15 Chapter 12 Hanmadottir and the dwarf

"Look at him go!!" Dave shouts as he saw Kai approaching the new blood.
"Boss, let me bet that he's gonna get her number" one of his associates added.
"Let me bet you!!, She's gonna get fucked"laughs another of his associates.
"Alright, alright, come on over you douches let's just set the odds with 35% he's gonna get the number,35% he's gonna get laid tonight,30% he's gonna get rejected" as Dave right hand man settled the the betting odds between the men.
"You animals, hahahaha Look he's gonna make the move" Dave laugh as he pointed to Kai as he started to talk to the New blood.

POV Alexandra Bergström
'Mother say's father was a very powerful and good fighter that's why I am here hoping to find him ' Alexandra thought as she was heading to the bar after her fight which resulted in her win.
As she was about to order someone seated beside her and said "Hey, I like you" surprised Alexandra took a good look at the guy he's tall super tall maybe 195cm or more she guessed, sporting a spiky silver hair, and most distinguishing was the black eyes, she took a minute to compose herself she reevaluated him and she found him a little bit handsome, she replied "excuse me, you don't even know me?"
The guy introduced himself "Oh my name's Kai and as I said I like you, what's your name?"
"Name's Alex, short for Alexandra, soooo are you asking me for something? or are you just like that?"Alexandra replied inquisitively
"Don't rush me, I'll work my way up, I know how this works, your a pretty girl" Kai says nonchalantly as he leaned and put his elbows at the bar.
"Sorry, my bad, my bad"Alexandra says now amused at Kai's antics.
"So uhhh, wanna hang out sometime" Kai invites Alexandra.
"So when?"Alexandra replied.
"Whenever you're free, I mean I'm always free" replied Kai.
"I don't know, I usually just train and work and I don't know when I'm free" answers Alexandra.
"Tell you what, let's exchange numbers then I'll call you then we can hang out"as Kai whips out his smartphone. Alexandra takes out her smartphone and they both exchange numbers then promised to call each other if they're free after that they made small talks with Kai dishing out puns and pick up lines which amused Alexandra who thought ' maybe going out with him isn't that bad '.

POV Kai
After getting her number Kai made her laugh and soon he was able to get information such as her full name was Alexandra Bergström, she was Swedish and she was here looking for her father which was hinted by her mother as a 'great and powerful fighter' , now that Kai can see her up close she bears close resemblance to Yujiro 'No no no might be or maybe she's a daughter' Kai thought as he tried to run calculation of the probability of her being a Hanma, "Your mother, does she say anything like maybe he's Asian or specifically Japanese?" Kai inquired.
"You know what, maybe I remembered something like that"Alexandra who's still in a good mood replied to Kai's inquiry.
"Someone who fought in Vietnam?" Kai shooting another Inquiry.
"Yeah, how do you know? have you met him? You said you're a fighter here? is he famous?" Alexandra fired questions after question as she deduced that maybe Kai knows her father.
"I'm not gonna get your hopes up,maybe 50/50 , but maybe I know him, I fought him personally a few weeks ago"Kai still unsure whether to tell her about Yujiro.
"Who is it?, Tell me!!" Alexandra holds Kai in his shoulder as she's finally having an answer to her question, who's her father?
"Calm down, I'll tell you, maybe your father is the Ogre, Yujiro Hanma but I ain't sure about that since the bastard just spray his seeds around" Kai taking Alexandra hands off his shoulder.
"Hmm, Yujiro Hanma, is he kinda famous, I mean I never heard of him anywhere"Alexandra say's as she pensively put her hand on her chin as she was thinking.
"you might not know him, since most countries deem it top secret, he's also a renowned mercenary as far as I know"Kai added.
"Why top secret? is he somewhat a secret agent turned rogue, or did he do something good that it requires countries to deem it top secret" Alexandra questions again with a lot more excited fervor now that she's thinking that her father might be the James Bond type.
"Hold your horses, pretty lady, I was just speculating if your father is Yujiro Hanma, might need a DNA check before you can confirm, ask your mom if you want to make sure"Kai stopping the predicted rush of excitement from Alexandra.
"Alright, alright, I'll check, you wanna go out this weekend?"as Alexandra ask Kai out.
"whoah, I thought you're busy or something, was it just some empty promises earlier?" Kai now figuring out that the earlier talk was for fraught.
"Yeah, I might be contemplating whether to go out with you or not" Alexandra replied sheepishly.
"Well that's, something, sure weekends?"Kai now dumbfounded by this woman's thinking.
"Thanks, weekends baby, I'll call you where to meet up, don't be late"Alexandra say's to Kai as she kisses him in his cheeks then turning around and going out of the establishment.
"Well, that took a 180 degree turn, Women sure is hard to understand"As Kai turned around to face the bar still feeling the kiss in his cheeks.

