Determination

When she heard his son calling her,she looked up and stared in daze on the young man lying in the bed.

He was looking back at her, seemingly unsure of what to say, what to do.

But that was okay, because she knew.she walk to his bed slowly as if he'd disappear.

She could feel the tears falling from her face and probably her make-up now is mess but she didn't care.

When she reached his side, she sat on the bed, her eyes never leaving him.

She reached a trembling hand towards his face and smiled and wrapped his own above it.

"Little Ji…" Qinxue croaked tears blurring her vision now.

"I'm here mom…."

She heard him say, before she pulled him tightly in her embrace, her body wracked by her uncontrollable sobs.

"You're awake...sob*..,you are...awake..my little ji is awake."

They keep talking about everything, Qinxue taken off her shoes and snuggle next to his son on the bed.

Qinxue chuckled at this sight. Only a few minutes ago she was angry and now she was practically purring in his embrace.
