2 Chapter 2: The Man with Blue Cape

She was amazed by what she saw. She seems like she's in fairy land. In front of her is something like ancient kingdom of China and it's surroundings are full of flowers and trees that are so beautiful. She can clearly see the houses that surrounded the castle and the people walking that looks like ant because of how far she is from the castle.

"It seems like I was transported to different world like in those novels. If that is the case then is it possible that I also have cheat like ability like those people who are transported in the story? Hmmm..let's try it" she said in herself.

She point his index finger to the ground while imagining that there would be fire that would come out from here pointed finger and it will strike the ground in blaze. But nothing happened.

"Ah!..maybe fire is not my elemental power, hmmmm let me try to imagine water."

She tried again but still nothing happens.

"Still nothing! How about I try imagining wind and let's see if there's nothing. Then maybe my power is related to earth if that is the case. Okay, think positive. I'll try again."

She tried again but she still failed.

"Wala epek?[1] Maybe my ability is like those in RPG that there would be a screen monitoring for your skills and abilities. It also can check other status too. But how can I let that screen show up? Hmmmmm..aha..let me try."

She close her eyes and said "Status Activate".

(Seconds passed)

cruuu cruuu cruuu

She open her eyes and she was crestfallen because there's still nothing happens.

"If I'm not like 'Avatar Ang the Last Airbender' that has the power of Water, Earth, Fire, Air and I don't have game cheat ability then what do I have?"

"Da hel[2], I don't have power and I didn't even become princess or empress in this world. Those that I've read if they didn't become empress they instead become a great doctor and any great great great that you can think of. But how about me? I'm just an ordinary girl in my previous world. How can I even compare to them? While some have game cheat ability or they become royalty but me? Huhuhu..why did I become a transported penniless?" she said while her eyes are red and tears are forming in her eyes.

"How can I differentiate myself to the wet lost dog drenched in rain. We're both pitiful" she said sighing.

"What is exactly the problem of 'god of fate' to me that he write my fate like this?

While she's complaining of her fate she heard something moving in the plants and she saw the wolf that she heard earlier coming out toward here.

Her heart palpitate and she almost cried thinking this is the end.

"Demmm it! Why is it like this? I give up! Whuaaaaaaa" she wailed.

While she is crying the wolf earlier and other wolves behind it slowly coming forward.

She suddenly recalled all the things that she experienced and her fear was replaced by hatred. Because of her hate towards her fate she decided to fight for her life until the end.

"Hmphhh..fate I refused to die like this" she said bravely.

She look for any tree branch that near her and she snap it into two. So that atleast the edge is pointed and hope it can penetrate the wolf skin when she thrust it later.

Crack!

There's a momentarily silence afterwards. She and the wolves are looking at each other and waiting for each party to strike first. Until there's one wolf that jump and open it's drooling mouth so wide that you can see it's sharp teeth.

While she raised the pointed tree branch at the jumping wolf she also closed her eyes. Even though she choose to fight she still can't force herself not to be scared. In the first place it's all new to her fighting in the wilderness.

She waited for the wolf to be knocked down or for her to be bitten. But nothing happens. She slowly open her eyes and she saw the chiseled back of a man. He is wearing hanfu. In his right hand is a sword pointed to the ground with blood dripping. While the wolf is laying in front of him motionless.

The man once again move to exterminate all the remaining wolves. She was amazed by the greatness that he exhibit. In just one slope of his sword the wolves was cut into half and fall down one by one.

After he exterminate all the wolves he turn around toward her.

She was mesmerized by what she saw.

He is wearing a blue hanfu with blue cape carried by the wind while he is walking and the world around him seems like in slow motion. He also adorned his long black hair with jade coronet to tie it in ponytail. The man was not only chiseled in the back but also he is so handsome. He's the epitome of a perfect male body.

In her mind she is thinking that the best phrase that can describe the man in front of her is like this.

"Beauty that can cause the downfall of a country."

In her dazed she didn't noticed that he is already in front of her.

"My prince charming" she blurted out while her eyes is in the shape of heart.

"huh?" he said confused.

"Are you okay miss? What prince charming are you talking about? I'm not one of it. I'm just a wandering passerby" he said.

"ehhhh?" she's still in dazed.

"Miss, don't you have any decent answer? I've already saved you so you're safe now. But just a friendly reminder, if you still don't leave this place then you will become ice statue because the snow is becoming heavier. If not then you will become the dinner of the ferocious beast out there. Goodbye." he said and then turned away.

After hearing the word goodbye her senses came back to her and she run towards the man.

"uh....wait. Wait for me" she said while running after the man.

The man stopped in his track and turned toward her. She can now clearly see the face of the man. He might be handsome but he has this cold expression that makes people turn away from him.

"What do you want? If you want to thank me then that's not necessary. Don't follow me" he said coldly.

"ah?..hahaha. Of course I wanted to pay this debt of gratitude" she said while smiling.

