7 Chapter 2 : Nowhere to go 1:
The siblings cried wishing their mother is around, maybe if their mother is still with them, their youngest brother Adrian is still alive and this bad luck won't happen.
ANGELO : Angel ........ is dad said about mother true??? did she really left us for another man????
Angelo asked his oldest sister Angel, he love his mother so much, and she's been good to them,
she even promise that she will come back as soon as she find money for his brother's medicine and food for them to eat. In his innocent mind, he can't accept that their mother left them.....
But where is she now??? how come she never return and let his brother Adrian died??? He knows how much his mother loved them and Adrian that's why Angelo is confused why his mother didn't return nor visit them
Angel and Ashley look at each other, fear crept in their eyes as they both think of one possibilities, but refusing to believe it...
The night their mother left is heavily raining, she has a fever herself but she pushed through the bad weather just to find food and medicine for Adrian.
Their father Gaston is out drinking and whoring that night at a nearby whore house, they waited for their mother till morning she never come back home.
When their father arrived still drunk, he asked for his wife and when he found out that she hasn't returned since last night, he curse and curse, saying that she had left with her lover....
Of course they didn't believe him, but what can they do? they don't know where their mother go, they don't even know what really happened to her.....
they tried to find her but their father stop and forbid them from doing so....
Now after what had happened to Angel, thinking of their mother right now and what might possibly happen to her a certain fear risr in their hearts.....
though they can't accept it ,maybe it would be easier for them to accept that their mother really left them for another man. that way she can still visit them...
Angel hug her brother and combed his hair with his cold finger before she answered
ANGEL : no.... Angelo, mother won't do that to us, she loves us so much and you know that too right???
ANGELO : yeah.... i know..... but where is she now???
ANGEL : i don't know....... who knows??? maybe she's with Adrian and they're both watching over us. Angel said voicing the possibilities that she's been fearing ever since as she look at her sister Ashley, who wept in silence.....
Angelo look up at Angel confused clearly written in his eyes...
ANGELO : but.... Angelo is dead..... how can mother be with him??? he asked innocently as tears started to welled up in his eyes....
