing.
This is part of a review swap: I read around 40 chapters and I think I have a pretty good idea... Writing Quality: 4 Stars There are some grammatical and spelling mistakes, but it's not the worst thing. There are often giant chunks of description that get a little tiring to read, but still, not that bad. Stability of Updates: 5 stars Not really sure how often you update, but it seems there are quite a lot of chapters. Story Development: 5 stars It's quite fast-paced with short chapters. From the beginning, the plot centers around an arranged marriage and drama between the leads and a jealous love rival and a dude from the underworld? Quite a few cliche plotlines. Not my cup of tea, but not enough to pull a star. Character Design: 3 stars The characters so far are quite 2D. There is some kind of sad background for the male lead (heartbreak) but many of the characters seem extremely cliche. Psycho jealous b*tch in love with ML, ******* ML with a girl he can't forget, CEO FL who falls way too fast, and families that want them to be together. I can't seem to like any of them, they're just too stereotypical. World Background: 4 stars I think the characters are Indian? They live in the modern area, there's a lot of description, but sometimes it takes away from the flow. Otherwise, it's unclear and there isn't a consistent setting?
Nice, bite size chapters. It has all the elements of typical rich-people-romance stories. But it's how you cook the food that makes it delicious, and stand out from other similar dishes. I do like the fact that the FL is a strong willed go-getter. Kind of sets this one apart from other works in the genre. All in all, a nice little read for those who dig these kinds of stories. Keep it up. P.S. Nice, cute cover you have there lol.
