15 Chapter Fourteen

They've been married for four years now. So now that your all caught up with Athena and Uta's love story lets get back to the present day.

"What you doing her Touka?"

Touka looked towards Uta's direction. Athena followed her gaze and saw Uta was busy with a boy with black hair and an eye patch.

"Oh new guy huh?"

"Yea his a half ghoul."

"Wow really? Damn that must suck. Going from eating cakes and meat to human flesh must be taking a toll on him"

"Not really his just a pussy"

Athena giggled it was rare to see Touka so frustrated. Athena walked over to Uta and smiled.

"Hey I'm Athena, nice too meet you~"

Kaneki blushed slightly and said a shy hello. She offered him and eyeball but he refused to eat it.

Strange a ghoul who doesn't like eating human eyes. Well I guess that explainable in his situation.

Athena asked Kaneki more questions. For some unknown reason she was curious about him. She's never met a ghoul who once was human.

"What does cake taste like?"

"Oh well it tasted sorta li-"

"Why do you humans eat animals?"

"Because they give us pro-"

"How come you humans fight all the time?"

"That's because we are stu-"

" OMG What about death whats that like?"

"Some say death is li-"

"No wait more importantly why is there so many different gods?"

Uta chuckled, making them both look at him. Athena is confusion and Kaneki being thankful for the interruption.

"How about you let him answer before asking the next question kitten~"

Athena blushed realising she wasn't giving Kaneki a chance to speak.

"Oh sorry, I just get so excited when it comes to humans~"

"Why?"

"You humans are just so strange~"

Then the most cutest thing happened. Athena sat on the floor by Kaneki and he explained to her the ways of humanity. He told her stories and shared experience with her. Uta found this adorable because Athena had the cutes facial expression. A cute little smile and an her eyes filled with wonder. She was a ghoul yes but she cared for humans so much the only ones she eats are the bad guys. Don't even get him started on how much she loved animals.

"Wow never thought I'll ever see you smile like this Uta"

"Oh Touka forgot you were here. So what do you think of Kaneki?"

"His a wuss"

"You sure you wanna talk like that about your future baby daddy?"

"WHAT?"

"I've seen the way you look at him."

"Don't know what your talking about."

Uta teased Touka up until the point that she took Kaneki and left. They closed up shop and decided to go visit Anteiku since its been awhile.

"Still got time for two more customers?"

"For you two always"

Eto locked the door behind you guys and turned the open sign to close.

"So what have you love birds been up to?"

"I bet some interesting things hey?"

"Hope your looking after her. "

Athena practically jumped on him as she hugged him. They stayed a while. Catching up with everyone. Renji and Uta playing their little game of be eaten or eat. Athena and Eto spoke about the businesses. Well the two behind the counter joked around.
