After dinner they chated for a little bit before each of them returned to their rooms for some sleep and rest.
But Alexander and some of the hunters didn't sleep, instead they left the village to scout and put some traps as they cherished each and every moment of day light, of course they weren't going to stay away for that long as they still had to go through a fight when the sun sets so they were going to return soon.
Dan and his group on the other side returned to their little house where Robin took Dan with him and teleported to the ship Barbarossa.
~~~
Randy was setting in the dining room alone with only the little bird on his shoulder.
He was just setting there and thinking about what happened to him in the last three months.
His life took a weird turn in that short spun of time, his ship got shot down by a dragon, fought a dragon and even helped in the killing of one, his power grew to an unbelievable degree in a short time, he even got a superpower, as he thought of that last part he looked at the small bird which was on his shoulder, feeling him look at it, the sleeping bird lifted its head looked at him before returning to sleep after releasing a small chirp, seeing that Randy smiled before starting to get up.
He was waiting for Robin to return but it was quite late and no one appeared so he thought that they probably weren't going to return.
He did feel some worry in his heart that they might have met with trouble but what could he do? He was on the ship and he didn't even know what way they really took, so he could only wish that they were safe and lead a team to search for them if they didn't hear anything till tomorrow's morning.
But just as he was getting up two people appeared in the room and the little bird which was sleeping on his shoulder stood up shocked.
"I see that you returned, how was the journey did you find anything?" Randy smiled as he looked at Robin and Dan, he was relieved when he saw that they didn't appear injured or the like.
"Yeah, we found a small village but we will talk about that later, now tell me where are the others, we need to discuss a few things." Dan said.
Area 01: western side of Australia, Area 02 camp:
The seven Gods were discussing what happened in the day when the gray fog covered the whole earth.
By talking with the people from Area 02, Ethan and all of their trusted aid there, they found that Area 02 also had a wave of gray fog covering it.
"So what does this tell us?" Carlos asked.
"This probably mean that the other Areas in the new earth also had the same phenomenal right?" Lucas said.
"Yes just as you said I got information from my scouting troops in the other Areas that the Gray Fog did cover them too, what about you did your scouts tell you anything?" Adam said while looking at Athena Lana and Snake.
"Its the same." Lana said. Snake and Athena also nodded their heads.
Athena and the others wasn't surprised that Adam knew about that, because she was sure that all of the seven Gods and even some of the strong families in their Area sent a scouting team to check the new world they lived in.
That was especially so after knowing that there was another twenty three Areas out there that they didn't know a lot of things about.
Actually the seven Gods already knew that the memories that they had in their minds after that earthquake were memories of the other Areas, and as soon as she knew that Athena sent her scouting team searching for two specific Areas...
"So this probably mean that it was a natural phenomenal?" Snake asked while looking st Adam for an answer, as he was the one who probably can come with the best explanation for that.
"Yes I think so too, but if we thought of it like that... There's something bothering me?" Adam said with a hesitating expression.
"Why you weren't able to feel it?" Lucas said.
Nodding his head Adam said:
"Yes it's just as you said, for me natural phenomenal and forces are never a problem, because I always feel them coming, but this time I didn't feel anything at all, so I'm quite confused..."
"Well New Earth is quite weird on its own so this little bit is no problem at all." Athena said in an uninterested tone, before showing a serious expression and saying:
"It already passed and we already know that it's a natural phenomena so there's no point in talking about it, there's a more important things to discuss right now, like what happened to our people who disappeared from our Area, what is the reason of Area 01 sending such weak troops to our Area, where did those weird people and monsters which appeared in our Area come from, and finally is there a link between all of those things and the Gray Fog."
What Athena said turned everyone's attention toward one of the Gray Fog's mysteries, first those troops that Area one sent were way too weak and even their machines didn't seem that good, and also many of the people from their Area disappeared without a trace at all as if they just vanished into air, and finally there was how many monsters and weird people appeared in Area one, and those people and monsters too appeared from thin air.
"Was the attack by Area 01 just a diversion and their main object to kidnapped some of our people and to put those monsters and people in our Area?" a man from Carlos's side said this while scratching his head.
His name was Mon, he was the man with one of the strongest physical power passed abilities in Area 02 and he was respected as one of Carlos's right hand men, but even though he had great power his thinking was simple, that's why Carlos had one other man who was quite smart and flexible as his other right hand man and his strategist.
"That can't be, after all they couldn't have predicted the appearance of the Gray Fog so I think that all those things have a link with the Gray Fog not with Area 01." Athena said seeing all of them looking at her she continued:
"Just like how we lost some people who disappeared from our Area maybe the people from Area 01 too lost their people after the Gray Fog appeared, and if you did enough research you will find that those monsters are from different Areas in the new earth, as many people have memory of them, so if we take all of that and put everything together we will find that people from different Areas got transported to other ones after the Gray Fog appeared, it seems as if the Gray Fog would teleport some people from one Area to other, this is the only thing that can explain how so many people disappeared into thin air in our Area and how others appeared from thin Area into our Area, what do you think?"
The room fall into silence after everyone heard what Athena said, she did mention something that can't be ignored, and they had to think deeply about it, but that wasn't what they were talking about, instead it was because they realized that if what Athena said was true then...
