Price for help

A relaxing day, William is currently just laying down on his bed. He thought of his plans while staying in DxD verse.

Knock

"What is it Asia?" He said after hearing the knock on his door.

"Um Rias-senpai is looking for you" She replied

"Okay thanks Asia, let them in"

After saying so, he quickly got up and headed towards the living room. There he saw Rias along with her best friend Akeno.

"What a surprise Rias-senpai, for you to look at me this time. Are you taking my offer?" He asked with a hint of teasing.

"Before I accept, tell me the price" Rias said seriously. But her voice contains desperation as she was running out of time.

"Why the rush? I suppose your supposed fiancee already visited you?" He chuckled in amusement.

"Just answer me!" Rias raised her voice, desperation was clear in it.

"Alright, geez you're so impatient. My price is simple actually. I just want to have a request from you, and you must fulfill it no matter what with no objection" He stated seriously.

"No! Change it, if I accept that condition I'm in a serious advantage"

"Chuckle* Don't worry I'm not gonna ask you something outrageous, my request is simple. So? What is your answer?" He asked playfully

Rias gritted her teeth and answered "I...agree"

"Wonderful! Then please sign here" William took out a scroll and pointed at the bottom part. He brought it from the shop.

"What's this?" Rias asked curiously even Akeno was intrigue. They can't read the writing on it.

"This is a magic contract, after you sign it our agreement is valid" He said and waited for her to continue. She signed it and suddenly th contract burst into fire.

"Well then our I will help you with your problem. Also you cannot break our agreement because if you did, you will die." William said gravely

"Wha-?! You didn't tell me about that part!" She exclaimed

"Of course it's for insurance, you know. And don't worry the conditions also apply to me do you can rest assured that I will fulfill our ageement, after all I don't want to die yet"

Hearing this Riasand Akeno sighed in relief. Then they stared at William before Rias said.

"You know, I really doubt if you're the devil or we are. You even have something like that, are you really a human?"

"Hahaha, surely you jest of course I'm a human. I don't plan on abandoning my humanity.....for now that is" William joked

"Well then I wonder how you can help me?" She asked curiously

"Anyway you want; I can kill Raiser Phenex or just help you win the rating games" He smirk "What will you choose?"

"Sigh* Just help me in the rating games, if you kill him there will be complications"

"Alright"

With that Rias and Akeno soon left. While William stayed conremplating about things. Meanwhile Asia was in her room she didn't listen to their conversation.

'With this I can request to have Kuroka and Koneko meet without much resistance. It will greatly help when Kuroka explains the truth. And I can fulfill my initial promise to her. But I need some backup plan if Koneko didn't listen to the explanation. Luckily I have gotten connections to Rias, with thar I can contact Sirzechs if things go wrong so he can testify. Hmm...now all I need to do is defeat that fried bird' He thought.

Later that night, William contacted Kuroka.

"Hello, William nya~"

"Kuroka I need to tell you something" He said before explaining his plan for her to meet Koneko.

"Thank you William nya~"

"Hahaha, it's my promise right? I was just fulfilling it so your welcome"
