I really like how all the god from the Lord of Mysteries are refereed as Misters. We have Mister Fool, Mister Door and now Mister Error. Is it a particularity of those pathways ? Maybe the gods of the God All Mighty need big names that shows a lot of powers, whereas the gods of the Lord of Mysteries need to use more human names. No matter how powerful you are; In front of true Mysteries, you are no more than a mere human.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the phoenix accessory is the same Uniqueness of the Death pathway and the bloodied crown is either a sequence one characteristic or Uniqueness of the Red Priest pathway.
