Reassurance!

In one day, two defeats had slapped his face.

Christopher was happy for Jason, but he couldn't help but feel inferior.

Christopher was 2 years older to Jason. He had taught him dance and introduced him to the showbiz world.

Jason was optimistic, bubbly and had talent.

Christopher did too, but his heart was refusing the truth.

Christopher had a slightly depressing past, but he overcame all of it and came to where he was today.

Why... I...

"Christopher"

The brown-haired, grey-eyed boy called out. He used some phrases which his parents had told him.

"There is a prejudice, a controversy. That people born with talent can only succeed. Right now you might feel inferior, but don't forget it... Humans are the only beings that have the talent to develop talents."

"And what's better here, you already have talent! Come on, now what happened in the audition?"

Christopher was downcast. His eyes were watery, as a single drop of sadness escaped the restraint and flowed on his skin. It was like clear water flowing on a smooth stone, a sight you'd never forget.

As the curtailment broke, Christopher lost composure as several sparkling reminiscents flowed from his sockets.

He began to whine about how unfairly he was treated.

Cassey sighed like a man who experienced vast displeasures.

He did not know how to comfort people properly, but he could express bold statements of support.

"Cassey, I..."

"I'm not auditioning here. Let's try out another agency shall we?"

"What? Okay... Mhm..."

It was a funny yet touching scene. A boy who was quite short and young was awkwardly comforting a tall boy who was bawling his tears.

I made an intentional plot hole in this chapter so I can make stories in the future. o3o If you noticed it, well... you noticed it!
