I understand this is the plot, but in reality this would not happen, especially in the United States. There are ethical guidelines, federal regulations, and state statutes in place to prevent this kind of scenario from happening. I know this because I took a class that involves human experimentation. Human experimentation for medical purposes is legal to a degree, but this requires consent from the test subject and the scientists to follow ethical procedures. It would be more likely if this was in China (no offense to Chinese people), but even the government would be under immense pressure. Remember the gene-editing done by a Chinese researcher not long ago on twin babies? to protect them from HIV? They were sentenced to prison after shocking the world with such unethical actions. In reality, our MC would have been adopted by relatives and treated like a normal person. Of course, he would be receiving invites from researchers but he would have to give consent.
It's really great that you give him a proper background story. Not like other anime transmigration novels where they begin just a few moments before the MC dies or after. Good Job ^_^

Thanks for the chapter and plz I beg you don't send him to Naruto world, even if sent him to shinchan world or teletubbies(its a joke plz don't take it seriously) I would accept it but not the Naruto world bcoz I'm sick and tired of reading Naruto fanfictions. As for different suggestions: 1. One piece 2. Bleach 3. Fairy tail 4. Dragon Ball 5. Danmachi world 6. High school dxd 7. A new world created by your imagination. 8. CN novel world like ATG, CD, ISSTH etc. And lastly make it so that he visits different worlds for adventures.
