Sitting on my bed while looking at the jacket laying on my lap

It's been a year since I am slowly loosing my sense of hearing and I got this jacket from him a few days before the day everything changed in my life

Ahhhh was it "don't get sick" or "you'll get sick?" Right! He even put a note inside the jacket's pocket, where did I put it? Did I threw it away?
