"You are not the one I am waiting for, but I can have some fun with you until he appears." Ultron stepped out of the building, regarding Thor, who stood multiple feet away.

"I will stop you, no matter what it takes," Thor answered with a shout, lightning forming around him. Since his humiliating defeat against that man, he had grown much more powerful.

"So, you came here alone? Where are the rest of the Avengers?" Ultron asked with curiosity, not even preparing himself for the upcoming fight. Not even the god of Asgard could be a threat to him anymore.

"It doesn't matter. I can defeat you by myself." Thor grasped Mjolnir tightly, lifting it upwards. Electricity sparkled from above and collided with the hammer as Thor aimed it at the enemy.

Ultron dodged the lightning by simply flying into the air. "I have already told you. I am invincible." Ultron declared as two light beams exploded from his eyes, hitting Thor on the chest.

He suppressed the attack, though only by sliding a few meters away. Coming to a halt, Thor looked at the flying red figure. It was certainly not the easiest enemy, but he could still deal with him.

"The real foe finally arrived." A huge smile spread throughout Ultron's face as he gazed at something beyond Thor. "I have almost thought you wouldn't show up."

Thor glanced back, and his eyes instantly sparkled with anger. Hovering in the air, Nagato was looking at him from above. Feeling his face growing red, Thor gripped his hammer.

He had spent so much time training in seclusion, craving for the moment he could clash with him in a battle again. The last time, he got completely overwhelmed and had to witness his friend's death in front of his eyes.

It wouldn't happen again.

Nagato didn't answer Ultron's questions, for he didn't listen to him at all. He was lucky - both of his preys were in front of his eyes and he wouldn't need to spend more time searching for any of them.

"I longed for this moment!" Veins bulged throughout the aggregate of Thor's forehead, and he rose into the air as well. Now, everyone hovered above the ground on the same level, examining each other but not attacking just yet.

This was the battle that would determine the fates of many.

And each of them was ready to lose their lives for the sake of their goals.

Thor attacked first, once again releasing electricity from his palms and aiming it at both of them. Nagato simply absorbed the attack, while Ultron sustained minor damage even after getting hit.

'I should concentrate on one enemy first.' Nagato thought, grasping rods from underneath his sleeves. He then hastened towards Ultron, deciding to deal with the stronger enemy first.

Ultron didn't take long to respond, releasing laser beams from his eyes. Promptly absorbing the attack with his palms, Nagato already arrived next to the robot and descended the rod from above.

Unfortunately, Ultron's body turned transparent as Nagato's weapon passed through his body without dealing with any injuries. Before Nagato could even understand what happened, Ultron materialized and landed a punch on his back.

As Nagato darted from the spot and crashed against the ground, he saw Ultron also docking a kick on Thor, who hit the terrain with much greater force. 'This power can be a problem.' Nagato thought, sweeping the dust from his shoulders.

"Do you understand now?" Ultron had a huge smirk on his face as he slowly descended onto the ground. "I am perfect now. No one can stop me, and I will certainly bring a new era to this world."

Nagato stood back up, noticing that Thor received a lot more damage than he thought. Great. He wouldn't be a hindrance for at least some time.

Activating his powers, Nagato released a tremendous wave of force from his body as it fell onto Ultron. Thor, who was panting heavily, didn't expect another attack coming so soon as he got pushed away, together with multiple buildings behind him.

However, Ultron was different. Despite standing so close, he held his own. Grinning widely, Ultron looked Nagato straight in the eyes, as if saying: "This is all you got?"

"I have known many people like you, those who believe too much in their own powers," Nagato stated, extending his hands forward. Ultron didn't move either, craving to greet the upcoming attack and show him the true difference in their powers.

"All these people died in front of my eyes." Nagato declared as he pushed with such intensity that even the soaring city stopped moving for a moment. Not even uttering a word, Ultron flew out of the way like an insect caught in a tornado.

Hundreds of robots encompassing the horizon shattered into little pieces, and even the ground underneath started breaking apart. Nagato hovered in the air, overlooking the vicinity like a god gazing at his creation.

"Impossible," Ultron frowned, the grin vanishing from his expression. Looking below, he saw multiple rods sticking out of his body as he took them out immediately. Even now, when he finally got his perfect body, he still couldn't beat this inferior mortal?

Unacceptable!

"Now, are you going to give me my stone?" Nagato slowly walked towards the robot, not caring about the wrecks happening in the background.

The third stone was just a few feet away from him.

One more step closer to his ultimate dream.

"You are truly a monster. Even now, I am weak compared to you." Ultron admitted, though reluctance and anger were clear in his voice. "However, even you can't save humanity anymore."

As Ultron said these words, Nagato felt a change in the air. Far away in the distance, another robot emerged near the device responsible for this entire situation. It touched the surface of the machine, and the city began to descend back to the Earth.

Nagato felt the tremendous gust of wind landing on his skin, yet his expression didn't change. The Earth's destruction wasn't something Nagato sought for.

"I shall show you the true power of a God," Nagato said loudly, activating his power to the full extent. Ultron didn't even try to stop him, enjoying this moment, for he already envisioned the annihilation of humankind.
