(Fallout) Surviving in a Wasteland

Our story begins in vault 43 where Billy lives as an Engineer and technician. One day however, Billy and his friends decided to leave the vault. Join Billy and his friends as they try to build their new Home/settlement in the wastelands (OC Vault) This is my first story so any criticism is welcome.
