13 Chapter 13

"Thanks for the food."

Everyone had dinner at Sengoku's place. They have finished their discussion about the kids. They will move to Tokyo for middle school then go to hero academy of their choice. Sengoku will be their guardian formally and Musica will be their acting guardian. They will live in an apartment that Musica owned and be the caretaker. The rent from other tenant will go to them as pocket money.

After dinner they just keep chatting until late.

"Hey. Why did you agreed to their demands?" Musica asked Sengoku.

"Because of their pasts. But more importantly because of their future. These guys can blackmail me using Flevance, but instead they choose to use their future as a bargaining chips." Sengoku answered Musica.

"Law I have something for you." When it was time to leave Sengoku stopped Law to give him something. "This is a nodachi (Japanese great sword). Its name is Kikoku. It used to belong to Rosinante. You can have it as your weapon when you become a hero." Sengoku handed Law a sword.

"This was Cora-san's? Ugh it's heavy." Law accepted the gift. "I promise to take care of it."

"Weapon huh? Does any of you need a weapon as well?" Musica asked the kids.

"Hmm? I use a Sanjiegun and Meliodas use a sword. What about it?" Ban said.

"Then I have someone to introduce you to. We'll go there tomorrow and then go to Tokyo the next day."

After that they went home. They woke up early the next day to go to follow Musica to meet someone in a workshop. It was a workshop where people often come to ask for kitchen utensils.

"I heard you were coming so I close the shop." From the workshop an old man wearing kimono with white spiky hair and a long beard tied with a rubber band.

"Grandpa this is the kids I told you about. Everyone this is my grandpa Galein Musica." Musica introduce his grandfather to the kids.

"What? So Musica is actually your surname. What is your first name?" Ban asked.

Everyone always thought that Musica was the first name so the truth makes everyone shocked.

"I'm not telling… "It's Hamrio" And it was found out." Musica didn't want to tell the kid his name but his grandfather said it in between his sentence so everyone found out about it.

"So you are Ham. I prefer Beef." Ban made fun of Musica's name.

"Enough with that! This is my grandpa a blacksmith. He used to be a popular weapon craftsman but since he mainly made cold weapon, heroes never asked for his weapon anymore. The only people who came here mostly housewives buying knives and other kitchen utensil. There were only few heroes who came here and they were all regular costumer. He has license to make heroes costume and weapons. You can ask for both costume and weapon today. They will be given to you when you're accepted in hero school." Musica explained about his grandfather's job to the kids.

Everyone then started explaining about their own quirks and the weapon they want. The only one who asked for weapons are just Ban and Meliodas. Ban asked for a Sanjiegun and Meliodas asked for a strong durable sword. Elizabeth didn't ask for weapon because she didn't need it. She can use Ark to bind others, for defense, and for attacking purpose.

Chopper didn't want weapon because it would be difficult to carry them if he keep transforming. He just ask for a flexible costume that can change size and a bag for carrying medical kit.

Law already has Kikoku so he didn't ask for weapon. He also doesn't have any preference for costume.

"I see." Galein touch his beard and think for a while. "I already have some ideas for your weapon and costumes. Just work hard to be admitted to hero school."

"I also have another thing for my costume. Can you make me a pair of durable shoes? One that doesn't seems conspicuous so that I can wear it for daily life." Ban added.

"Shoes? That's fine but what for?" Galein asked Ban.

"When I jump I can use my Snatch ability to my shoes. Its pulling force enough to make me kicked it as if it was a solid ground. As long as I keep kicking I can run on air." Ban telling him another one of his power.

"That's amazing! So you can fly?"

"Similar to that. One reason why I have a losing streak against Meliodas is because I can't fly while he can. If I tried to use it on normal shoes, its sole will fall off."

"Please don't make him that." Meliodas begged Galein.

"A shoes for daily life. Which means you have another means to escape if there's an emergency. I will make at least two pair then. One for daily life another for the costume." Galein ignored Meliodas.

"Is that all? If you are done then let's go back. We will go to Tokyo tomorrow. Grandpa see you later." After saying goodbye, Musica then led the kids back home.
