(Xerver)

"Hey Old Man " I said after entering his hospital room.

He looked up and released a breath.

" How did you get your self in here?" I asked and sit down on the chair.

" I don't know " he replied shortly.

" Well this is something new " I replied amused.

This is the first time that I found this man in this maze state but nonetheless I knew he had grown old .

" The Girl " he said after short period of time cutting my chain of thoughts.

I looked at him even though I understand what he is talking about but still to confirm

" What Girl ?" I asked.

" Don't act like this , You know what I am talking about.

The girl who saved me . Where is she ?" He asked annoyingly.

" Well, She is my guest for some days unless I find out who is behind this and believe me If I find her in this then she is as good as dead ".

I replied coldly.

" Don't. " He said

" Don't what ?" I asked trying to act dumbfounded.

" She is innocent Xerver , don't involve her in this " he said and looked down

" Don't involve her with you "

He finished and his voice held fear and sadness.

I don't recognize this man .

He was as ruthless as me and now this girl has made him go to his knees!

I already hate her.

" Where is she Xerver?"She asked cutting the silence between us .

Again her !

" She is in my home " I replied angrily.

Suddenly he smirked, making me confused but then it hit me and I stood up making the chair fall down .

" You already trust her this much to leave with your four years daughter?" He said and lit the cigarette.

I opened the door and replied before going

" It's forbidden to smoke in hospital" and shut the door .

How can I do this ?. I asked myself frustratingly.

Sweat buds started to form on my forehead.

I picked my phone and called my right hand.

After one ring he picked up and before he could say something or ask I ordered him to go to my house this instant and check on my daughter.

Sensing the fear for my daughter in my voice he said yes without asking anything.

It would take me fifteen minutes to go there but he was out side of my house.

After waiting for two to three minutes I called her while balling my hand into a fist .

" Yes sir ?" He said after attending my call.

" DON'T GIVE ME THAT SHIT !"

I shouted angrily.

" Where is my Daughter ?" I asked this time mote calmly but with gritted teeth.

" Well sir , the answer is very interesting.

You should come home and see for yourself ". He replied

I looked at my phone with knitted eyebrows and cut the call.

He is my childhood friend or else I would have killed him for this .

The driver parked the car and the first thing that I see was him leening against the front door .

I walked upto him and he moved away with a smirk .

I know I can't kill him but I would beat him for sure.

On entering the home I found that the lights of whole house were turned off but on walking further I found the light of tv room was on .

I entered the room silently and looked around .

And to be honest what I found surprised me .

Here she was sleeping with my daughter in her arms .

In a protective manner as if she is her mother.

The thought let alone angered me .

How could she act like if she is her mother !

I walked closer to her in anger in order to wake up her and take away from my daughter.

But my hands never moved.

The scene strickted my hands to move any further.

The look on her face was pure of innocence and my heart was strangely telling me that it is okay.

I don't like what is she doing to me .

I don't like her to be in my life!, To be in our life .

She is a danger .

What an innocent girl do you ?

My consciousness mocked at me and I left not wanting to be there .

I left my home but there was this strange feeling that was telling me that this time I don't have to be worried about my daughter.

I called Xander to tell him why I was not able to attend our meeting.

After two to three rings he picked up .

" I have been waiting for you yo call me and ask me why was I Absent in our meeting " was the first thing he said .

I never replied because I was shocked.

Not only me but he was too this left Him.

Without talking I just replied

" I was too " and cut the call.

This means war or meeting, and I think the better is against me but since it was my fault I will talk with him .