Reaching that train of thoughts almost everyone there turned their heads and looked at Adam, yep that what they thought about, if what Athena was true then the "surprise attack" that Adam mentioned and which was going to happen no matter what was just some people from Area 01 getting teleported to Area 02 because of the gray fog which covered everything.
Not showing any emotion on his face Adam stayed silent for a little while before sighing and saying:
"Yes what Athena said can be true, and if it is true then that means that we might have put ourselves in this whole war for nothing but a misunderstanding"
Area 01: the headquarter of the Big Fours Alliance:
The four leaders of the alliance all reached the same conclusion as the one the seven Gods reached, that the Gray Fog was the reason of the disappearance and the weird appearance of unknown people and beasts out of thin air in Area 01.
"So this means that the war started because of a misunderstanding?" Travis said.
"Yes it is just as you said if we counted it, the time of the appearance of the gray fog and the disappearance of the base 42 are within the same timeframe that one of the seven Gods, the All-seeing Adam, gave us before starting an attack on us, that time he said 'even if we turn back and stop our attack, one month later you would attack us' I think that he meant this." Ronald said nodding while his head slowly.
"Then? What does this mean? What are we going to do?" Moore asked.
The others looked at Roland awaiting an answer or a suggestion, Ronald sighed and said:
"Right now both our two sides aren't in a positions to fight as both of us are trying to find the reason of the Gray Fog and all what happened in the new earth in the last couple of days, so what if we call the seven Gods and... Do a meeting with them."
"You aren't serious right?" Moore said:
"You do know how many people died in this war, and now you want a meeting, so what if it was just a misunderstanding are we just going to accept it and act as if nothing happened?"
Ronald didn't try interrupting him, instead he waited for him till he finished speaking before saying:
"And what about the number of people who might die? Did you think about that, I know that probably our people won't accept how we just set with those people in the same table and discussed as if nothing happened, but that's what's better for us now, and also..." making it here Ronald looked at everyone in the room before saying:
"The Gods killers aren't ready, we need more data, more materials, more planning, We Need More Time, and this might give it to us."
Hearing the two words "Gods killers", the other three fall into silence, after all those machine were their only hope against the seven Gods, each of them was designed to deal and finish one of the seven Gods, but as Ronald said, making something like that was hard if not close to impossible.
Well that's if they only took their Area into consideration but with all the other twenty four Areas out there there might be hope to do it.
"Then what you mean is that we should go ask for a meeting and a peace treaty and in that time of peace, we will make new weapons espicaily to deal with them right?" Moore was the first to break the silence that fall on the room.
"Yes just as you said, the seven Gods had already reached a point where they can hardly be called humans, and I'm sure that if they acted individually they can be a headache for us, imaging one of them acting by guerilla tactics attacking and retreating as he wants while harassing us, we would suffer a lot if that ever happened, and that's only one of the things that might happen to us, so we really need to deal with them as fast as possible." Ronald explained with a heavy voice.
"Ok, then we should at the very least try, who knows they might not even care about what we are going to say and just attack us, and with that the war will just keep on going on." Travis said.
"Ok then Ronald send a ship to them, let it be a small white one so it becomes apparent to them that it isn't a warship, and don't try to hide as you move toward them make sure that they can see it." Moore said.
"Ok that will be done soon so don't worry" Ronald said.
Area 10: on top of Barbarossa:
"So that's what happened to you, but now what?" Randy said while looking at Dan who had told them about all what happened to them and what they understood from the old man and Alexander about the new Area and its situation.
In the room there was Anie, Leonard, Mad Dog, Randy, Robin, Dan and Allan who Randy brought with him.
"Yes that's what me and the others had to consider, what should we do now, should we go to a city and try living a normal life there, or should we try building a village on our own or what?" Dan nodded to Randy's question mentioning what was bugging him.
"We can build our own village as that would be the best thing to do, but what are we going to do about the city which controls the place around here, I don't think that they are going to be happy about some people appearing out of nowhere and just taking a piece of land for themselves, so we probably shouldn't do that at least not right now, which is going to leave us one of the other two options, joining the Last Point Village or joining the city which controls it." Randy said.
"The city which controls this Area here is quite far away, and with the disappearance of their Lord and his family, us appearing just like that might seem suspicious, so joining the last point village for now before seeing what to do later on is the best course of action." Dan had the same idea as Randy, building a village would be the best thing for them, but it would take a long time for them to finish building it not to mention the problem that Randy pointed.
So the only thing which was left for them was to join the Last Point Village for a short while till they understand how things worked around there from the villagers.
"Whatever it is that you want to do, you should know that little Ru told me that the people in the ship are getting restless, they are looking at land right in front of their eyes and they want to leave the ship, yet they can't, they already held on for a long time and they want to land, so we should give them what they want." Anie said what the people on the ship wanted.
She was told that by little Ru, who was considered by the normal people in the ship as one of them, so she was able to get information from them much easily.
"Yes that's also something that we need to deal with..." Dan murmured before adding:
"Tomorrow I will speak with the village head and see if I can bring some people with me to the village, I will take some strong blood power users who will show their worth for him and the other villagers, after helping them in the first night and after they see who strong we can be, I will say that we have morw people who are just like them and ask if they can join."
