*Dorian's past*

Ever since he could remember, he was always alone. He lived in a small apartment, in London's slums. He was poor, but he managed to buy a computer. And by working as a delivery boy, he managed to make some money for his necessities. After long hours of work, he often stayed in a bar drinking beer. After getting home, he turned on his computer, and read web novels. His neighborhood was not friendly, but he was used to it. Local thugs knew him and ignored him because they grew up together. They didn't know each other well enough to call each other friends. However, they knew each other well enough to ignore Dorian.

While Dorian could be considered a very handsome guy when he cleaned himself up. He did not bother with it. His beard was overgrown. The hair was messy. When he was a teenager, he was quite the ladies' man. However, after his first breakup, he became an alcoholic. He saw no reason to live but was smart enough to continue living. 'If I live long enough, maybe something good will happen in my life.' he used to tell himself.

Dorian was a kind person. Even when he was drunk. Whenever he was riding a bus, he always offered his seat to the elderly. He helped his neighbors with chores without asking for anything in return. That was the main reason, he was loved by most of the neighbors, despite being an alcoholic.

The irony is that Dorian died because a drunk truck driver fell asleep behind the wheel. This would have been funny if it wasn't so tragic. Luckily, maybe due to his good behavior in his past life, he was given a second chance. Little did he know, but he is destined, to be the most notorious villain, the world has ever seen.

*After the accident - Dorian's Point of View*

Everything is so dark. Where am I? What is going on? The last thing I remember was going outside to buy some snacks. Oh, I was hit by a truck. Talk about shit luck. I didn't even get to finish reading the novel. I wonder what will happen next. God, I wish I had at least a few more weeks to live. Is this the afterlife? Will I stay in this abyss for all eternity?

"Would you look at this pitiful loser!"

"You should be grateful. Boss Mercury decided to take you in as his punching bag!"

What the hell are they talking about? Am I hallucinating before passing away? Who are the owners of these voices? They don't sound familiar at all. I want to open my eyes, but my eyelids feel as if they are made out of steel. Come on, Dorian… Open your eyes!

I slowly manage to open my eyes. My body is in pain. My stomach hurts so much that I feel like I am about to throw up. There's a buzzing sound inside my head. That truck-kun is merciless, it messed me up really well.

"Wake the fuck up!"

'Huh?'

I was kicked? Why? What the hell is wrong with these people? I am a victim of a traffic accident, have some heart!

W-wait. Who the hell are these kids? And where am I? I was in the street just a moment ago. How did I get into this secluded place? It's a forest? And those three brats are merciless! Did someone drag me out of the street to hide the fact there was an accident? No, no, no! It is impossible, security cameras were all over that place! I was near the mall.

*Third person Point of View*

"Look at his dumb expression" one of the boys smirks at Dorian.

"Hehe, let's give him some hell!~" another boy kicks Dorian's arm who used it to defend his face.

Dorian was lost for words. These brutal brats want to beat up someone who just had an accident, why? Are the kids actually this cruel these days? he thought to himself. He couldn't do anything. His body was too weak due to his injuries. 'You brats are lucky I am injured, otherwise, I would dismember your tiny limbs!'

All he could do was put his hands on his face in a defensive position. He blocked most of the kicks. But his head was still hurting. His hands couldn't completely block all the impact from those kicks.

"Hehe. I had enough for one day. Let's leave him." The boy gives one last kick to Dorian's side.

"Be grateful Lucas, you're off the hook for one day." Another boy spits on Dorian's face.

'Lucas? Who is Lucas? Wait…' Dorian noticed something was different about him. His arms were that of a child. Well, a boy's arms who just entered his teenage years. The palms had a dragon eating his own tail tattoo. He slowly stands up and sees that everything feels different. He looks down at his legs and sees a pair of skinny legs.

"W-what… Wait… Uroboros tattoo? What?!?"

Dorian suddenly shouts. He pales at the thought that he was either reincarnated or transmigrated. Just like in those silly novels he used to read.

'Lucas… Where have I heard this name? Uroboros tattoo on the palms… Lucas? Dear god!'

He thinks carefully and suddenly realizes. It's the tragic character, who was destined to die. No matter which route or timeline he was in. Lucas Van Ruxstarz. A royalty that was exiled from his family due to his dark magic affinities. A love interest, Lilith, the main antagonist. In the first timeline, he died while self-destructing and destroying an entire kingdom. The second time, he was saved by Lilith. However, she played with his feelings. She made him believe that she died. That game of hers, made Lucas go insane and he caused the zombie apocalypse. He killed Thomas. Drake avenged him by decapitating Lucas.

'Oh… No…'

Dorian held his head and began to shout out of anger. He did not mind the whole reincarnation fact, as he in his previous world was an orphan and had no attachments. However, what infuriates him is that he is the character that is destined to die.

"W-why the hell do I have to be reincarnated as the guy destined to die? Is this some sort of a joke?"

He buries his face in his hands and starts thinking of ways to save himself. This was the world, dominated by monsters, demons, and gods. Luckily, Lucas in the novel was a god-tier character. At least he has the potential to become one. For now, all he needs to do is survive this whole bullying phase.

"Just you wait, brats. Lucas maybe was a pushover, during the school arc, but me... hehehe"

'I wonder if the whole Lilith and Lucas arc started in this world or not. If not, as long as I find a way to stay out of her radar, I can survive!'

Lilith may love Lucas, however, she is too spoiled, she has no idea that she was actually harming him. After Drake killed Lucas, she killed Jasmine right in front of him and sealed him in the burning cage. Dorian hated this part of the novel. However, this is easy to avoid now. I am not the original Lucas. I will probably have malice! Lilith got interested in Lucas due to his lack of malice. But what about Dorian? He doesn't know. He will find out only after meeting Lilith.

He thinks of all possibilities and decides that the best action is to awaken Lucas' time attribute. With it, he will be able to avoid all the worthless fighting and will be able to live in peace and solitude.

"What's more. I need to reawaken Lucas's holy attribute. To do that is quite easy. As long as the seals on my palms block the curse affinity, I can gather the holy energy into my body.

In the novel's second route of Lucas's, after he awakens holy affinity, he gains a whole attribute, which basically turns him into the demigod that one day could rival even Isaac! If he had more time, Lucas could have become a second god. But due to Lilith's games, he ended up too mentally unstable and could not control his power well. This won't happen to me. I don't care if I have to become a villain or a hero, this time, Lucas will survive!"
