3 Chapter Three

Tywin Lannister is a man who had practically everything, he is a man whose mere presence commanded respect everywhere, no matter if you were an enemy or an ally, everyone feared him. He was someone cunning and calculating, hungry for power, and he had no restrictions to get it, if he had to kill a child to elevate the Lannister house he was going to do it without hesitation.

The only person who could arouse his feelings was his late wife, Joanna, after she died giving birth to their son Tyrion, he was not kind to anyone, always showing rudeness and cruelty no matter what.

The only reason he didn't kill his son Tyrion was because he was sure his wife would never forgive him, but after his father, he was sure Tyrion was a disgrace to the Lannister family.

But he realized something, Tyrion was smart, quite cunning, he was like him when it came to using his head, which was dangerous, that was why he was treating him with less hostility to his son because he was not an idiot if he treated badly and Tyrion had the same intelligence as him, he was sure he was going to take revenge. So he did nothing even, when he found out that his son was in a relationship with a commoner, that no doubt reminded him of when his father turned House Lannister into just a laughing stock.

However, despite all this, Tywin is fully aware that Tyrion is the most intelligent, efficient, intellectual, sophisticated, and politically astute of all his sons. Although this has led him to despise Tyrion more, given that Tyrion is his least favorite and most valuable son. But that had to change, because of all his children, he was the only one with a head.

His daughter and son were stupid, Cersei thought she was a great manipulator and game player, but she was stupid, she knew nothing, and if her plans went well it was only because those she was up against were idiots, then his son Jaime he was supposed to be his heir, but what was he doing the idiot, he became a royal guard, which provoked her anger, and for that reason, he stopped being the hand of the king and went back to Casterly Rock.

To realize that he had no heir, Cersei was not an option, and Tyrion if he was not a dwarf, was going to make a wonderful choice to be his successor but he was not going to do it.

But now he was in front of his third son's room, and without knocking he entered to meet Tyrion and the commoner with whom he had a relationship Tyrion knew it would not take him long to find out about this relationship, and he wished to talk, a most intelligent boy.

- "Father, please take a seat I wish to talk to you about who will be your next heir" - Tyrion saw his father's expression he thought he was going to demand to be his heir, but no, that was not his purpose, he knew that if he said that, his beloved's life was in danger, besides there was what that guy told him, he was going to follow his advice. - "I know that Cersei and Jaime cannot be your heirs, which leaves me, as your son. ...but I don't want to be heir to Casterly Rock" - That caught Tywin's attention and he looked at his son, renouncing to be Lord Lannister, something very smart. - "I want you to give me the authorization to create a vassal house and be loyal to the Lannister house, where I will help your heir in everything you ask me."

- "A smart decision Tyrion, very smart" - Tywin looked at his son, at first he thought Tyrion was going to ask him to make him his heir, which he was not going to do, but asking him to create a vassal house loyal to the Lannisters, only gave more points to his son. - "And this lady, I think she is the person who will be your wife apparently" - Tyrion assisted, while Tysha made a slight bow showing respect to Tywin - "Very well, I will allow this engagement, as your request, but your house will be later. ...for now, you will keep the Lannister name" - Tyrion felt relieved, while Tywin used the request to have a better relationship with his son, knowing how smart he is - "Tell me Tyrion, are you aware of what is going on."

- "Yes father, Robert Baratheon, is raising a revolution for what the prince has done, I think we can take advantage of that" - Tyrion looked at his father, who raised his eyebrows, something that meant he was interested in his words, this would not have happened, without the initial idea of that guy who hours before appeared in his room.

- "I doubt very much that Lyanna Stark, will live, so we can take advantage of marrying Cersei to Robert."

Tywin had a grimace of happiness since Tyrion was going to force his intelligence to make his father keep his word, it was good to know that his son was afraid of him, all to protect the girl who was in front of him.

- "We can take advantage that we have the grand maester on our side and that you were recently the king's hand, and give the victory to Robert, to position him as king, and Cersei as queen."

- "Your plan is good, putting Cersei as queen will give us more control of the crown, I hope your sister is not so stupid to spoil everything" - Tywin saw that his son was thinking about more things, that was the reason why he did not withdraw, it is good to have someone with a head like his in this family, perhaps with this, his hatred towards Tyrion was going to be extinguished.

