I am a writer and I post on on AO3 because I was worried about posting on other websites or apps and was actually thinking of posting here after seeing beautiful novels that were written. I have the same thoughts too. The content editor do not read your work. So funny that they have the title content editor. Then I ask how would you be able to advise me then. I got a response I may or may not read it. Then I asked about the pilot read qualification. The fine print, as long you reached 4k words you qualify The editor says you may or may not. The we argued about the definition. So later it says as along as it's less than 10 chapters. 🤣 We're not getting anywhere. So from this I assumed the policy they post as a potential means to protect our work can change depending on how it suits them and it all depends on their interpretation.
