Ngl, I REALLY wanna know what this is like from the Legions pov. They’re tired from the weeks of enduring The Colony’s attacks, the mages especially, they just endured an acid vat that clings to their shields and is constantly eating away at it, the mages are constantly in mental warfare for control of the stone and by now i expect them to know about the iron spikes so that’ll only increase the stress, then they get attacked from all sides by a nigh invincible black poisonous sludge when suddenly the hated black hole attack shows up. Then, with the Black hole comes a 3 pronged attack: the threat of spikes, the black hole, and the ranged attacks from The Colony. Then to make matters worse for them once the black hole hits that’s gotta reduce the attention of the legion mages by either distracted by trying not to get sucked in or some of them dying. Which leads to the big ol’ spikes to come down that even further soften them up. And by then i assume that the army of ants and centi-sludges continue to press them again Maybe an army of veteran Legion could hold on but these guys are still green, theyve gotta be on the brink after this