- "We have a problem though, Jon Arryn of the Vale, he is most likely the king's hand, which will take power away from us, since Jon was Robert's master" - Tyrion knew his father was aware of that, with Cersei as queen, Jon was not going to allow Tywin to be the king's hand, so he had to take advantage of something - "Robert has a good relationship with the Northerners, especially House Stark through Eddard Stark, how about we have a deal if we help the North in some things, they don't help to get Jon Arryn out of the way."

Without Tywin noticing, an Owl hovered at the window of Tyrion's room, no better said, that Owl was in the whole conversation but Tywin never noticed that, the Owl listened to every word that was said in this little meeting. And he disappeared, leaving a white feather in the window, which Tyrion and Tysha noticed, but said nothing about lest Tywin thinks they were insulting him by not paying attention to him.

Tyrion watched his father intently, though he listened to every word he was saying, he knew he did not appreciate him, only Jaime felt affection for him, and protected him like a true brother. But in front of his father, Jaime was not going to protect him, since he was also afraid of him, for that reason, he was going to protect Tysha even if he had to destroy the Lannister dynasty.

.

Citadel

The Citadel is a group of buildings in the city of Antigua that serve as the headquarters and study center of the order of the Maester. It is the place where they convene assemblies and where they study and train new members. It is also the residence of the Arch Masters.

The Citadel is located on the Mead River, where its domes and towers rise on both banks, connected by stone bridges filled with rooms and chambers.

The gates are flanked by a pair of gigantic green sphinxes, with the body of a lion, the wings of an eagle, and the tail of a serpent. One has the face of a man and the other of a woman. Although their origins are mysterious, the founding of the Citadel is attributed to the second son of King Uthor of the Lighthouse, Prince Peremore the Deformed.

Born with an atrophied arm and a crooked back, Prince Peremore spent most of his life prostrate; he had a great curiosity about the world, so he surrounded himself with scholars, priests, healers, and bards, as well as magicians, alchemists, and sorcerers.

After his death, his brother, King Urrigon Hightower, bequeathed to "the pets of Peremore" a vast tract of land on the banks of the Mead so that they would have a place to settle and continue teaching, learning, and searching for truth.

House Hightower played a pivotal role in the founding of the Citadel and they continue to be great patrons of knowledge. For this reason, one of the hereditary titles attributed to the lord of House Hightower is Defender of the Citadel.

There they train the Maesters, who are scholars, scientists, advisors to the nobility, and, on occasion, pseudo-religious investigators of the occult. Men of any age may train as Maesters, while women are forbidden to join the order.

The noble families of Westeros sometimes send their youngest sons from the Citadel.

The maester, like the brothers of the Night's Watch, are considered servants of Westeros and its people and, on principle, have no political alliances, but the latter was not fulfilled, because if we think about it because there was no northern maester, there were only southerners who came from other houses, such as the Lannisters, Tyrell, Martell, Arryn, among others, no Northerner, that's why Harry was in the Citadel, the maester in the north were only spies of the southerners, and of the citadel itself, which was afraid of something, and that something was magic, the Starks could have magic in their lineage, for that reason there was Starks who had a wolf as pets, the same happened with the Targaryen, who could ride a dragon, over time the dragons were dying, and the magic was going down, only the north was the place where there was more magic, because of the wall, the wall made the magic remain intact, and now it was his turn.

Harry was going to eliminate all the masters of the north and take the masters that the citadel hated and that, of course, did not belong to any house, there were several, for that reason, he calmly walked through the corridors, while the masters that were in his way fell asleep.

He would enter their minds, and see their intentions, so there was nothing to expect from people eager for power, not power for themselves, but for their houses.

So he was not going to waste time, there were three groups in the citadel, Archmasters is the master who is perceived as a master in his area of expertise is named archmaester, in addition to granting him a mask, ring, and staff of the metal that corresponds to his mastery. For example, an archmaester who specializes in raven breeding will have a mask, ring, or staff of black iron.

Archmaesters are senior members of the order and are entitled to a seat in the Conclave. The Conclave is the governing body of the Citadel and is the same body that elects the Grand Master.

All Conclave meetings are confidential and are conducted behind closed doors.

The Grand Master is considered a senior member of the order and serves as its representative to the king. He may be appointed or deposed only by the Conclave. He holds a seat on the Privy Council and acts as an advisor to the king.

