Murder? who? Idk

(A): Ah...This taste good isn't it?

(B): Yeah, but the usual ones are better.

(C): I don't know man as long as it's good it's good!

//(C) was yelling and waving his drink//

(B): Hey hey! Chill out Fend you're already worn out, Fend and Vina let's go home the bar ain't going anywhere let's just come here some other time to hang out.

Vina: Ok, but I'll drive I'm more capable driving compared to your condition now.

(B): Understandable, but still drive safely.

Fend: HEY! I want some more tis ain't enough! Plus! I ain't drunk never will be!

(The word "tis" was intentional)

(B): Come on Fend let's go.

Vina: I wanna go home, I have to clean my nails my appointment got cancelled lately because you two dragged me here.

Fend: No! I ain't gonna!

Vina: There's a beer on the fridge.

Fend: ..... Let's go home now!

(B): That was easy.

The three gathered and went home by a car, they arrived safely to their location by 1:46am since Fend was not capable of walking by himself in the dark and it's already late at night tugs, thiefs, gangs are active around those times so Fend has no choice but to sleep on Vina's house while (B) went home to his apartment safely leaving the two alone.

4:34am

A sudden scream was heard by a neighbor and called the police, the police rushed to Vina's house and got there at 5:33am finding Vina on the floor on top of a blood while seeing Fend with scars in his face and he was holding a knife while in the corner crying.

Police station, Interrogation room, 6:49am

Police(1): So tell me, did you or did you not kill the girl?

Fend: ...

//Fend is clenching his fist//

Police(1): Hey, I'll ask one more time, did you killed her?

Fend: ...

Police(1): *Sigh... This is useless, take the turn for me.

Police(2): Ok right on.

//Police(1) got out of the room and police(2) switched in//

Police(2): Now, I know you killed her you were holding a knife, you got scars knowing the victim was fighting for her life, the door was locked so it's impossible for someone to intrude and you're trying to escape by the window but you can't since we got there in time, there's nothing for you to deny that you didn't killed her, surrender yourself now or live in guilt for the rest of your life.

Fend: ...

Police(2): Huh, I see, Investigations and testimonies will occur tomorrow, tough luck.

//Police(2) got out of the room and taking Fend to his cell//

Police station, Visiting room, February 18, 8:13am

(B): I heard the stories...what did you do?!

Fend: ...

(B): Come on, say something I believe in you, I know everything about you and I know you won't gonna lie.

Fend: If you know me then you probably know the my answer.

//Fend left the room heading to his cell//

(B): Ahh...I see.

//(B) got up and left the police station on his way to Vina's house//

(B) arrived on Vina's house and no one was on the guard so (B) inspected the house, upon entering there are only 2 windows at the left side and the right side of the house and both window was broken, Nail polish and other make up things in the table, the phone table has blood, the floor was clean except there's the victim's blood and shattered glass on the left side of the room and a knife covered in blood near the victim's body and a knife in the corner with no blood, looking on the right side window you can see the neighbor's house and a street light on the left side you can see only a road and no lights, this were the things that (B) saw in his investigation.

Police station, Visiting room, February 19, 8:48am

(B): How are you doing there?

Fend: ...Not so good.

(B): Fend... I'll get you out of there I know you are innocent.

Fend: You can't... plus, tomorrow I'll be the court.

(B): I'll testify and I can prove it, Trust me.

Fend: ...

//Fend nodded and left the room//

(B): Wish me luck.

Court room, February 19, 9:32am

//The Judge slammed his gavel//

Judge: Hmm...We are here for today to decide Fend's case of murder, within further more I would like to hear Fend's defendant defence, you may proceed.

Fend's defendant: *Uhem...Judge I am here to say that my client is innocent and here's why but first look at this house blueprint where the murder has occurred, there are two windows both of them are broken therefore the murderer must have entered the room by the window and murdered the victim, that's all for now.

Prosecutor: You said the murderer entered by the window but their are only two person in that room and that's victim and the offender. If there is someone have entered the room why and how they didn't even managed to defend themselves? and why's the victim have stabs while the offender don't have, well the offender have scars which it came from the victim's attack, I rest my case.

Fend's defendant: ....

Judge: ..... I see, is there anything you wanna say about it?

Fend's defendant: .... I order for the witness' testimony my honour.

Judge: Witness please come and testify

(Witness): Hello, I am Vina's Neighbor. The name's Zynn.

Judge: You may start your testimony.

