4 Moving it

Dylan: "Beginning transformation..."

The floor fell down about a foot and took me along with it. The walls also changed color from a Grey to a black.

Dylan: "The transformation is complete sir. Can I play my exercise mix, Sir?"

Chis: "No you can not. Send the command and begin Test A2: Mana usage and movement."

The floor then began to move and the system I had displayed a notification.

[Command received]

[Begin moving at a steadily increasing speed in the same direction as the treadmill]

[Due to ERROR 076 and ERROR 077 command cannot be enforced]

And that was another thing that failed. Though it was beneficial for me. I followed the command and began to walk. I didn't want to disobey the order as I still didn't have much of an idea of what was going on. I didn't want to expose myself as I didn't yet know what they would do to me, but I guessed that it would be bad.

The floor moved slowly at first for around 5 minutes but gradually sped up. It went to around jogging space and I kind of spaces out. It was a nice feeling to run, to move and I lost myself in that feeling. The speed went quicker and quicker until it reached around my top speed. I didn't have a speedometer so I didn't know how fast I was going but it was much quicker than I could have run before. Sadly, all too soon, the system sent a notification.

Power left my arms and legs. I was flung back into the wall and it absorbed the impact. The world slowly became black starting from my peripheral vision and just before the world became entirely black I heard.

Chris: "Subject lasted around 10 minutes, with a speed top of around 36 km/h(22-ish mph). Experiment 001 has a slightly higher mana efficiency than expected. Allow mana..."and

Then the entire world went back and I passed out.

I woke up in the same room as I did before. The floor was raised up again and the walls color switched back to black.

Chris: "The subjects recovery speed from exhaustion is around 50 minutes. Test A3: Recovery is complete.

We can start the final test for Experiment 001. A4: The Capabilities test. Begin transformation of the room."

Dylan: "Beginning transformation…"

The walls of the room expanded and pillars rose from the ground.

Dylan: "Transformation complete. May I play the exercise mix, please?"

Chris: "Sigh. You can, I don't understand why you do this with every test, but it makes no difference anyway. Send the command and begin the test."

Dylan: "Yes sir!"

[Command received]

[Destroy as many pillars as possible in the next 30 seconds, start when the music begins]

And so I did.

The music started playing and I ran to one of the pillars and punched it, I was expecting them to be different to break, but they broke easily. It felt like breaking cerimatic.

When I noticed that they were easy to break, I just run into the pillars. It was fun

One pillar, two pillars, three and four. They fell down nice and easily.

After a bit, the timer ran out and the pillars retracted into the ground.

The system Intoned after the music stopped.

Then I was hacked. Well not really hacked but another command center was added. I guessed that it was because of the music. I was a bit worried but I couldn't really do anything about it, so I just hoped it wasn't a bad thing.

Chris: "Test A4: The Capabilitie test is done. Experiment 001 shows a better ability to adapt than previous subjects, otherwise, there seem to be no problems with experiment 001 of Batch 006. Put it into sleep mode and store it. We will continue with testing after Batch 006 is complete."

A hole opened beneath me and I fell down. I sped faster and faster down and started to worry about the landing. I didn't have to though as a certain distance down I started to decelerate. I guessed it was because of magic, but wasn't sure.

I landed in a pod of some kind. It had a glass door and was pretty small. Outside the glass door, I saw something that gave me a fright. The sign batch 005 and around 100 other armors like me.

[Forcefully entering sleep mode due to runes in the area]

The world then lost its color, it became black and white. Time, or at least my perspective of it, speed up. People passed my pod from time to time, the Experiments of batch 005 sometimes disappeared and came back. Some never did come back and their pods stood empty.

(Test A2: Mana usage and movement. It is a test to see the Mana to movement ratio of the subject and to see if it has any problems moving.

Test A3: Recovery. A test to see if it has any problems with recovering Mana.

Test A4: The capability test. A test to see the adaptability of the subject.)