[A few days later]
Kai was a little bit excited on his oncoming date, he even made sure that his charisma stats shot to the max 40s, when Kai had a call, he waited 5 seconds to contain his excitement before answering "Hello, who's calling"
The other end laughs then "It's me Alexandra, from the underground, don't tell me you've forgotten about me already" teased by the caller.
"Oh Alexandra, so are we gonna go out now? where will we meet?"replied Kai who's trying to keep his cool.
"What do you think? go shopping and twiddle, of course we're going out on a date, go meet me down at Time out market across Brooklyn bridge if you're coming from Manhattan"Alexandra replied while retorting to Kai's stupid questions.
"Sure, what time?"Kai replied chuckling at Alexandra retort.
"Afternoon, don't be late"Alexandra says through the phone.
"Alright, I'll be..." say's Kai but he didn't finish since the other end hang up.
' Well that's rude might make sure, I'll get back to her, for this kind of treatment ' Kai thought as he goes through his clothes to wear later.

[Time out market near Brooklyn bridge]
Kai was strolling around looking for Alexandra he's wearing a denim jacket with a white undershirt in skinny jeans, When he spot her near a hotdog stall looking amazing in her vintage tee with the Kiss rock band inprint and high waisted jeans.
as Kai neared her, she noticed him and quickly came up to him saying "you look dashing,looking to impress?"she teased
Kai not bothering to answer her, took her hands in his hands then lowered his face to her face as if to kiss her "what do you think?"
Alexandra quickly noticing the distance shrinking can't help but blush, but she looked away abashedly saying "come on, I'll show you around"
Kai seeing this can't help but laugh at her and thought ' she's the easily flustered type of girl '
after that the both of them go around the food market with Alexandra leading the charge, they taste many different types of food from different cultures, at the end they stayed at a coffee shop that has books that can be borrowed where they enjoy a nice cup of coffee, after which they talked meaningfully and share things about one another, in which Kai learned to Alexandra that she was really the daughter of Yujiro Hanma after confirming it with her mother the day she quickly left the underground,she also said sorry about that while inquiring to Kai what he knows about her father, Kai then proceeded to tell Alexandra about Yujiro Hanma, from defeating the US to being an addicted fighter who just wants to fight strong people,he also included on how he sired many kids,most of them are strong Fighters.
Alexandra shocked and surprised at her father's reputation and the news that she had many step siblings couldn't help but just dropped her jaw at such facts that she seemed daze for a second.
Kai also learned the reason for why Alexandra was fighting at the underground and that was to find his elusive father, she never would have thought that she had that kind of father, nonetheless she thanked Kai for informing her.
Now that it is midnight Kai escorted Alexandra back at her home, "thanks I enjoyed it Kai,next weekend again?" says Alexandra as she was pecking Kai at his cheeks, then turning around to go to enter her house.
"Sure,but wait" says Kai as he pulled back Alexandra for a more steamy and hot kiss.
after kissing for some time they both pulled back Alexandra said "now we should definitely go out next time"
with Kai nodding "Yeah, next time"
Kai watched as Alexandra go in her house, He then phoned his schafeur to pick him up.

