8 Family isn't Blood it's Love
A voice that i haven't heard in years.
"hi takame..."
Kumi-Takame is my younger brother. My family's favourite we could say. Takame is the total opposite of me, he likes torturing people and gamble while i just want to live a nice life without seeing others suffer. What do they really want from me, it's been 3 years since i last saw or communicated with my family.
Takame: "brother..."
Takame: "i see you changed and finally accepted the fact that you're from the Myung-Rodrigo family."
Me: "I WOULD NEVER ACCEPT THAT I HAVE SUCH A HORRIBLE FAMILY!!!"
Takame: "You we're always naive it's a waste that my parents want to give you this company."
Takame: "they have hope that you're the one that's gonna make this company something bigger in the future", "i doubt that."
Me: "i came here today for a reason and it's not because i want to marry Maria."
Me: "i came here to stop all this bullshit", "Maria is inlove already and i'm not into girls takame", "I'm gay."
Takame: *laughs* "i have a b*tch as a brother such a disgrace", "i really can't believe my brother loves for men to shove it in his @$$"
Takame: "Or should i call you sister now" *laughs*
Takame: "SUCH A WH*R-
Valentina: "TAKAME THAT'S ENOUGH!!"
Valentina: "Son i've missed you so much"
Valentina... well she's my mother...
My mother was being nice with me for a reason, her love isn't for free, everything my family gives has a price.
Valentina: "so hunny how was you're life in the United States?"
Me: "it was ok i guess..."
Me: "mom..."
Valentina: "yes dear"?
Me: "I'm not marrying Maria..."
When my mom heard that i wasnt planning on marrying Maria she slapped me on the face as hard as she could while looking at me with a really dissapointed expression.
Valentina: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT MARRYING HER!"
Valentina: "Listen akitake you have no choice", "YOU HEARD ME!"
Valentina: "YOU'RE DISGRACING OUR FAMILY'S NAME."
My mom was upset at me i knew why she was acting so nice to me. That's why i didn't fall for her game so i just took a deep breath and looked on the floor.
Me: "Let's go to dad..", "I have something to tell the both of you..."
We walked to my dad's office it was a really long way when we arrived. i knocked the door and waited for him.
Seung: "Come in"
Seung: "Akitake my son!" ,"Come give you're dad a hug."
I kept looking down and didn't say a word i couldn't believe that i was back to that horrible place.
Seung: "what's wrong?"
Valentina: "he said he doesn't want to marry Maria."
Seung: "oh- well son we can find plenty of other rich girls."
Me: "mom dad, i told you already...", "I'm gay..."
Seung: "but son you're the older brother", "you're the one who has the honor to carry our family's company and name."
Me: "even if i wanted to i couldn't do it..."
Seung: "YES YOU CA-"
Me: "Dad i can't..."
Seung: "WHY NOT!!"
Me: "give taka the company and let him marry another girl.",
"Maria is inlove with another guy already."
Me: "i wouldn't fit for being a CEO it's not my dream.."
"It's Taka's dream..."
then suddenly my phone started ringing.
Me: "Mother.. Father", "we'll discuss this another day i have to go"
when i went out i immediately picked up the call.
"Do you really want to know what happened to Alec Vale?" a rough voice said.
Me: "Who are you and how do you know Alec"
"Come tommorow at 2 pm at the Rosebust Cafe and we will discuss"
* hangs up *
After that call i was really feeling uneasy, who was the one that called me and what did he knew about Alec's that i didn't know..
i just relaxed a little bit and went to say my goodbyes to Luisa
Me: "Luisa...", "I'm leaving now"
Luisa: "take care of yourself honey", "remember to eat, you became so skinny.
Me: "it's ok mama dont worry about me."
Luisa: "What do you mean child i will always worry about you."
Me: "i love you mom"
Luisa: "I love you too honey"
i kissed her on her forehead gave her one last hug and went to Emilio.
Emilio: "Are you ready youngmaster?"
Me: "Yes, can you please take me back to the hotel"
Emilio: "With pleasure youngmaster Akitake"

a while later i arrived back. Emilio left and i went to my room. When i entered everyone was asleep already so i tried being as quiet as possible, then i went into the kitchen to take some of the medicine that the doctor gave me.
Koichi: "Akitake?", "where we're you this late?"
Me: "Koichi-" "Did i wake you up?"
Koichi: "No i just woke up to take a piss", "now answer my question"
Me: "i was with my family" "i really don't want to talk about it right now so please just let me go to sleep"
Koichi: "Alright then"
Me: "Goodnight"
Koichi: "Sleep well"
i went to my bed and just kept thinking about that call. And what if Alec's death was not an accident... after thinking allot i decided to take a sleeping pill but then suddenly i felt like puking so i ran to the bathroom and started throwing up. When i finished i was about to flush the toilet when i noticed that there was blood mixed with my vomit. I flushed the toilet, brushed my teeth and went out of the bathroom when suddendly i saw Koichi standing infront of me.
Koichi: "Akitake what's wrong?"
Me: "I just ate something that didn't go well with my stomach"
Koichi: "Tommorow i'm making you some Tomato soup"
Aki: "Koi-.."
Koichi: "Akitake you became way skinnier then before if you're not well tell me"
Aki: "Koichi i'm fine dont worry about me"
Koichi: "Cmon you have to rest"
Koichi grabbed my hand and walked with me to my bed. Then he slept besides me while he started singing a song. His voice was the most beautifull voice i've ever heard in my life, he stayed with me till i fell asleep.
Koichi i can't tell you about the truth...
I don't want to hurt you and i don't want you to feel pitty for me. I just hope that when the day comes you can understand and forgive me for my desicion.