The Grand Master wears several interlocking maester's chains to represent his power, but these do not reflect his true studies. Often these chains have gems embedded in the links. And finally the Seneschals, each year a seneschal is elected from among the archmasters. Their task is the governance of the Citadel.

Many arch masters consider it a task without gratifications that takes them away from their real tasks, but it was the place where people went with more efficiency, to avoid their advance the masters elected a Seneschal, without a doubt these old men were idiots, and he was going to take advantage of that, anyone who served him was going to be well received, so he walked looking for someone, and so far only maesters of the southern houses were found, the ones that had more maesters were the Tyrell, followed by the Lannisters, they were the houses with more Maesters than all the others, even the Martels had few in comparison with them, while the Martels had 45 maesters, the Tyrell had 246 and the Lannisters 197.

And he found two, two people who were hated by the masters, that certainly caught his attention, so he went towards them, while he made everyone around him sleep. And it didn't take long, they were in the maester's library, so he went towards them.

Archmaester Marwyn was quietly reading a book about magic, they were among the few books that were not destroyed by the citadel, he knew he was not wanted, for being the only archmaester to have his ring and mask of Valyrian steel, and of course, being known as Marwyn the wizard, the citadel forbade magic, but they could not expel Marwyn for fear of expanding his knowledge about them. Next to him was another maester who was hated by the citadel Qyburn, knew that this guy was so to speak, someone who wished to overcome Ebrose, and was about to make studies on dead people, so far he was being stopped by him, as the two had something in common, they were both disowned.

And then they saw how the people who were around them, fell to the ground, the two approached their companions to see if they were dead, but only fell unconscious, but why.

- "Magic is good, don't you think" - The two raised their heads to see a child, who was there in front of them as if nothing, Marwyn could feel magic in him, which undoubtedly caused him a little fear, while Qyburn was curious - "One is a wizard, and the other wishes to know the secrets of death...." - The bodies of the two masters began to float and slowly approached Harry, who placed his hands on their heads, and they could see him, the figure of that boy transformed into a man who imposed power, and behind him, there was a figure that produced fear - "You want knowledge, if you want it, go to the north...to the Stark house...I will give you what you wanted."

Harry disappeared from the place, leaving the two men still, stunned by what just happened, they had no word for what they saw, but their surprise had to be interrupted when the people around them who fell into a small sleep began to wake up with apparent headaches. Without paying much attention to that, the two maesters went to get their things, it was time to go north, even if the other maesters would not accept it, they were going north.

.

2 months later

Undoubtedly the rebellion was going very well against Robert, when Jon called his standard-bearers, not all of them answered the Grafton house, ruler of the gull port, they were going to support the crown, but Robert proved to be a fearless warrior, and was the first to pass the city wall and kill the lord of that house, apparently the fury for the kidnapping of his beloved Lyanna took away the Baratheon's mercy.

And after taking the gull port, Robert set off to storm Bastion to summon his bannermen. However, some of the lords of the Stormlands and the Riverlands remained loyal to the king and refused to join the rebel side.

Lord Fell, Lord Cafferen, and Lord Grandison planned to join their forces in Summer Haven and march against Bastion of Storms, but someone informed about that, and Robert marched to that place and was able to defeat the three houses, without a doubt a very interesting fact, that only consolidated Robert's power with his vassals, according to what Robert knew he inspired his soldiers to continue fighting, even the three houses that before were his enemies united for the rebellion, an interesting fact.

But the happiness did not last long for Robert, a little less than a week ago took place the battle known as ford ashes, where Lord Randyll Tarly defeated Robert's army, but it was not a decisive defeat for Robert who marched north, with a large number of men, leaving the way clear for the army of Highgarden to go straight to Stormfort where Stannis Baratheon was who had very few supplies but knew he had to hold out until the war ended, Stannis was a hard man and unalterable sense of justice and for his obsession with the slights, real or imagined, of which he has been the victim. One of his characteristic traits is the mania of constantly grinding his teeth.

He is considered an experienced commander, sailor, and warrior, although his personality hinders his rise to being a truly great leader. Although he is respected and feared, he has never been loved or had the affection of the nobility or the common people. But he was sure he would be able to withstand the siege of the Tyrell army. But on the other hand, perhaps Stannis was going to need a little help, because what was going to happen if they ran out of food.

