9 Talk with Obito and Attack on Waves.
"World peace, huh?And how exactly?"Asked Orochimaru in a voice full of disdain, something that Obito was used to hear coming from the Snake Sage.
"How?...Honestly i knew, but the more i think about it, the more i'm wondering if i'm doing things right.I will never have any mercy for my ennemies and i'll do anything to reach my goal, but...The more i try, the less i think it's going to work."Said Obito in a sad tone.

The situation on the Land of Waves was at the worst.Forced prostitution, rape in broad daylight, murder in alleys and most importantly.....Hunger.
Gato had the control over all the things that arrived from the port, as such the inhabitants couldn't get supplies, other than by begging Gato to let them eat.It seemed to only excite the little man, who took an incredible pleasure in watching them suffer.
He truly had to thank Seijuro Kodaka, this woman was the only reason as to why he could act like that.
However things were going to change sooner than he thought.
Mercenaries were patrolling in the village where the great bridge of the Land of Waves was going to be constructed.They didn't necessarily checked everything, as they thought that no one would dare to attack them.Yet, in the mist, blades were slitting throats.A snake was hissing, ordering his ninjas to slaughter the mercenaries, while enjoying how the mist hid them from the innocent eyes.
It all happened in a few hours, half of the mercenaries were murdered.
"BOSS!!THEY'VE BEEN KILLED!!!ALL OF THEM!!!"Shouted a scared mercenary.The short man in front of him frowned and ordered the men, to call for all the other mercenaries.
When they arrived he gave them simple orders.
-Find the threat.
-Remove the threat, while being extremely cruel to amuse him.
-Go back in town and enjoy a life of unpunished crime.
The last part was definitely was attracted many of them here.Gato had gave his order, and they started to move.All of the Mercenaries, walking towards the Snake and his ninjas.

"Prepare for battle, Gato should've already sent his Mercenaries after us.Chunin to the sides, Jonin in front and medical-nin at the back!"Said Orochimaru, they took their formation and waited.
While they waited Orochimaru put several exploding tags on the road in front of the bridge, but he also sent a few jonin in the water.The battle would take place on the bridge, which would bring a huge advantage to his troops.
And then suddenly.
"HAHAHA!I don't know who you are, but you certainly have balls!Attacking me in my place-"
"Yours?*Sigh*I shouldn't have expected much from you, after all pigs can't understand humans.So i'm going to explain it to the Mercenaries behind you.The Land of Waves belongs to me now!Get out of here before you die for some stupid reasons!"

The explosion tags exploded behind them, slightly burning Gato and killing a few of his men on the spot.
"Disappointing, the say the least.Then again, i got too excited over nothing more than a puny little conflict."
As he said that, he had to crouch when something nearly beheaded him.

He looked at the figure who appeared in the mist and thought......
