Lost Kingdom of Atlantis

There once existed an island kingdom that possessed mysterious technologies and machineries. In the eyes of onlookers, they were unknown magical artifacts yet not a single trace of mana could be detected.

A dragon like machine could be seen hovering above the sky of the kingdom that carried more than one hundred people. People here called this airplane that made them see from the sky above. Citizens were happy to see the beauty of their kingdom.

There was also a thin box-shaped gadget that people here are using to communicate with each other. It was called a smartphone and they were using a technology called the internet to watch moving pictures as if they were there. The internet, as they said, was a place where they can write anything or post anything. The smartphone could even let them take pictures they want.

Fast-moving objects that looked like a carriage could be seen being drove through the streets of the cities. These were called cars and they could bring them to anywhere at an incredibly quick speed.

Because of this, travelling had become relatively easy and with the smartphone, they could tell in advance if there is an emergency with their loved ones who are far away.

Even their military was so advance that they possessed little versions of the airplane called fighter jets. Although most people here were common people without talent in magic and swordsmanship, they could defeat high-ranking magicians and swordsmen with this kingdom's military technology.

Solomon's knowledge brought these changes as he was considered their wisest king, possessing knowledge far ahead of their time.

However, a secret he never told as it would get a lot of eyes in him was his possession of the Great Library System. All of the wisdom and knowledge he gained was through the books recorded in the library that seemed to have come from the far future.

Solomon focused his entire life and strength in building a nation of freedom and peace to all people but all good things would always come to an end.

This had been the cause of his death, too.

He never pursued magic as such his lifespan was that of an ordinary person. Although he found out that he could be talented in magic, his principle made him choose to die as a normal person like most of his citizens.

The day of his death arrived as he muttered the last words to his son named Menelik as he instructed closely to have it written on a book about him. "Make sure to become learned and wise as it will lead you to a great treasure."

Solomon died because of old age at ninety two. He was the longest and most powerful monarch in the history about thousands of years ago.

Although Solomon had left a legacy for the future generations, the knowledge died down when there was an attack to the King's Library. Many people were allowed entry here to read on any books they fancied and all of these books were said to have been written by King Solomon.

This caused the knowledge of maintenance to the technologies to be lost.

Centuries passed and the previously island kingdom had already sank to what was known to be the Atlantic Ocean.

Though myths and legends about the wise king propagated in the world, there was not a single technology that remained as his legacy.

The kingdom he had given his whole life and strength had perished as this was part of the cycle of the universe. The constant creation and destruction of everything.

The Great Library had long since hidden itself to a faraway land as it got covered with a lot of dust because of the many years that passed.

In the middle of the library, there was a pillar and a book on top of it. It vibrated and between its pages, there was a green-colored hue. Excitement would be the first emotion one would feel when they see the book.

There was a voice that resonated in the library as if it was a response to the book's shaking and glow.

"It has been a long time since our last visitor."
