This chapter is just to cover the basic knowledge you may need to reference back, to in order to keep up with the story.
Energy Points- Basically, its energy in its purest form. The Host of the Devil Path can use their mental energy to absorb and store energy from a certain radius from the host, or from an object in the Devil Ring.
Devil Ring - The physical manifestation of the Devil Path. Indestructible, an artifact older in years than the number of stars in a trillion universes. The wielder of such a treasure may gain a chance of embarking upon the Devil Path. However, the treasure only accepts one Host in its entire lifetime.
Cultivation Realms:
Heavenly Mortal, 9 stages. Advancement to every stage increases power by a large margin.
Veins: Used to rank power between each stage of the Heavenly Mortal Realm. 1-10 veins. Each vein brings about a significant power boost.
There are way more but i don't want to spoil the story just yet.
Techniques can boost power levels, an example someone's Kamehameha would have a higher power level than what someone's max output usually would be.

Heavenly Mortal 1st Stage: 100-200
Heavenly Mortal 2nd Stage: 400-800
Heavenly Mortal 3rd Stage: 1,600-3,200
Heavenly Mortal 4th Stage: 6,400-12,000
Heavenly Mortal 5th Stage: 25,000-50,000
Heavenly Mortal 6th Stage: 100,000-200,000
Heavenly Mortal 7th Stage: 400,000-800,000
Heavenly Mortal 8th Stage: 1,600,000 - 3,200,000
Heavenly Mortal 9th Stage: 6,400,000-12,000,000

Talent Grades in the Alteridge Empire:

Grades 1-10: 1 means close to crippled, while 10 is below average.
11-20: Grade 15 Talent is the average for the citizens of Azuno, Grade 20 means there is a chance of reaching the 4th Heavenly Mortal Stage.
21-30: Above average, almost guaranteed to reach the 4th stage or beyond.
31-40: Kaitlyn is a 40th Grade Talent. Therefore, she has a guaranteed chance to reach the 5th stage or beyond.
41-50
51-60: Rare.
61-70
71-80: Very Rare.
81-90: Grade 90 Talent, is almost a guarantee at becoming a Stage 1 Precelestial. 1 in 100,000,000 rarity.
91-100: Grade 100, means almost guaranteed to become a Stage 2 Precelestial. Impossibly high rarity, if a population of 7 billion people was tested, the chances of a Grade 100 Talent appearing are close to 0.
100+
Every time a person with a Grade 100+ Talent appears, the empire erupts, because a someone like that has a high chance of becoming a Stage 3 Precelestial. A Stage 3 Precelestial at the peak of its power needn't show the Emperor of Alteridge any respect.
