37 Naive Girl

The girl kept crying on the shoulders of Xia Tian.

After entering the forest Xia Tian gently placed her on the land and said, "don't cry I am not taking you anywhere and I spoke those words to deceive the people in the village and to save you from them."

The girl stopped crying but looked suspiciously at Xia Tian as far as she knows she did not see anybody to help her after her parents died.

Xia Tian quickly untied her ropes and freed her.

After she became free the girl again started crying, this time Xia Tian did not know why she is crying.

He scratched his head and asked, "Hello, girl, why are you crying again, I said I am not going to take you away, you are free now, you can go where ever you want"

The girl looked at Xia Tian and replied, "I am bought that bread but they took it when they tied me, now what I should do."

Xia Tian became dumbfounded he clearly saw that the bread she had in her hands is a stale one. why she is crying like that for that bread.

He gently said to her, "that is a stale bread why are you worried about that."

The girl shook her head and said, "no, no, I want bread, I heard people saying that person with fever should eat bread to get cured."

Xia Tian again surprised by her naive knowledge and asked, "who is suffering from fever and who said you that by eating bread fever can be cured."

The girl hesitated to reply and kept her mouth shut.

Xia Tian became curious and said, "if you say the real reason why you want the bread, I will give you fresh bread."

The girl thought for some time and asked, "why did you save me in the village, don't you people hate us."

"I don't have any enmity with you and I don't even know you before why will I hate you, as for Pantu and stuff I don't even know about that"

The girl surprised by Xia Tian reply and said, "my sister became unconscious one day ago and her body became very hot, my mother said when people get fever their body temperature will increase and eating bread will cure it."

Xia Tian understood that her mother should have made them eat the medicine by stuffing them in the bread when they were children and asked, "what about your elders are there are no one nearby."

The girl's eyes again became teary and said, "my mother and father died five years ago and I have nobody except for my sister. my sister and I tried to go to the village afterward but we were chased off the village and from then living in the forest in our old home."

It is now Xia Tian clearly observed her facial features and startled to find out that she is very cute and utterly beautiful with that fox ears, she is just a fifteen-year girl and her body is in developing condition, she is even younger than Xiao Mi but her body curves are very sexy and can make any man go crazy for her.

He did not understand why those villagers are hurling stones at her and chasing her away. In the human race she will definitely be favored by many wealthy people and will be easily protected or exploited by them because of her situation.

Xia Tian will happily take her with him if his body is in previous condition but now he is not in any mood to get closer to her, so he did not even asked her name and thrown away his lustful thoughts about her, he deeply sighed about his thoughts and scolded himself.

Xia Tian also felt deep sympathy for her and gave her some food from the space ring along with some bread and said, "tell me where you live, I will take you there safely."

The girl hesitated for some time but seeing that Xia Tian did not hate her and also gave her food to eat she said to Xia Tian to follow her.

After walking for an hour Xia Tian saw an old thatched house, he is startled and unable to think how two girls without any power can be living deep inside the forest without fear of magical beasts attacking them and how they managed to survive for these many years after their parents died.

but he did not go deep into the finding of the facts, saying he will come here in the evening, he left the girl there.

Xia Tian searched for the nearest waterfalls to bath and changed his clothes, he went deep inside into the forest to hunt magical beasts and found level four flame lion and killed it with just two slashes of his dagger.

Recently he is feeling very uncomfortable as he can not find magical beast higher than level four in these forests and killing them did not satisfy him, because of practicing Dauntless war god cultivation method he is craving for a fight which forces him to use all his strength to win.

He took the meat of flame lion and returned to the place of the thatched hut and roasted the meat of flame lion.

Smelling the roasted meat, the girl came out of the hut, Xia Tian waved the roasted meat at the girl saying, "take this meat to eat, I will be staying in the tent here tonight, if you have any need contact me, I will leave this place tomorrow morning."

She nodded to Xia Tian and quickly entered the thatched hut after taking the meat and did not come outside after that.

Xia Tian set up a tent near the thatched house and began cultivating inside his tent.

In the middle of the night, Xia Tian is peacefully cultivating inside his tent, there came the sound of footsteps outside his tent and stopped after reaching the entrance of his tent.

After some time the trembling voice of the girl sounded out, "hello, are you there, may I enter the tent."
