131 Chapter 6

Inside a huge castle adorned with jewels sat a handsome man on top of a massive pile of gold.

Raising his hand he lewdly grabbed the charming black haired woman on his left and played with the blond on on his right.

"Mhm Gambit~ you perv~"

"Hehehe", The handsome man who didn't look anything like Gambit laughed lecherously.

Suddenly his actions became more bold as he started moving his hand all

The blonde woman pursed her lips innocently before raising them towards the man's face.

But just before their lips were about to touch...

*Neigh*

The woman's face suddenly transformed into a dumb looking horse.

"What the fck---", Before Gambit could react the horse woman tightly grabbed shoulders and started shaking him violently.

Then a sudden pain assaulted the back of his head, the entire landscape around him changed, the handsome face was gone and the woman's soft hug was replaced by a tight rope which bind his whole body.

The only thing which didn't go away was the violent shaking.

Then he suddenly remembered how he got into this situation.

"That damn horse!!!!"

"Shut up".

William roughly slapped the back of Gambit's head almost knocking him unconscious again.

"I-It's you ba*tard!"

"Yes it's me."

*Slap*

"You piece of shit, free me or I'll kill you!!"

"You can't."

*Slap*

"I'll show you whether or not I can after I get rid of these ropes!!!"

"Keep trying."

*Slap*

"S-stop hitting me you ba*tard!"

"No."

*Slap*

"I-It's bleeding! My head is bleeding!"

"Then you better shut up."

*Slap*

"....."

William gave Gambit a look, he saw a clear murderous look in his eyes clearly aimed at him which showed that he wanted nothing more than to shred him to pieces, though he did go silent.

After all not many people will disagree when their body will be bound by rope and their head bleeding.

After that the three of them William, Gambit and the horse went on silently, inside the dense forest the only sound being made was by the horse's hooves hitting the mud.

Two of the three people, the horse and William had no problem with the silence after all one was an animal and the other one a dead potato.

The only one going crazy was the third member Gambit who was really starting to feel the pain which came with your body being carried over a horse's back while being bound.

Unfortunately his human rights in this group of three were even less than those of the horse, which point to be noted was an animal.

Finally after another half-an-hour of misery passed, Gambit was unable to control himself ended up asking.

"You can atleast tell me where we are going right?"

William gave Gambit a look averting his gaze.

"Dungeon City Orario."

"You crazy piece of sh*t!"

It was like a bomb exploded in Gambit's mind.

"Do you even know how fcking far that place is?!"

"It will take 2 months at the very least! 2 goddamn months! No! i must get rid of these ropes now! release me!"

*Slap*

"I won't stay quiet! I will never stay quiet!"

*Slap*

"HELP! Somone help me! this crazy ba*tard has kidnapped me!"

It looks like Gambit firmly decided to not give in this time, even after he was slapped multiple times, he continued shouting for help.

And so under his horrified gaze Gambit saw William take out a small sword out of it's sheath.

"H-He's going to kill me!! Is there no fcking living being in this forest?! fck save me! D-don't come any closer you ba*tard!"

"Don't kill me!!"

Before William's short sword could silence Gambit's mouth, several arrows were fired at William.

Knitting his brows, William took two steps back making the arrows barely miss their mark.

The next moment several figures suddenly surrounded the three of them.

William's expression hardened when he saw more than ten arrows aimed right at him.

Things suddenly got a whole lot more complicated.

In the past few days, his body has recovered at a pace much faster than he had expected due to which he has recovered to the level of a normal human body, also factoring in his battle experience, no normal human could be his match.

So the only reason William wasn't able to notice these 16 hunters before they got so close could only mean one thing.

Adventurers.

And not just any level 1 adventurers.

'All of them are level 2, and that one....a leve; 3'

William's gaze focused on a red-haired woman, he could sense the most amount of danger coming from her.

"State your purpose for coming inside this forest!"

The red-haired woman shouted in a loud voice while raising her sword towards William.

But before William could say anything, someone else beat him to it.

"Save me! he's a madman! he was trying to kill me!"

Gambit immediately burst out crying in the loudest voice possible, he made the most pitiful expression possible using his thug-like face and started slandering William.

And his act seemed to be working.

William saw the entire group's gaze turn hostile.

"Drop your weapon and surrender."

The red-haired woman said in a fierce voice.

"You guys are misunderstanding....."

William didn't have confidence in beating them so he tried to talk and explain the situation.

"We will be the ones to decide that."

But it seemed like the red-haired captain had no intention of listening at all.

"Drop your weapon human, or die.", A Half-Elf said in a cold voice as she walked out from behind the tree to his left.

It looked like the group's patience level was decreasing.

But so was William's.

Slightly lowering his sword William tried to explain once again.

"Don't be fooled by his acting this guy is a thief I caug-----"

"Die!"

The Half-Elf jumped at William using her fastest speed creating cracks on the ground.

While in mid-air she slashed down using the blunt side of her sword, to knock him unconscious.

If she was going against a normal human then it would have definitely worked, unfortunately for her, the one she attacked was no ordinary human.

Her sword was about to fall down on William, it should have been an easy hit, or so she thought.

"Wha-"

She saw William drop his short sword, pull her in using her own strength, and then the next instant her face was pressed against the ground.

She was unable to understand what just happened and she couldn't care either because right now her body was tightly pressed against William who didn't give her any room to move, holding her in a weird hold she couldn't make sense of.

"Y-y-you l-let me go!"

In an instant her cold voice was gone replaced by a flustered one, she tried to quickly free herself using raw strength but it seemed to be having the opposite effect as she could feel the hold only getting stronger, not weaker.

Having never even touched a man's hand before and being in such close proximity to one while unable to free herself made her experience a rollercoaster of emotions like embarrassment, anger and some inexplicable emotion she couldn't quite explain.

"H-help me!"

As if having finally remembered that she wasn't alone, she desperately started shouting for help with a beet red face.

everything happened so suddenly that the group of hunters were unable to react but hearing their comrade's plea made them snap out of their reverie.

The red-haired was about to move in but then she suddenly stopped herself.

Not just her but all the hunter stopped their movements.

It was because there was now a small knife placed against the neck of the Half-Elf under William's hold.

"No one moves."

He placed the knife right against her skin making the Half-Elf tremble all over.

A deadly silence surrounded the place as nobody knew what to do.

But one thing was for sure.

Time was definitely not on William's side.

He could feel his body losing strength, it wasn't easy to lock in an lvl2 adventurer using the power of a normal person.

Forget 'not easy' it was a neigh impossible feat for anyone else.

On the other hand, Gambit who freed himself using a hunter's help was carefully backing off from the scene.

Just then.

"Don't hurt my child....."

A pleasant voice rang out in the silent place making it the center of attention.

William saw a beautiful woman with long blue hair and green eyes walking out of the forest in a dignified manner.

Hearing her words it wasn't hard to guess her identity.

It should be the god of their familia.

She slowly walked out from the forest and stood right in front of William who was holding the Half-Elf captive.

Then she placed her right hand above her chest and said.

"My name is Artemis, what is your name child?"

Hearing her gentle words seemed to come as a great shock to the hunters as they stared at Artemis in disbelief.

"William Greenleaf.", William replied in a flat voice.

Staring straight into WIlliam's dead eyes, a small smile formed on Artemis's face as she said raised her hand towards him and said.

"Come with me, my Orion."
