20 Chapter 20

Few days after Meliodas and Elizabeth leave, Ban got a call from Setsuna. She said that she got accepted into U.A. and about to come to check his apartment. She will come later in the afternoon. Ban told Chopper who seems happy after hearing that Setsuna would come.

Few hours later Setsuna come knocking into Ban's apartment's door. Ban and Chopper showed her the rooms and she agreed to the price.

"Are you sure you won't think it over? There should be other apartment you can rent nearer to U.A. you know?" Ban asked Setsuna if she is sure to rent here.

"Yes I'm sure. We won't get into the same class but I feel better if I move somewhere with someone I know. The price also seems right." Setsuna answered.

Suddenly Ban's phone rang. "Chopper I leave the rest to you." Ban left Setsuna's to Chopper and picked up his phone.

"Hello do you still have room for rent? I saw your ad in the net." As soon as Ban answer the phone the voice of a girl come out and asked about the room directly.

"Yeah we still have rooms for rent. Who is this?"

"Let's talk later I'm already on the way there. By the way I'm Uraraka. See you soon." She hang up the phone.

Ban confused after hearing all that. The caller seems to have a very blunt personality and she is very direct with her intention. She already on the way here even before she called Ban.

Setsuna seems to be delighted with her room and their negotiation seems to be succeeded. She decided to hang out for a bit and return to her home later. She will come back tomorrow with her belonging.

Ban told Chopper and Setsuna about the girl on the phone. Setsuna seems interested with her and decided to wait a little longer to see her potential neighbor.

After waiting for a while, 3 peoples come to the apartment. They are the Uraraka family. Seems like the girl on the phone came together with her parent.

"Excuse me! Is the landlord here?" the girl asked.

"I'm the caretaker of this apartment, Kaito Ban. The guy you called on the phone." Ban answered the girl. "Please come upstairs and check the room."

The family climb up the stairs and enter a room that Ban opened. The family looked around and finds the room acceptable. They negotiate the price with Ban and agreed with the price. Before they write the contract, Uraraka's father interrupted the talk.

"Wait a minute Ochako. Are you sure to stay here? I know it's cheap but there should be other apartment near U.A. you know? Why don't we check them first? You don't need to care about the money."

"It's fine dad! I like it here. About the money let's just save it. I can earn more money after I become hero." Ochako answer her father with confidence.

"Oh so you're just accepted into U.A. Congratulations." Ban complimented Ochako.

"Hehe thank you."

"Then we might ended up as classmates." Ban added.

"Then please take care of me… Wait you're the same age as me? You're so tall!" Ochako surprised after hearing Ban's statement.

"Yeah and it's not just me. Another caretaker is also coming into U.A. And there's also another new tenant who got accepted as well. I'll introduce you later."

"Well since you have met a new friend already I can accept you staying here." Her dad instantly agreed to rent the room after hearing that Ochako will have friends here and won't be lonely.

The negotiation then turned smoothly. Ochako's parent then leave the apartment to check the surrounding area. Meanwhile Ban took Ochako to Setsuna's room which is next door to Ochako's. Ban then introduce them to Ochako. As usual after introducing Chopper, Ochako gets surprised.

"A reindeer who looked like a raccoon… that's surprising."

"He can also look like a gorilla, you know." Ban added.

They keep chatting until Ochako's parent returned. They will go back home and return to the apartment with their belongings. Setsuna tagged along with them to the station and will return the next day.
