13 Who The Hell Want To Suicide?!

Xia Sha shudders for a moment before she pops another question.

"You are not a ghost?"

Guan Xian lowers his neck and makes a weird expression.

"Have you ever seen such a handsome ghost?" he asked in wonder.

Seriously, even if he died and became a ghost, he would never choose an abandoned building as his home.

He will at least haunt Xiao Ni's house to annoy her or haunt Cun Xi to play with him. Maybe steal confidential information about the military from Jian Jun or spy on Wang Kai's bunker. 

Why would he haunt an abandoned building?

"The light is too flashy. I can't see your face. I'm sorry," Xia Sha apologized.

Guan Xian was not pleased. He jumps around, pulling his hair, making so many extra moves to show that he is a living human.

"See! See! I am a human!" he complained and finally got tired after jumping around with his loafers.

Xia Sha nodded her head, convinced. But only when their eyes adjusted to the dark, do they begin to recognize each other faces. 

"Xia Sha from Xia's group?"

"Xiao Ni's brother? Guan Xian?"

Both of them were dumbfounded, looking at each other in sync. Having the same thought, Guan Xian and Xia Sha turn their gaze into the abandoned building before slowly looking at each other again.

"What are you doing here?!" their voice united into one. 

Guan Xian's brain works fast when he sees Xia Sha's swollen eyes. 

Did she find out about Ling Guy's affair with his secretary and want to suicide here?

After processing the image in front of him, Guan Xian widens his eyes in shock.

No! Although abandoned, this building belongs to their company! They have a plan for this site. He will not allow the Guan construction to get another pile of trouble and work.

Determined, Guan Xian grits his teeth and grabs Xia Sha's hand. 

Xia Sha refused to be touched by him and flung his hand away. Guan Xian froze at his state and frowns.

"Don't you.. ouch!" the wound on her wrist makes Xia Sha winch.

Fresh blood dripped free through her hand. Guan Xian's frown deepened when he saw the wound. 

"I beg you don't suicide here! there is enough problem in Guan corporation!" He coldly grabs her another hand to dress the wound in the car.

Biting her lips, Xia Sha tried to ignore the pain.

"Who the hell want to suicide!" she snapped.

Guan Xian scans all over her body and finds that her legs have swollen.

"Sprain your leg too? Are you kidnaped?"

Since he had not once heard of people suiciding by spraining their ankles, Guan Xian believes she didn't want to suicide.

Xia Sha keeps her mouth shut toward Guan Xian's question. His question makes Xia Sha stop resisting Guan Xian. 

Guan Xian sighed before he carried her princess-style to his car.

"Sigh, thanks to God for my strong arms."

Guan Xian's sigh makes Xia Sha suddenly remember Xiao Ni's infamous sigh.

"Sigh, I'm so pretty. What should I do?"

"Sigh, thank God I have my brother to help me."

"Sigh, I'm so clever. I make Xia Sha feel ashamed."

Xia Sha didn't understand why people think it was funny and cute when Xiao Ni said something like that.

In the past, Xia Sha always found Xiao Ni's self-praise annoying. She could not understand why people found it amusing. Isn't she just bragging about herself? What is so funny and cute about it?

Now that she heard that infamous line, indirectly again, she felt weird. Did everyone who came from the Guan family were narcissistic?

She was too busy with her thought until she heard Guan Xian's honest comment.

"You are so heavy!" 

Guan Xian's complaint made her realize that he was carrying her now!

Xia Sha began to wiggle to release herself.

"Put me down! Put me down!" she urges. 

She makes him almost stumble and fall. Guan Xian tightens his grip and runs to his car. 

The moment Xia Sha blinked her eyes, she had arrived safely at the car in one piece. Guan Xian has gone to the back of his car and seems busy with something. Xia Sha grimaced in pain once again when she moved her legs.

"Damn it, hurt like hell," she mutters in agony as she watches her wound.

Guan Xian appears the second later with the first aid kit in his hand. Xia Sha extended her hand to take the first aid kid. But to her shock, Guan Xian has squatted down instead.

"How can you walk like this? It looks like an elephant leg."

Guan Xian rubs some alcohol to clean the wound around Xia Sha's ankle. Xia Sha froze in his place, bewitched by Guan Xian's movement.

All she did was blink, and her hand was in Guan Xian's care.

"How can you put so much dirt and even a stone on your wound?" he looks displeased and distressed.

What is there to be stress? It's not your hand that is injured. Xia Sha wanted to say but remained silent as she watched him bandage her arms with white gauze.

"Thank you," she said in the end when Guan Xian finished.

Guan Xian looks at Xia Sha and replies her thank with a charming smile.

Instead of responding to Xia Sha's gratitude, Guan Xian rambles on another topic. 

"Don't ever tell Xiao Ni that I am helping her enemy instead of buying the bubble tea she ordered right now."

Although Xia Sha did not understand the random topic, she nodded. Anyway, It's not like she planned to reunite and talk with Xiao Ni.

"What are you doing here?" Xia Sha opened another topic for conversation.

When Xia Sha asks that, Guan Xian smacks his forehead. Xia Sha's question reminded him of his purpose. 

"Damn it, I forgot!"

In a panic, Guan Xian runs to the field full of wild weeds again, leaving Xia Sha sitting in the car with an unclosed door.

"Do you need help?" Xia Sha asked out of politeness. 

Guan Xian looks at her and shakes his head.

"No need! I got this!"

"At least bring a flashlight with you?"

Xia Sha raised her eyebrow while watching Guan Xian searching for something in the weed. Guan Xian stops his movement before he runs back to the car.

"Good idea!" Guan Xian responds to Xia Sha's idea cheerfully, taking out his phone and opening the flashlight features.

"Oh, there is some food behind if you want to eat. It's getting cold anyway. Xiao Ni might not want it anymore," Guan Xian informed. 

"Sigh, that girl is too spoiled. Why did I even still listen to her words? Tsk, why did I ask for a little sister in the first place? Must be that old man whispering me nonsense."

Guan Xian kept chattering, although he had no one to answer.

Xia Sha subconsciously smiles as she hears him complain. Following his instruction, she turned to the back seat and found a bucket of famous brand fried chicken. The smells are too delicious. Probably because she hasn't had any dinner.

Swallowing own saliva, she extended her left hand to take the bucket. If Xiao Ni knows that she has eaten her chicken, what will she do?

Suddenly Xia Sha chuckles while taking out one drumstick.

The Guan family siblings are so funny that she subconsciously forgot about Ling Guang and Meng Ran as she takes a bite of the chicken tender meat.

If only she has a brother, maybe she will be less lonely...?