On the other hand, his uncle Eddard and Jon Arryn arrived at sweet water that undoubtedly took advantage of the presence of the two armies, since Hoster Tully married his second daughter to Jon, taking advantage of the fact that the Arryn had no wives or children, undoubtedly a smart move by the Lord of the house Tully.

Of course that had a benefit, the Tully army had to join the rebellion, the armies stayed for a fortnight, as Hoster, wished Eddard and Jon to impregnate their daughters, and apparently, Eddard managed to impregnate his wife. And that was all they knew, there was no loss of the army he sent with his uncle Ned, so there was no trouble yet.

And with all this inconvenience, these two months were perfect for the North, many men and women died, but the lords were not surprised, as they received a letter from Harry, saying that the traitors of each house were going to die. And the corpses appeared, along with the evidence of what they did, and it was not the only thing that happened, Elia and her children arrived in the north, where Harry put them in a safe place, no one in Winterfell was going to say anything, they were very loyal to their new lord, something that pleased Harry as he did not have to use magic.

Elia was grateful to be in the north, the king went mad and even wished her dead, and her children, so being in the north was safe, plus she was with her friend Ashara who at the time of her arrival was about to give birth. Now she was next to Harry, who was looking intently at a map exclusively of the north, as the map had not yet been completed, it was a map just like the ones they had in Dragonstone, but this one was to be much larger than the one the dragons had.

She had to admit that the boy was smart and at only thirteen years old, not only did he bring her in and get her to safety, although he was not the only person before the war started the queen was expecting a baby, and that a short time ago she had been born just before the war started, and Harry had her here, in a small cradle where she had the necessary care. There was little reason to kidnap the child and save them if the war was lost by Robert, they were his ticket to keeping the North from harm, the boy was very clever, and that was not all that was going on in the North.

These two months served for the construction of some ships, of which two were complete, and they only needed to implement a few things, such as the cannons he was sent to create, and three cannons were made by Tallhart with the steps he had to follow, now it was solely up to them, to create many more.

- "No doubt he has the wolf blood in your blood" - Elia spoke, Harry was looking at the map of the north, placing some pieces and removing them, she did not understand why he allowed her to be in this place, where he was observing the possible plans of the boy - "There is a war, your mother is giving birth...and you planning what you want for the north" - It was curious, the boy did not care about the throne, he cared only about the north - "It is curious."

- "I need to keep my mind calm...the enemies can take advantage of a moment of desperation" - Harry saw the first point that he had to rebuild Moat Cailin, but for Robert, he had to win, he was sure that the Targaryen was not going to allow one of the most feared bastions of the north, to be rebuilt because now it had no dragons - "You are in the same situation, your husband kidnapped my aunt...for a legend, but you are not angry, nor resentful, you are calm."

- "When you have children, they are always the priority, a woman who puts a man before her children, they don't deserve to live" - Elia knew that this had nothing to do with what Harry said, or so anyone thought, her children were responsible for her not feeling anger for her husband, the love she felt for him, was minuscule with the love you have for her children - "I prefer a thousand times to see Rhaegar die before something happens to my babies."

- "...You were forced to marry, weren't you" - Harry saw Elia who only nodded, she did not wish to marry Rhaegar, but she had no choice, and she married, then she had her children, and she was not going to deny that Rhaegar was an excellent father, a good man, attentive, polite, any woman would wish to be with him, but she never loved him, she appreciated him, she loved him - "It makes sense."

- "Now that Rhaegar died, I am sure that my brother and father will seek to marry me to someone else so that the Martels have power" - Elia knew perfectly well how her father and older brother thought, ambitious, very different from her and her younger brothers, who were well, not ambitious, but whenever things were good there was no problem to act - "It is a relief that I will rest, I will not marry, I prefer to stay like this for the rest of life I have left, raising my children and little Daenerys."

- "I would thank you, but because a Southerner wants to help the North" - Harry could get into the woman's mind and see what she was thinking about the North and what benefit she was going to have, but he was going to see what she said to know if she entered his mind or not.

- "You saved the lives of my daughter and son, who says that with this revolution we were going to stay alive, and you saved us" - Elia was curious why the Targaryen only had eyes for the Starks, they were always attentive to every move they made, even the other kingdoms were attentive to what the north was doing, They were afraid, that always made her curious, and it seemed that the north was going to rise - "Besides I always liked the north, it is more comfortable, even with its cold weather, I prefer this to be in the king's landing next to all those rats hungry for power."

