2 What John Thinks

Sam asked me to come here behind the school. I wonder what he wants to tell me.

Soon my friend Sam arrives and seems to be out of breath he also seems unsure of what to say "J-John..I..I.." he starts.

"What is it Sam? You can tell me anything." he's my best friend he can say anything and I won't hate him.

"w-well....JOHN I LIKE YOU!" is that what he wanted to say? What's he worried about?

"Awww Sam I like you too!" it's true.

"No John! You don't understand! I LOVE YOU!"

Wait hold up...he..loves me?..

"....w-what?..You..love me?..." please tell me it's not true..

"Yes..I love you." no sam..why?? I don't want to ruin our friendship..

"I'm sorry Sam but...I don't feel the same way.. and I don't swing that way...plus I have a crush on someone...." I already like Tabby from 1-A..I'm not gay...and...I just see him as a friend, Nothing else. I have to go before this gets worse. "Sam...I gotta go..Bye." I have to go home and think about this..my best friend likes me..no loves me..UGH...I...I don't know what to do...

"Hey dad..I'm home.." I see beer bottles on the floor. My dads an alcoholic and rarely comes home. I don't see him anywhere he must be out.Ever since Mom died he became like this, I hate it. Anyways I have to clean this up before dad sees this if he comes home.

--After cleaning cause it's boring--

FINALLY! Time to go to my room..to think..yeah,think.

-At the Room-

At school do I talk to him like normal?

Yeah I should talk to him like nothing happened, though it would be a little awkward.

(BUZZ BUZZ BITCH)

Oh? Who's calling? Huh?! Tabby?!

"Y-yes Tabby?"

"Oh you answered, John I was wondering if you wanted to go out this weekend. You don't have-" I cut her off

"YES! I mean yeah I would like to hang out with you Tabby." Phew saved myself.

"Pfft..Ok you dummy. I have to go meet me at Kitty's Cafe there at 5:00, ok?"

"Uh? Oh yeah see you Tabbs" I quickly jot the time and place down. I hang up so she doesn't hear me.

" ....HELL YEAH I GOT A DATE WITH MY CRUSH! YASSSSSSSSSSS!" My mind quickly dismissed the thought of me having to see Sam tomorrow and the confession that he made. Rather my mind was more focused on the fact that I got a date with Tabby.

Who knew that one simple meetup could change everything?...
