Drake went to Professor McGonagall office and ask if his dad could see him. She said that he wasn't here at the moment, she then told Drake that when Dumbledore arrived again, she would give a word about Drake wanting to meet him. After that, she sends Drake out since he needed to go to History of Magic class.

Once again, the first class in the afternoon went very slowly and after two torturous hours, they could go out. Drake and Katie went to the main atrium of school to get some fresh air after the monotonous class. On their way, they meet with Scarlett which tagged along with them.

"How was the DADA class?" asked Katie to Scarlett.

"Ehen, It was nice although, in the beginning, the Professor had to give a lecture to us because some student from my house wanted to learn chant less magic which the teacher just said they couldn't do it and was too bothered to explain" replied Scarlett with boring tone.

"As if by learning chant less magic, they could match Drake in future duels," said Katie with a teasing look.

"II don't mind that they learned, I think some of them a wizard with capacity, but they just were too lazy to work," said Drake without caring if the teacher would teach them or not.

"I agree with you two hehehehe! Changing the subject, are you ready for the after work?" said Scarlett.

"Hahahahahah! I think Scarlett is better served with Madam Pince than with Mr Filch" said Katie laughing at the duo which would start the punishment today.

"Yeah, I'm ready but I bet that the old hag will put me thought some nasty works. At least for cleaning, I have magic!" replied Drake.

"You two should get going, my class, it's near and you two still have to walk a bit and we are already a little bit late," said Scarlett looking at the painting with a clock on it.

Drake and Katie said goodbye to Scarlett and went running to DADA class. They arrived at class late, but the teacher didn't care about it and after saying to the two to sit he kept lecturing about some dark creatures. Professor Karpov also talked about the duel and what both students duelling could improve. Although Drake had won, he still committed a few mistakes and most grave one was the fact that a wizard needs to be ready at any time and prepare for all possible situations when fighting, principally other wizards. Drake could defend the spell because Jacob was to slow to cast the magic which gave time to Drake to make a chant less spell.

After DADA class, Drake went wright way to the dorms to check on his beasts before meeting with Mr Filch, Katie stayed with Scarlett as they found Cho started to talk about girl things.

Drake played with the beasts and gave them a lot of snacks brought directly from the Hogwarts kitchen after he made a deal with them exchanging some food for some magic plants that he has planted in his magic garden. This happened when Drake was talking with Peeves and end up in the kitchen.

*FLASHBACK*

"See young Drake, the house-elves like to see me play pranks so sometimes they give me some spoiled food which I threw to the perfects and the head boys Hehhehehe!" said Peeves.

"That's nice maybe I should do the same with you when I meet them" replied Drake.

As they were talking about things, they end up in the kitchen.

"It seems you are lucky, we arrived at the kitchen and house elves are preparing the dinner already."

As they arrived at the kitchen all the house-elves stop what they were doing and bowed to Drake.

"Its okay guys, you don't need to stand on ceremonies with me," said Drake to the house-elves

Peeves stayed in the air laughing.

"We don't dare, young master" replied one of the house-elves.

"It's fine, you are working for Hogwarts school, not me. I just came here to talk with the one responsible" said Drake.

"That would be me" replied the same house elf.

"Huff…Okay then, tell them to keep doing their work! I want to make a deal with you" said Drake to the house elve, while the other started to work again.

"Hahahahahahah! They know who you are Drake, it's impossible to change their way of addressing you. "

"Damn you Peeves!" cursed Drake. He never liked to be treated with such respectful status, that's was one of the reasons that he and his dad had agreed to maintain his identity a secret.

"Whatever, I have a few plants that could be used in making food, they are magical plants which most of them would improve the magic quality and quantity of the wizard. I only got this batch now but when I get more, I will bring it to you. In exchange, I want you to make extra meat dishes from me and delivered when I ask for it," said Drake to the house elve while, he summoned from his pendant, the hat and from the hat he summoned three boxes with a batch of plants inside of them.

"By Merlin bread, young master! Where did you gather this and how did you have so many?!" asked the house elve. Peeves looked at the boxes and also stared at them.

"Well, my uncles brought them to me, and I plant them in a secret place, but to make potions with them it would be a waste in my hands since I don't have sufficient practice to use them. So, why don't use it on food!? It would be waste to not use them since I don't cook. And before you ask, dad knows that I have them planted but he said in the beginning that what it was mine, was mine and I would do whatever I want with it. But I will give some seeds to teacher sprout" replied Drake.

"Okay, young master! We have a deal, although we had also had them the magic purity is way worse than this one here:"

"Then it's a deal!"

*FLASHBACK*

Drake stayed a little more with his beasts and got out from the suitcase and went to the Great hall since the ladies would be there, possibly. He arrived there and found the ladies talking to each other surrounded by other students, but when those students saw Drake entering in the hall, they all moved way which won some teasing from the girls.

"The big bad boy has appeared," said Katie.

"hehehehe! True, he even scared all the students around us. How can we be social if every time he appears all the students ran way?! Not even his looks now can get the other girls to come near him" continued Scarlett after laughing of what Katie said. Cho just kept smiling and agreeing with the two ladies.

Drake shrugged his shoulders and their teasing and went to sit near them.

"You can laugh all day if you want, I don't care about them. By the way, did any of you saw the twins today? I wanted to ask them about the letter" talked Drake.

"Nope!" replied the three at the same time.

"Damn it, those two are up to no good for sure" cursed Drake.

"Hahahaha! Says the guy with more moral to talk" said Scarlett laughing. Cho and Katie also laughed.

"Whatever, we should be going no?" said Drake still a little bit mad about the twins and the ladies for mocking him.

"Yup, we should. They probably are already waiting for us" replied Scarlett after she finished teasing him.

Drake and Scarlett talked a little bit more with their two friends and start to get out from the Hall, they also said goodbye to each other and went their separate ways since the two had different punishments.

Drake went to Mr Filch room and waited near his door until he appeared.

"HAHAHAHAHA! You punk, finally you end up in my hands" said a hoarse voice of a man with a cat in his hands.

"Yeah, yeah, old hag. Just get going with the punishment" said Drake with a boring look.

"Let's see, if you will still have that look after I'm finished with you," said Mr Filch.

"I want to see that!" answered Drake with a defiant look on his face.

"Tsk, tsk, follow me, you stinky punk." Ordered Mr Filch as he went inside his office.

Drake followed Mr Filch inside of the room. It was a small, simple room with a single oil lamp hanging from the ceiling. It smelled vaguely of fried fish. There are filing cabinets in it with details of the misdeeds of Hogwarts students.

"You Mr Stinky Fish," said Drake with a mocking tone.

"I should hang you upside down on those chains but Dumbledore doesn't let me. So, you will be here all day in this room writing a report of 10 000 words about your behaviours. And if I'm not satisfied with it, you can stay here for the rest of the night too until you make one that seems alright." Said Mr Filch with a smug look on his face as he sat Drake in a small secretary with a bunch of papers.