[Next day, at De Rohan Manor]
at the dining table with his parents, Kai was still feeling the kiss from yesterday, when he was poke by his mom "Are you listening Kai"
"Uhh, yeah, could you repeat it again mom" Kai replied having snapped out of his reverie.
"I said we were having a visitor, the esteemed Mitsunari Tokugawa"repeated his mom as she sigh at Kai's inattentiveness.
Kai almost spit out his food when he heard the name of the little midget who owned the Underground Tokyo dome arena.
"He's coming? when?"Kai quickly replied to cover his surprise.
"You know him?Son" his father ask as he ate his foie gras.
"a little bit, from my friends"Kai answered.
"Well, regardless we need your schedule free from two days time, no going out,nor fighting, understood" his mother said as she set down the law.
"alright, I get it" Kai replied to his mother.
"Good sweetie, we will host him with the honor of De Rohan on the line so don't mess, got it"his mother reminded him again.
"yes, I get it mom, don't need to be reminded again" Kai annoyingly answered.
"Just making sure you get it honey, you know mommy just looking out for you"his mother cooed at him.
Kai just ignored this and continued eating as he thinks ' what does that old midget is planning '

[ 2 days later ]
Kai was garbed in formal Wear, when a black limousine with a convoy of black sedan approached the Manor.
when he saw him, the little midget who loves fighting and fighters that he created an underground arena beneath Tokyo dome, just to have a real live fight.
[POV Mitsunari Tokugawa]
As Mitsunari Tokugawa got off the car with Shumei Kano, he immediately noticed a tall black eyed person behind the De Rohan couple, he deduced that must be the New York's Demon King, Strydum was right he'll find the one who could go toe to toe with the Ogre for a few minutes, here in De Rohan estate in New York, evaluating him he could see that despite the formal Wear he is incredible built and judging by his form, he could see that the Demon King was ready for any kind of assault that may attack him, now excited about meeting him in person, Tokugawa remembered when Kano reported to him about the Demon King.

[Flashback 3 weeks and 3 days ago]
"You're saying that there's a new strong fighter in New York?" Mitsunari ask Kano as he was lighting his pipe.
"Yes, sir it was the hottest topic lately" Shumei Kano replied to his master.
"Hmmm, and you say he's been undefeated for a year" Mitsunari reconfirms the facts.
"Yes, sir"Kano confirmed.
"Alright, send someone to find the whereabouts of this Demon King, I want to see him personally"Tokugawa ordered Kano as he sat on one of his cushions.
[1 week ago still in the flashback]
Mitsunari Tokugawa is having tea and discussion with Kanji Igari, when Kano burst out saying "Sir!!, there's been news about the Demon King, apparently him and the Ogre clashed with the fight being a stalemate since the US army intervened"
Tokugawa and Igari both spit out their tea as they took in the news, "wa wa what?" Igari stuttered as he digest the news of someone matching the Ogre in strength.
Tokugawa taking a time to collect himself ask Kano "Is that legit? Kano"
"Yes, sir, Strydum himself confirmed the fight" Kano replied to Tokugawa's question.
"Have someone found his residence yet?"Tokugawa ask Kano again, now excited to meeting the fighter, who could fight the Ogre on equal grounds.
"Yes, sir Strydum already sent his address alongside his message"Kano answered.
"Let me see,hmmm so he's of Noble blood, we could schedule a visit" as Tokugawa muses to himself as he read Strydum's message.
[Flashback ends]
Now Mitsunari was face to face with the rumoured Demon King, He can't wait to invite him to his Underground fighting arena.

Author here, finally done with the writing of this chapter, I was having difficulty with the dialogue as I'm not an expert at writing [PS. newbie] also have to credit TruckkunJr for giving me an idea to create a female Hanma OC anyway I'm thinking whether to release daily but shorter chaps or release per 2 days but longer ones give me your thoughts about it Ciao.
