Riveria opens her mouth to say after seeing that William is no longer angry.
"There's also something else that I have to say"
William turns his head and looks at Riveria.
"But I think that I have heard plenty already"
William says in a slightly mocking tone.
Riveria just silently accepts William's criticism as she knows that she's the one at fault here.
"Even though you have rejected our proposal for changing familia, I would still like to invite you to join in the dungeon exploration."
"Oh"
William lets out an interested voice when he hears Riveria's proposal.
"But why would the mighty Loki familia need someone like me?"
William says in a calm voice.
"You must be joking, we all saw your abilities when you fought the monster rex"
"I'll think about it"
William doesn't agree and neither declines Riveria's proposal.
Perhaps already anticipating his answer, Riveria gives a silent nod.
"Also there's one last thing...."
Riveria looks at Ais sitting next to her as she says to William.
"It is more of a personal request"
Ais suddenly stands up when Riveria says that as she looks at William right in the eye.
"Please teach me swordsmanship"
Ais gives William a ninety degree bow while stating her request.
William looked at the sword princess of Oratoria asking to be taught by him as he opens his mouth to say....

[P.O.V changed to first person(William)]
I'm am currently heading down the hall way of the soma familia's mansion.
"Please teach me swordsmanship"
I remember how Ais Wallenstein asked me to teach her swordsmanship.
Of course I refused.
Why would I do that?.
I would much rather spent my time in the dungeon rather than help her in her training.
Though I have to say the price she offered was quite generous....
I shake my head and get rid of the greedy thoughts as I stand before God Soma's room.
*Clank*
As usual I don't care about knocking and directly enter.
And as always there he stood gazing out of the window
But I wonder why....
He seems a little different today.
Perhaps he made a new wine or something?
"You've come"
God Soma said in his small tone.
I give him a silent nod and take off my coat as I say to him.
"I'm here for an update"
I have yet to update my stats from the Goliath's incident.
He silently puts a cut on his finger and drop it on my back.

I look at the status plate.
Level- 2
Name- William Greenleaf.
Age- 13.
Race- Human.
Basic stats-:
Strength- S(999)
Endurance-SS(1098)
Dexterity- S(999)
Agility- S(999)

Everything except my Endurance was pretty much the same.
In fact it is shocking that none of the stats except endurance managed to reach SS even after the Fight with Goliath.
I had a feeling that these are my limits as a lvl2 and that even if I were to face Goliath again, I won't be able to increase my stats.
Now I understand why it is so hard to increase stats the higher level you are.
And so I look at God Soma and open my mouth to tell him that I want an update.
But he raises his hand and stops me from saying anything.
"You want a status update?"
God Soma says that as he looks at me with his eyes hiding behind his hairs.
I give a simple nod acknowledging his words.
God Soma moves to his closet after he sees me nod.
He takes out a bronze coloured key from his pocket and opens up the small drawer inside the closet.
'Dont tell me...."
*Clank*
"Drink it"
Yes it is the same divine wine.
I thought that he finally understood that I won't be drinking his wine but I suppose I was wrong.
" I am not goin---"
"I said drink it"
'Mhm?'
"Drink it"
It is now that I noticed the anomaly.
God soma would offer me the divine wine every time I came on but....
He never once forced me to drink it.
Even when he bothered me by poking my cheeks he only asked but never once forced me to drink after I said no to him.
But now.
It's different.
He's not asking anymore.
"Drink it"
I take the cup of Divine wine from God Soma's hand.
Honestly I have tried the divine wine before without him knowing.
It didn't really do anything.
All I felt was a more sugary taste than a normal wine's and that's it.
My mind doesn't loose it's clarity even when I drink it
And so remembering how many times he have already asked me, I decide to finally accept his wish and drink it in front of him.
*Gulp*
*Thud*
I roughly place down the empty cup on the table and directly look at God Soma into the eye.
"Now will you stop---"

*Thump*
Words stop coming out of my mouth as my body powerlessly falls from the chair.
My mind is still working but my body refuses to move.
"The People of Oratoria....."
I hear God Soma's voice but my vision has already gone blank.
"And Gods in heaven....."
I thought that I have forgotten all of my emotions.
"They have all forgotten...."
But an intense pain started coming from every inch of my body.

The pain stops for an instant but it once again continues.
"The God of wine and moon.."

I cannot even scream as I can control my body no longer.
"My skills in making wine had made them forget..."

All I can do is endure this heart wretching pain while listening to God Soma's voice.
"That my skill in alchemy is just as great as my wine making skill if not better..."

The pain intensifies even more as even my hearing goes away.

In the world of darkness I kept feeling the soul crushing pain, it's like every cell in my body is being replaced.

I didn't noticed it in the middle of all this intense pain.

That something which once reacted to my emotions.

Was now reacting to my unmoving body....
