5 chapter 5 twin devil fruit and the fight

While running Luffy suddenly thought of something.

"Hey system, why can I eat 2 devil fruits? shouldn't I die from taking more than 1?"

{It is true that you can only eat 1. This is because there is a weird poison in devil fruits. Every devil fruit has this same poison normally this poison doesn't harm the eater. The only thing is that there is an incredibly small difference between the poisons from different devil fruits and the moment these different poisons come together the eater of the devil fruits dies. In Host's case however this doesn't happen. The reason being the system. The system is able to take the poison out of devil fruits. Due to this the abilities of the devil fruits also become stronger.}

"Damn, now that I think of it, I am actually extremely privileged with this system."

{That is only partially true host. The only reason that you got this is because you have already lived in hundred other world.}

"Yeah I guess that's true. Whatever, I'm gonna find some food."

As he said that he started using his observation haki. Normally would be constantly using it. But he had stopped using it because he wasn't allowed to know where he would be brought. Now he could use it normally again.

As he was looking around with his haki. He suddenly noticed something weird. At one place in this jungle his haki didn't work. It almost looked as if his haki was sucked away in something.

"System, what is that thing that is sucking my haki away?"

{The system has deemed it an Zoan devil fruit with a 75% chance that it is not mythical Zoan fruit.}

"Seriously, a mythical Zoan fruit? Now I want it."

Immediately Luffy started to run towards the place. After 5 minutes he came at the place with the devil fruit. As soon as he came there he saw it. The weird thing however, was that there wasn't 1 fruit bit two that were grown together.

"System, why are there 2 devil fruits and not just one?"

{Host has to touch the devil fruit first before the system can give you an answer. However, the system has made sure that it is a mythical Zoan fruit.}

"Wow, what great luck do I have. To actually find a friggin mythical Zoan fruit on my first say here.(I'll tell you a secret. It isn't luck. It is plot armor.) Well whatever, let's just take it."

As he said that he started walking towards the fruit but at the moment he was about to touch it he suddenly heard a loud roar.

"Oh seriously, whell I really hope there ain't more of you."

Was what he said as he grabbed his sword to face the enormous wolf that was coming at him.

As the wolf ran towards Luffy he quickly scanned him with the system.

-ranking: 9th star

-information: A descendent from the Norse Wolf of calamity fenrir. Although his bloodline is diluted he is still plenty strong.

"Goddamnit, it has the power of a marine lieutenant. Guess I have to use my devil fruit power."

Luffy was extremely strong for his age. However, even then it was impossible. No matter how strong a 4 year old kid is. If you expect him to fight a marine lieutenant you are just crazy. With devil fruit however it is a whole other question.

As the diluted fenrir wolf jumped at him with his claws he quickly acted. He took his sword out of his sheet and blocked the attack. Even though it successfully blocked the attack it broke due to the shock of the attack.

Using Luffy's distraction the sleipnir wolf immediately jumped above him and attacked with his claws. Luffy who didn't have a weapon was at his mercy was what it thought. Without a a weapon no human could possibly beat him was what it thought.

Too bad for him he didn't see the smirk on Luffy's face.

At the moment that the claws where to reach him created Luffy suddenly 2 swords. With one he blocked the attack and with the other he slew one of the wolf's leg of. Immediately after that he stuck the sword into the heart of the wolf and killed him.

As Luffy stood on the dead wolf he opened his mouth and immediately 2 large teeth came out. Luffy bit in the deas wolf with his large and sharp teeth and began to suck the blood out of it. After he was done with refining the blood he achieved the late 8th star. In other words, his body quality was on par with the strongest marine soldier. Suddenly he heard a system notification.

{Impure fenrir bloodline detected. Do you want to refine it?}

"Hmm, fenrir bloodline eh? Isn't that the same one as the one the wolf had? System wat does this bloodline?"

{This bloodline comes from the legendary world destroyer wolf fenrir out north blue.(Actually he comes out of Norse myths. But since there isn't any Norse in this world I chose north blue.) It is a wolf that is bounded by the gods with the strongest chains in the world and it is said that the moment he escapes Ragnarok(the end of the world) would happen.

Benefits of the bloodline is: Greatly heigthened senses, a stronger body, better instincts and your body grows faster.}

"Alright, refine the bloodline."

{Bloodline refined. Bloodline refining at 10 percent. More impure blood needed for a complete bloodline.}

"Alright, I will look at the fruit later. For now, time to hunt."

As he said that his normally green eyes turned bloodred as he began running to where he sensed other wolves with his haki.