"Is it okay with you Mr. Masungit?" she said blinking her eyes

"You're something huh?" he said sarcastically.

"Of course I'm different" she said proudly with chest up.

"Because all of the people I've meet you're the first who doesn't understand by what it meant for don't follow. Are you that dull or you're literally brainless?" he said irritated.

"uh..eh..ah..huh..eh" she panicked.

"Hmphhh!" he said while turning away.

"Da hel, why is he so irritated? Does he have his period?[3] Who does he think he is? He think he's that handsome? Well, he's really handsome. ahahahha. I will still follow him no matter what. He's the only person I know after being transported here. Leave it or take it" she said determined.

She followed it everywhere it goes. She just quitely walk behind him. And the man pretend that he didn't have any company. Too troublesome to care.

After an hour they saw a hut nearby.

"Until when do you want to follow me?" he asked angrily.

"Until forever" she answered jokingly.

The man was momentarily speechless and a small smile crept from his mouth.

She didn't noticed it because her eyes is already set into the hut.

"wew..it's beautiful here even though it's just simple with not much decoration in the yard. But why is there's no one in here?" she she said wondering.

The man walked quitely inside the hut.

"hoy! Mr. Masungit[4] would you please notice me? I'm not just a decoration here. I'm also a human, a beautiful human beings..ahahhaha" she said while pointing at the man.

"hmph! sungit talaga. But be careful because that type of a man is what I really like" she said while winking at the back of the man.

What she didn't know is that he can hear her clearly.

"Hmmmm..what a queer lady, how interesting" he said with a smile crept from his mouth.

She now entered inside the hut and saw the man sitting in the wooden chair.

"You said you want to repay my kindness, right?" he said while his left eyebrow move upward and he has this develish smile.

"Yes" she answered without hesitation.

"Then how about you repay me with your body?" he said while grinning.

"WHAT!" she exclaimed.

"N...no, I don't want to" she said while hugging herself.

"What are you thingking of?" he said while his forehead creased.

"Yo...you...you want to do..those thing, right? You know already what I mean." she said blushing.

"THOSE THING THAT ONLY MARRIED DO" she yelled and her face become red.

"PRESUMPTUOS!" he said in rage while slamming his hands in the wooden table and his face becoming red.

"Don't be so conceited, there's no way I would want to do it with you. I have already saw many girls more beautiful than you crawling at my feet begging for my attention. Their body are alluring and enchanting but never did I give them what they want."

"But you?" he look at her from head to toe going back and stop just in her chest.

"If not for that small bump in your front then I might mistaken you for a male" he said while staring at her chest.

She suddenly cover her chest with her arms.

"Yo...you...you're so harsh!" she said angrily with tears almost falling.

"You also, yo...you...you're...you're...demmm...okay you win. You're the epitome of a perfect male" she said sighing resigning to her fate.

"Wait, I already noticed it while I'm saving you earlier but just didn't care but now I'm really curious. Why is your clothing seems different from normal. Are you from a secluded tribe? Or it's just your crazy hobby? Where are you from?" he asked intrigued.

"It's none of your business!" she said while rolling her eyes.

"Okay, okay, I don't want to argue with you anymore. And what I mean before that you pay me with your body is that you will be my slave. Use that body of yours to serve me. Conceited lady!"

"Ah, so that's it?" she said dissapointed.

"And why are you seems dissapointed?" he asked.

"Don't tell me...yo...yo...you..you..really wanted to do it? he asked with eyes wide open.

"ahahhaha, isn't it just fine? You seems single and I'm ready to mingle. What's wrong with that? Can we do it now?" she said and bite her lower lips.

He suddenly stands up from the chair and move far from her.

"Yo...you...you're crazy!" he said with his face so red like tomato.

"WHAHHAHAHAHAHA, what are you being afraid of Mr. Masungit? It isn't like I can jump at you and force you. You're powerful while I'm just an ordinary. And to think that I'm a girl and you're a guy. What's with that reaction? Do you know those word called sense of humor? You thought I'm brainless but it seems you're the one being brainless. You even didn't understand a simple joke. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!" she said while shaking her head.

"YO...YOU!" he pointed his shaking finger at her angrily.

"Calm down. It's not good for your health. hehehe" she teased.

After a while the man calmed down and sits back in the wooden chair.

"What can I do for you Mr. Masungit?" she bow with her right hand at her chest and left at the back.

"Uhummm..make me some tea"

"Your wish is my command" she's still bowing with right arm in the chest and left at the back while walking backward going to the dirty kitchen.

"Hufffff, that girl is weird and crazy" he said while wiping the sweat in her forehead.

Hours passed and she still didn't pop up from the kitchen.

"How long for it to her to make some tea?" he said a little impatient.

Just when he stand up and tried to check for her did he heard her scream.

"AHHHHHH!"

He run immediately to the kitchen and his mouth twitched by what he saw.