- "Varys the spider" - Harry knew that guy was dangerous, known to be an enigmatic member of the Privy Council and Advisor to the Rumors of the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms, who always works for what is best for the kingdom, which was a lie, that guy was hiding something, he did not know what, he was not close to him to read his mind, but he knew he was hiding something - "Grand Maester Pycelle. ...are minor political enemies, and they know that, so they use that everyone sees him as people that at any moment they can destroy, and they take advantage of that stupidity."

For Harry there were no strong and weak enemies, an enemy is an enemy that could not be categorized, he was a danger and that was it, and as such he had to be eradicated when the circumstance required it. But he could not eliminate Varys taking advantage of this war, no he was very important to let the Southerners know that something was happening in the north, seeing that Varys could not get information out with his birds, they were going to go with the Boltons.

And as good traitors that they were, they will accept to sell information, which will be modified, since when the war ends, the North is going to stop using the ravens. And they will use Owls and Eagles because that was the reason the three-eyed raven was walking around, he was not yet aware of his presence, but Harry had already located him, and he knew that with the changes that were happening, at any moment he would come here, to know what was going on.

His arrival was surely going to change some things in the future, so his plans were surely going to go out of his plans, and he was waiting for that, he didn't know how long, it was going to take, but he was going to come.

.

Seal Bay.

There was one of the ports, it was not finished yet, since Harry gave the order to finish a ship, one that was practically going to be considered the most powerful of all the north, it lacked some little things like the placement of the cannons, but the ship itself was already complete.

Benjen Stark went to see the work they did with the ship and was amazed, two months of work to build this monstrosity. Benjen had a paper with the details that the ship had to have, the ship was prepared to have 39 cannons from left to right, two cannons in the small towers that the ship had, giving a total of twelve cannons, there were three towers on each side of the ship, where two people could enter to use them, Benjen entered these places to confirm if everything was correct and of course, it was and finally place for 10 cannons in the stern.

Undoubtedly this ship was going to be the terror for any naval force that put itself in the middle of the north, in total the ship was prepared to have 100 cannons, which were being created at this very moment.

Benjen got off the ship to see from below the ship, it was beautiful, gigantic, and had a presence that surely was going to make it terrifying for their enemies.

- "Silent Mary, is the name that Lord Stark gave it" - Galbart Glover, the head of house Glover was in this place to supervise the construction of the port and of course, the ship that his lord asked him will be perfect, as the house that was in charge of the construction of the ships and the three ports, he had to give his best work and for that, he supervises his best men, who without a doubt did a wonderful job - "I have seen the ships that our Lord wishes for. ...ships of war...ships that if you face them and come out alive...will give you nightmares when you remember it."

- "if you're lucky to stay alive" - Benjen sentenced, he did not believe that his nephew would allow anyone to leave alive, and why he said that was because he was a northerner, in the north, they respected the one who had more power, it was not like in the south that they respected the one who was better politically positioned, in the north only the strongest survive, that was one of the most important things that a northerner should know, and they follow the strongest.

The two remained looking at the ship, which was being painted in a grayish color, Lord Glover was given all the details of the ships he had to build as fast as possible, Silent Mary was the priority, now only a few details were missing and nothing else, paint and place the cannons.

To build this huge ship it took 200 men, who were now going to be divided to build the four ships that the Lord of the North had asked for. In all, 400 men were working at this place, 200 in building a harbor good enough for the ships.

At first, he didn't understand why not finish the harbor and then start with shipbuilding, but now he understood what his lord wished to do, not all the ships were going to be built by his men. It was not something that everyone knew, only he and Lord Stark, they were going to steal the ships from the pirates, they were going to attack them, they were going to kill them, and they were going to keep the ships, to take them apart and rebuild them if necessary, or just give them touch-ups depending on the type of ship and the wood it possessed. The reason for this was not to use too many trees until the war is over, where he will carry out a project to create trees exclusively for the creation of ships.

- "I think my visit is over" - Benjen no longer had to see more, it was all according to what his nephew asked, now he had to go to comment on it, surely he will be pleased with all this, so it was better to let Lord Glover and Lord Karstark take care of everything - "Now I have to go to see the other houses, I have to see how the mining works are going...there is much work to do."
