Crow's power

June 7th, just got the results of my final exams, I failed 4 of 5 subjects. My parents and brothers died a week ago in a car accident. I've tried to follow all the advices given by my friends, but I just can't get through it. I just have a weird feeling telling me I don't belong here, or at least, I no longer have a place in this world.

Well I think I should give a brief presentation of who I am, and why I am writing this while my heart is in chaos. I'm Arnau, 18 years old, Sagittarius, a college student (studying Business Management, but guess that doesn't matter at all.), loved to read fantasy novels, although I'm more inclined to Xianxia and Xuanhuan novels. To be honest, I feel in love with the idea of being able to soar the heavens, being free, immortal, exploring ruins, killing beasts, comprehending martial arts, with a flip of my hand conjuring a flame… Who would have said, someone who adored those novels and thought of himself as a detached person, would end up in such a sorry state just because the death of his family. I'm also surprised and also despise myself for being that weak. I always make myself think I will be clear-minded even if something as bad happened, but u can only see how it is when it happens. My mental state I adored was trashed on the second I heard the news. So that's my presentation and description of who I am.

June 8th, woke up feeling miserable and tired. But today my mind was clear, and when going to the bathroom I recalled the weird dream I have been dreaming since my family accident. The dream is just simple, I'm following a crow through Barcelona while in pajamas. I follow the crow to the more bustling streets of the city, though they are empty. I follow it to the beach; museums and I end up following it to a small mountain. The crow circles above my head as if he was telling me to follow him no matter what, so I do. At the beginning is just going through the pavement, but as it continues, I had to go through the woods and I even ended up having to climb a cliff. Just when I'm about to fall I see the crow entering a cave concealed in the corner of the cliff wall. Unfortunately, when I'm about to reach it, I fall and die, and guess what, that's the point when I wake up.

After recalling this weird dream, because I don't have nothing to do I try to follow the steps I take in the dream. The bustling streets, beach, museums and even the road to the mountain is easy. The problem lays, obviously in that damn cliff. I have never climbed a mountain and moreover I'm scared of heights. Feeling the exhaustion of my body I decide to rest for a while to regain my forces to try to climb that damned wall.

I put my right hand on a protruding rock and my left on another that is higher, basic climbing. After 10 minutes climbing I finally get to see the spot where the cave is supposed to be, but there's nothing there, just the wall of the cliff. After going that far I decide to risk it and continue moving to where the supposed cave was. And yes, there was something strange there, the rocks seemed brighter and of better quality than the surrounding rocks. Just when I touch them a strange suction force, brings me through those "newer rocks" as if didn't exist, just like Harry Potter crosses that wall in the train station.

I find myself I a pitch-black space, luckily my phone has the "lantern" app. So, when I turn on the lantern I see that the cave walls have three murals of three different crows. One has three red eyes and a pitch-black body that gives ghastly impression. The other has a golden body that gives a sense of heat and sharpness, and the last crow, is just a normal crow.

As I observe those murals, I get the feeling they have some type of relation with me, but I can't go to the root of the feeling. Unconsciously, I touch the mural of the ghastly three-eyed crow and my mind shakes as information appears suddenly "Basic Training of the Soul". The information just seems too obscure, but well I don't have nothing to do nor to lose, so I delve more and start to study the information.

The training of "Basic Training of the Soul" is divided in 4 parts (initial, middle, top and master). To train in the "initial part" you have to build a mental image of a crow, to train the "middle part" you have to build a mental image of a three-legged crow, the "top part" the three-legged three-eyed crow, and the "master part" you have to build a mental image of all myriad creatures.

Mastering the "initial part", means your soul have transformed and no longer is the normal soul of a human. With the "Initial part" you can extend a soul energy wave and detect the silhouettes of the objects.
