9 Ddraig-sensei...
William was in his apartment, he just finished his morning exercise. He did the 10k push ups, sit ups, squats and ran for 10k km. Of course this exercise didn't tire him out.
And now he. just got out of the bath. "Hey Ddraig, can you teach me how to conceal my mana so the devils won't notice?"
This has been on his mind ever since he arrived yesterday. As he know the supernatural races here can detect mana. In his world they don't have that kind of concealment technique except a few.
("Wait...You don't know how to?! Well, I can teach you.") Ddraig was surprised
"Thanks also teach me other magic, like barrier, hypnotism things like those. Anyway I still have 2 more days before going to school"
He arrived here at friday yesterday. So today is saturday and he will go to school at monday. And he's also patrolling the town to see if Asia already arrived in town.
He already saw Azazel's mansion, considering it's size. It wasn't hard to find but he didn't go in there. And he found out that tomorrow is Issei's date with Raynare so he prepared for that.
("Sigh* Just how did you survive this long and became strong like that when you don't even know the basics")
"Well....hahaha" William laighed awkwardly as he didn't know what to tell Ddraig. "Oh but I know elemental magic you know. Also some techniques I created myself."
("Hoo? What techniques?") Ddraig was curious as he already know William's stength surely those techniques he created are usefull.
"Hmm...I have {Mana Sense} which is just a way to utilized mana, I spread my mana in thin waves which acts like ripples that let me detect things around me. There's also {Mana Skin} which is another way to utilize man, because no one taught me how to make a barrier I created this technique which let's me to use my mana to cover my body to act like a shield. It's like touki, but this techniques need superb mana control" William explained
("Hmm, I see quite the useful techniques. So with {Mana sense} you can possibly detect people even if they conceal their mana. Now I know why you're mana is so dense, It's because you use this technique of yours, {Mana Skin}")
"Anyway Ddraig, teach me now" William insisted
("Alright")
Ddraig taught him the whole day with various magic. William profited with this as he doesn't need to buy this magics from the shop and he learned new magic useful to him.

Night time, a shadow can be seen jumping from roof to roof. The figure wore a black cloak with red clouds on it. His face can't be seen as he wore a silver mask.
"Ddraig, the mana signatures should be from an Ultimate class right?" William asked, earlier when he just got out of his apartment. He felt a strong mana fluctuations entering the town.
("Yes, there's also space fluctuations so he/she should be a space magic user. Also I sense chakra, so it should be a yokai")
"Space magic user?....and yokai?" William mumbled while continuing towards the direction where the mana fluctuations came from. The location is a roof of a house near a big house which belong to Rias.
William soon arrived in the location where he saw a beautiful young woman with long black hair. She has cat ears and two cat tails.
She wore a black kimono which is quite loose showing her big bosom. Along with her was three people. One which is a young man with dark brown hair which wore an ancient chinese armor with a pole.
The others are a handsome blonde young man which has a sword in his hands. And last one is a girl with blonde hair in a witch outfit.
William knew these three, they should be Vali's teamates. The beautiful black hair young woman is Kuroka a SS class stray.
The chinses armor wearing young man is Bikou, descendant of Sun Wukong. The other two are siblings. Arthur and Le Fay Pendragon.
'Clap' 'Clap'
"My....what a group you've got there" William clapped and said as he approached them. Team Vali was surprised to see William but turned into cautiousness as they didn't detect him.
"Who are you nya~" Kuroka asked as she prepare herself for a possible battle. "I'm just a concern citizen, you see I detected a mana and space fluctuation so I came to see what's goin on. But I didn't expect such a surprise here." William nonchalanly said
"Oh but don't worry I'm not your enemy....yet. Oh, are you planning on visiting your sister, Kuroka?" William asked which triggered Kuroka.
"How do you know that! Who are you!?" She became serious even her nya in the end of her sentence disappeared. The other also prepare for battle.
"Secret~" William said playfully. Earlier he just wants to check what's happening but now, he wants to mess with them.
("Hey, partner you know them?") Ddraig asked in through telepathy. 'Yeah, they're part of the team of the wielder of Divine Dividing' William replied
("I see then what are you planning?") Ddraig asked curiously. 'Just gonna mess with them a bit' William replied
"You! Fine I'll make you talk through force then" Kuroka said before she used space magic to teleport William far away.
William felt himself being teleported but just shrugged. Team Vali followed as Kuroka teleported them.
They appeared at a desert with the sun up in the sky. William look curiously around him but them Bikou and Arthur appeared in front of him with weapons in their hands.
William reacted quickly as he took out his sword and held in his right and brought out the boosted gear on the left.
He blocked Arthur's sword with the boosted gear and Bikou's Riyu Jigu Bang (His pole).
Bamm!
A booming sound was heard with their initial collition. Sand flew surround them so Le Fay and Kuroka didn't fire magic as they could accidentally hit their team mates.
While inside the clouds of sands. William kicked Arthur's side which threw him away. Then he punch Bikou with his left straight in his abdomen.
"Gahh" Bikou was thrown too. Seeing that William kept his sword again as he wants to try blance breaker. Soon they heard a voice sounding.
("Welsh Dragon: Balance Breaker") The voice of Ddraig announced. There William changed into his scale mail armor. Red draconic looking armor wrapped him.
"Whistle* Now let's test this one" He quickly appeared in front of Arthur and punch him again. Arthur was thrown into the air then William followed him and axed kicked him down wards.
Bamm
A crated was created due to the impact. Just then a pole was swung and approach William's head. "Heh, that won't work" He grabbed the pole kicked Bikou too which resulted in another crater.
Then he appeared behind Le Fay. "Careful!" Kuroka shouted but she was too late as William knocked Le Fay by hitting the back of her neck.
Bikou and Arthur too are unconscious now. It's not that they are weak, it's just William is too OP. Now there's only Kuroka, of course he was just messing with them.
"You!" Kuroka lunged at him with a black flame on her hands. Using touki and senjutsu to strengthen her body Kuroka attacked William.
William dodged her attacks by taking a side step before kicking her side but he did not use much strength just enough to throw her a bit.
"Stop! Kuroka I'm not an enemy." William shouted as he saw Kuroka approaching for anither attack.
"But you attack us!" She retorted
"You teleported me here and attack me first. I was just defending myself, and it's not like I killed them or anything. They are just unconscious." He retorted while dodging her attacks. "And I need to talk to you about something. I can also help you prove your innocence and get rid of your criminal status in the underworld."
William said loudly and she finally stopped. She looked at him with wide eyes obviously shocked. She didn't tell anyone about her story not even her team mates how could this mysterious man know then.
"Sigh* Finally, just listen to me first. And I'll help you take revenge" William got out of his balance breaker and smiled at her.
Kuroka was shocked to see William's face. She couldn't help but blush when she saw him. He has an extremly handsome face which was already fatal to women coupled with his smile then his charms shot up by a level.
"W-what do you mean you'll help me nya?~" She stuttered asking a question.
"I know you're innocent and you just killed your master because you want to protect your sister and not because you became mad. And I also need to talk to you about one more thing" William's expression turned serious when he said this.
"I want you..." he asked
"Huh? Wha-?!" Kuroka got shocked
("Whaattt!?") Ddraig screamed
