8 Chapter 7

(3rd pov)
We come back to Issei and Ace, with the former still talking about 'Yuuma', much the latter's growing annoyance and concern, walking to school.
"Issei," Ace said annoyed which caused Issei to stop talking and look at her.
He noticed that she had a face of annoyance and also concern on her face.
"...Do you need a therapist or something like that?" Ace asks in concern.
Issei gains a look of confusion and tilts his head slightly.
"No, why do you ask?" Issei asked genuinely confused, much to Ace's ire.
"With the way you are talking about this 'Yuuma' bitch, I'm worried about your psyche," Ace explains, though much to her ire he just shakes his head.
Issei opens his mouth-
"Issei."
-And promptly closes it. He looks at the concerned look on her face and starts to get concerned as well.
"You know that there are plenty of girls that won't betray your trust, right?" Ace asks though she receives no answer, she turns towards him to see him with a blank look on his face and staring forward.
"Right?" Ace asks sternly, though Issei doesn't respond for a moment or two.
"Ace?" Issei asks in a serious tone, with Ace looking straight at him with an uninterested look, though on the inside she is concerned for him.
'Dang it Issei, it isn't supposed to be like this. I wasn't even supposed to get close to you, but I am. ... I blame my past life loneliness.' Ace thought annoyed, though she doesn't try to show it on her face.
"... Can you tell me the color of your undies?" Issei asks with his serious face turning into a perverted grin.
*BONK*
*CRASH*
Suddenly Issei finds his face in the ground, courtesy of an annoyed Ace's fist. Ace sighs and glares at him, though it was for a different reason than Issei might think.
'... The perverted bitch just tried to fake it to me. I hate it when someone fakes their feelings at me." Ace thought in anger, though her face just seemed annoyed while she glares at Issei who got up quickly.
As Ace was about to say something, Issei suddenly runs ahead when he sees the school insight, which made Ace even angrier.
"HEY, WE ARE SO TALKING ABOUT THIS LATER MISTER!!!" Ace yells at Issei before he is seen going completely out of sight.
Ace sighs then mumble, "This is what I get for caring about him, even though he is supposed to hate me later."
Ace then walks to the school, getting the usual attention from the school, which she promptly ignores.
'... What is up with this school for every person to be filled with this amount of hormones.' Ace thought she heard disturbing things from males and females.
She stops when she heard something that made her sigh loudly, followed by her hand meeting her forehead and face.
"I want her to sit on my face"
Ace didn't pay enough attention to see who said that, as she was too focused on something else.
'... Are humans really that perverted.' Ace thought until she remembered certain 'things' from her past life that made her feel disappointment in people.
'... God damn Twitter.' Ace thought in disappointment as she remembers the lewd things there.
As Ace tries to get over those... depressing thoughts, she walks over to her classroom and walks in, only to be surprised to see Koneko nowhere in sight.
'That's weird, I was later than normal getting to school, so she should be here.' Ace said while looking around the room. She then shrugs and walks over to her seat, while getting out her phone to listen to music.

After a few moments, Ace heard footsteps coming over to her seat. She put away her phone and looked towards the source, only to wince at what she saw.
It was Koneko, though she looked tired and had bags under her eyes, along with a blank look. Though it seemed as if she was thinking of something and couldn't stop.
"Hey, you ok?" Ace asks in concern, though Koneko ignored her and sat down, inadvertently turning her head away from Ace.
As Ace knew she wouldn't respond to talking, she did the next best thing that she is good at...
...annoying people. Ace then started poking Koneko in on the cheek softly, trying to get her attention. This went on for a few minutes, with the rest of the class staring on at them, wondering what was going on.
After a while, Ace stopped. Only to get close to Koneko's face, who is completely oblivious to it all.
As Ace got close to Koneko, she then blew air into her ear, causing the poor girl to flinch and snap her head towards the culprit, who has a cheeky smile on her face.
As Koneko realized what she did, and the thoughts from earlier returning, her face blushed bright red before hastily turning her head away, to the shock of Ace who looks at her in hurt.
Ace sighs then turn towards the front of the class, to the teacher who was completely unaware of what was happening as they were getting really into it.

For the rest of the day, Koneko was unintentionally ignoring and distancing away from Ace, who is emotionally hurt wondering what she did.
As Ace was walking around the school, she came across Issei, Motohama, and Matsuda. With the two talking about some new porn Motohama got.
"Hey, I'm coming along so that you guys have some kind of supervision, even if it is your kohai." Ace said in a bland tone, which got the three's attention though they didn't act on it.
'When Ace is moody, never get on her bad side. You will find yourself 6 feet under,' the three perverts thought with a shudder.
"Sure you can come along, though we don't need supervision," Motohama said with the other two nodding their heads in agreement. Ace gives them a look, to which the three turn away trying to act innocent.
Ace just sighs and walks away from the three, only to almost bump into Rias who looks surprised to see Ace in a bad mood.
"Sorry, are you okay?" Rias asks with a tilt of the head to which Ace nods her head, not in the mood for talking.
Ace then walks away, lazily waving her hand behind her without turning around.

