CHAPTER 2- Lies and Secrets

" You're in a good mood today, aren't you? School is stressful for others but it seems you enjoy it. Well, of course I have a guess for the reason but that's beside the point. Yesterday we talked about what Lies and Secrets are, well scratched the surface anyway. Today since I know you won't talk that much; I'll talk about something more interesting but still connected to call this a Session." The Therapist was smiling like usual and for the first time in a while I was intrigued.

" What do you mean by interesting? " I asked the question without holding back any emotions that might come through. Looking at the Therapist I can tell she was quite happy that I said something.

" It's a simple topic, for me of course but for you it's kind of hard. Tell me what's your name? " The Therapist was listening carefully to what I am going to say. Before I was going to say something, I asked the same question. All my life I had a name but was it really my name? I suddenly realized what the Therapist meant.

" I-I don't know. " I look down with a mix of emotions I can't really tell. Confusion, Sadness, and maybe perhaps Anger. The only thing I can do to stop the mix of emotions was to close my eyes and take deep breathes. Once I calmed down, I looked towards the Therapist who had a patient smile.

" You doubt who you are. Of course, anyone in your situation would be the same. Think about it and until then don't come back here. The reasons are that and because the next session is next month. " Like it was waiting for the Therapist to stop talking, my Alarm Clock started ringing. I grabbed my phone that was resting on the table between the two of us and stopped it. I stood up, bow, and quickly left.

" That only felt like a few minutes but I needed to calm down that long for a 30-minute session to end that quickly. " I was, in-short, surprised by how long I needed to calm my emotions down. I walk out the building pacing quickly back to my house.

The familiar streets slowed down my pace making me look around. I felt that something had changed and I needed to find out what it was. This happens all the time with changes like a neighbor moving away and this time after a few minutes of looking a tree was cut down changing the lighting which affected the whole neighborhood.

I started to walk once more back to my house when I looked behind me to see a cat staring right at me. I froze, I don't know what to do and if I walk the cat will follow me because of the Canned Tuna I recently bought. The cat had a keener smell than most cats and without moving a step I opened my bag and hid the Can deeper blocking the smell making the cat go away.

Without looking at the house, I went in and directly headed straight into my bedroom. Everything felt similar like yesterday with only a few differences. I laid down on my bed feeling exhausted just like before. I already had dinner before my session and was already full. It only took a few seconds before I finally fell asleep and this time my dream was different.

It was a normal lucid dream like I always have every night. I forced the dream to change into my room and I looked around looking for a specific item. Underneath the bed was a box full of things I collected. At that moment I woke up. I only did it to find the box because in my dream my own room was the same as the one in the real world and it's much easier to find things that way.

I checked the time and it was still 30-minutes before my alarm started ringing and I turned it off not needing the alarm anymore. Getting ready was the same process as usual and the only difference was the songs that played while I was eating.

Being 30-minutes early I got on another train to go to my school. While riding the train, I got a wonderful idea. Min-ho goes to school usually 10 minutes before I do but since I'm 30 minutes early I can surprise him. I grin at this idea and I find that the train ride felt longer even though it wasn't.

I looked around the school to see that nobody was there. I grin knowing that this will be easy with no one will accidentally interfere with my plan, which was to wait. After a few minutes I grew bored, still waiting for Min-ho to keep my focus.

20-minutes pass and my phone rings. I know there wasn't an alarm so I checked it, it was a text telling me to stand up, look behind, and look up. I did as the message told me to see Min-ho standing on the roof of the school waving. I sigh and quickly run to where he was.

" When do you really go to school Min-ho? Last time you told me it's 10 minutes before I go to school. " My gaze was focused on his face to see what his reaction was and the only thing I saw was amusement.

" Well, lying about it isn't that big of a deal. " Min-ho said it like it was very obvious. That statement made my head full of thoughts.

" Everyone lies so what do I believe? " Me being deep in thought must have made me look weird because one moment later Min-ho touched my shoulder with a concerned face. " Of course, everyone does. I'm making something big out of a small thing. "

" Yeah, I'm fine. Just thought of something. " I smiled and looked at the school gate. More and more students are now going to school. " We should probably head back now. "

Min-ho does a sigh and starts walking. I look at the sky admiring the blue color and I start to walk behind Min-ho wondering if this day is going to be fine. We quickly rushed down the stairs to see a student. She has Black Hair, Brown eyes, and seem to be about my age. Me and Min-ho started to panic knowing who the individual is.
