Im guessing that Cosmic Emperor is Zed in the timeline Rhea saw where Hope died and he went back to influence fate and change this happenings. Main reason is his naive self's waterfall philosophy is what Zed's philosophy too

The good news here is that the future vision where Hope died and Kiba went on a rampage is no longer an inevitably tragedy. While it may still happen it will not end in tragedy.

Cause I thought there would be like kiba getting NT'red himself, and I never bother reading the comments before, but now, I came back cause I'm curious. You know what I feel now?