We now come to Motohama's house, with Ace laying down on the couch in the living room facing the ceiling, while Issei, Motohama, and Matsuda are watching their porn in Motoham's room.
Though after a few moments, Issei came out of the room to see Ace on the couch.
"You're done already, usually it would take you at least 2 minutes or so." Ace teases to which Issei chuckles before walking towards the door, with Ace getting up and following him.
'This is the kind of peaceful life I want for Issei, his soon-to-be harem, and the rest of the supernatural. But that can never happen unless they have some common enemy.' Ace thought enjoying the peace, and yet reminding herself of he'd mission.
Ace was so caught up in her thoughts that she didn't realize that they were at the park, Issei's death place.
Ace inwardly sighs, knowing that something is going to happen here, something always happens here.
As Issei was walking around the fountain in the middle of the park, when she noticed that the world around the two changed.
As Ace was about to point this out, she was interrupted by a man coming from nowhere.
It was a middle-aged-looking man with short black hair and dark blue eyes. His attire consisted of a pale gray trench coat over a white dress shirt with a matching ascot, black pants and shoes, a pair of black gloves, and a black fedora.
"Well this really is unfortunate-" he was tuned out by Ace who wasn't paying attention to him and Issei mumbling. Ace was steadily getting closer to Issei, though slowly as to not alert the man.
After the man was done talking, he produced a light blue spear, causing Issei to run away with Ace with him.
As they were running, Issei saw black feathers falling around him and asked 'Yuuma', only to stop in shock to see the man with black bird-like wings.
The man then suddenly threw the light spear at Issei while Ace finally shows up only to see Issei falling to the ground while clutching his stomach.
Ace runs up to him and tries to help Issei, while the fallen watch in sadistic glee.
The man then produced another light spear and flies straight at Ace, who was busy trying to help Issei by taking her shirt off and wrapping it around his waist to try and stop the bleeding.
"ACE, LOOKOUT!!!" Issei screams as he sees the fallen charging at Ace with the intent of stabbing her.
Then everything moved slowly for both Issei and the fallen, Dohnaseek. Ace, without even turning around throws a fist, which becomes shining black, and hits Dohnaseek in the face, hard enough to which he poofed into black feathers.
Issei stares in shock at what he saw, while he looks at Ace, to see that she had a face of annoyance, boredom, and anger all into one somehow.
After that, Issei promptly passes out, which Ace notices and sighs. As she goes to pick Issei up, she is suddenly stopped by a voice that causes her to freeze up.
"Now that, I did not expect." Ace turns to look at who said it still tense with her arm still shiny black, until she saw the shocked looks of Rias, Koneko, and another girl around Rias's age.
She is is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair, and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place.
She was also wearing the customary Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, along with black calf-length socks.
This was Akeno Himejima, a sadist and masochist. Both to the extreme.
As Ace saw who they were and relaxed, her hand that was shiny black turned back to normal. She then gently picked up Issei and handed him over to Rias, who immediately gets the message and warps him and herself to the house, leaving Koneko and Ace as Akeno left in a different magic circle.
There was an air of awkward silence as both Ace and Koneko aren't talking to each other, with Koneko's normally bland face has a slight blush on it along with a look of nervousness, as Ace just looks up at the revealed dark sky.
"I'm sorry," Koneko said, breaking the awkward silence, though Ace doesn't move a muscle.
"I shouldn't have been avoiding you and ignoring you. I do enjoy your company, even if we did just recently meet." Koneko confesses, which causes Ace to turn her head slightly towards Koneko, though not enough to make her turn her head fully.
Ace looks at Koneko in the corner of her eye before she sighs and pats Koneko on the head. Koneko looks up to see a smiling Ace, which causes her blush to grow.
Though, suddenly Ace flops down on Koneko, catching the Neko by surprise and making her have to hold her up.
Koneko looks at Ace's face, only to see her sleeping. Koneko sighs before she places Ace on her back, giving her a piggyback ride, with Koneko's head in-between Ace's chest, and feeling something poking her in the back.
Then, with an ever-growing blush, she starts carrying Ace back to the Hyoudou residence, though she couldn't help the small smile on her face.
As Koneko was walking and had her head in-between Ace's bust, she didn't notice that Ace's eyes were wide open and that she had a smile on her face as well.

Sorry about this one being later than usual and shorter, I didn't know how to get this chapter going. Also, I added a little fluff in there.
Ace also revealed a crucial part of her plan, if anyone was paying attention.
Also, Koneko was thinking about Ace and her dick, if you were wondering why she was acting differently.