Zynn: I heard a loud scream around 5:00am and I called the police immediately after hearing a scream, that's it.

Fend's Defendant: ...

Fend: ...

//(B) saw Fend's eyes are not the usual when he's angry//

Judge: ... Defendant?

Fend's defendant: My honour, the witness said he heard the scream around 5:00am but that's far from the time where it was exactly happened the scream occured 4:34am.

Zynn: Well I forgot the exact time but I heard the scream and called the police and that's that.

Judge: Is there anything you wanna say more?

Fend's defendant: May I take a short recess my honour?

Judge: We'll be back after a 30 minutes break, take your time

//Everyone took their breaks and (B) came into Fend//

(B): Fend...are you okay?

Fend: It's okay bro, nothing's gonna convince the judge.

(B): Fend... Trust me, let me testify to the court.

Fend: ....Ok

(B): I know you're innocent and I'll prove it.

Fend: Thank you bro.

//Short recess was over and everyone is back to their seats//

Judge: Now let's continue.

Fend's defendant: I would like to call Fend's friend to the court.

Judge: please come to court.

//(B) got up to his seat//

Judge: Please tell us your testimony.

(B): Can I have the house's blueprint?

//Fend's defendant handed it over//

(B): I would like you to see this two side right and left both of it has a single window large enough to fit a human body.

Prosecutor: Yes we can see that, what about it?

(B): But have you considered checking the floor? the left side of the floor has a shattered glass while the right side are clean therefore someone intruded them from the left side of the house.

Prosecutor: So you're saying someone have intruded?

(B): Yes, and that could be a thief or a tug assuming at that time they're active the most in that kind of time.

Prosecutor: Then how would you explain the scratches on offender's neck and arm? those scars are belonged to the victim's attack.

(B): I don't thinks so, I saw nail polishes so the victim have already clipped his nails. The scars came from the intruder.

Prosecutor: The report here said the victim was holding a knife while he was in the corner assuming he probably stabbed the victim and sat there by guilt.

(B): Hand me the murder scene picture please.

//Fend's defendant handed it over//

(B): You can bere there are two knifes one near the victim's body and one the corner, you can sea the one in the corner where the offender sat was clean and that's the offender's knife that he was holding therefore in theory he was grabbing a knife while the intruder have already stabbed the victim leaving him shocked in the corner.

Prosecutor: ...

Judge: Hmm.. I see is there anything?

Prosecutor: Ahh! you said that he was in the corner shaking but why didn't the intruder attacked him?

(B): Hmm...

Judge: Witness?

(B): ...

Prosecutor: Therefore the offender killed the victim and he is found guilty!

Judge: If there's nothing to say more, I declare that the offender is GUI-

(B): HOLD ON!... The police siren was heard by intruder and fled immediately to the right side of the house after the police came to the scene.

Judge: Hmm... That explains it, Prosecutor?

Procsecutor: ... No more objections my honour.

Judge: I see.... I declare the offen-

(B): Wait my honour, can I call Vina's neighbor in the court?

Judge: Hmm... why?

(B): He was the murderer.

//Everyone was shocked//

Judge: I see, Zynn take a stand please.

//Zynn came into the court//

Zynn: What's this? I didn't commit anything.

(B): May I have the autopsy report please?

//Fend's defendant handed it over//

(B): Zynn, You said you called the police immediately after the scream, but you said heard the scream around 5:00am but in the autopsy the police got a call on the exact 4:34am so that means the scream occured on the same time too.

Zynn: Well I said I forgot the exact time didn't I earlier?

(B): You arrived at your house at 5:00am after you murdered someone.

Zynn: How can you say? I did also saw the offender stabbing the victim by the window.

(B): The windows are closed an-

Zynn: Objection! The window was broken right?

(B): Think about it, the offender is already on the inside of the house why would he break the windows? wouldn't that be bold move?

Zynn: But I rlly saw it!

(B): As you recall I said the left side of the floor has shattered glass and you entered on the left side of the house and came out on the right side well you see the right side of the house you can see a street light isn't it? so that means entering there they would have spotted you. You didn't have time to kill the other because you called the police on Vina's house after killing the victim look at the murder scene photo you can see the phone table has blood stains therefore you used it to call the police and exit on the right side window.

Zynn: ....

Judge: Ahh... That explains it clearly, is there any objections?

//Everyone went into silence//

Judge: Now I declare that the offender is NOT GUILTY!
