4 The System Is Probably A Scammer
After the incident, Xavier asked around to the maids and butlers about whether they had heard a gunshot earlier. He turned out confused as to where that gunshot came from that made him accidentally buy from the system's shop.

Xavier could feel the difference from his previous attributes. A weird current of energy seemed to be flowing in his veins as if his body was being molded to something different. He was curious whether what he was seeing was real or not.
Thus, Xavier ran down the stairs and moved toward the basketball court outside their mansion. An open and full court could be seen just around thirty meters away from their home. His father would exercise a bit in the morning and try to shoot a few baskets.

Xavier was still smiling as he knew the stamina was taking effect and the constitution was of great help. He tried shooting the ball once more. This time, there was a little hope as it bounced from the ring.
Half an hour had gone by.
Balls were lying on the court floor as Xavier's face and body were drenched with sweat. He had already tried one hundred shots since he hit the ring. He had not made a single ball!

'Oh please shut up!' Xavier rolled his eyes as he continued to practice his shooting until he ran out of stamina.
Seeing the drenched young master, a butler approached him with an energy drink and Xavier gulped it down in seconds. Although the butler was shocked about the sudden changes to Xavier, he only had to do his job. Xavier was known to be frail and weak, after all.
Xavier sat down on the basketball court, recovering his stamina.
His mind fell into deep thoughts as he could not still believe that this was real. Although he only practiced shooting, he felt alive and confident to move around. This was only possible because of the help of the system. Otherwise, he would probably be dead or lying in a hospital. Whether this was a post-death experience or real, he would make the best out of it.
It wasn't easy for an intelligent person like Xavier to accept this as reality. He had learned a lot and he had never read web novels or comics about systems. He focused solely on developing his business skills and in making the Zero Group the best in the world.
There was still one thing he looked forward to. Getting into university would allow him to see Cayetana once more. The one he wanted to be with in his previous life but he was unable to confess his love for he felt like he wasn't strong enough.
Xavier's mind continued to wonder about the system. Where did this system come from and for what purpose has it come to him? To be honest, I would be hoping for him not to realize that the system had killed nine hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine people.
It was normal for most people to ask for the purpose of everything that happens to them. However, most of the time, it happened just because. The system was probably a scammer in the past and there was no certainty where it was bringing those large amounts of money.
